I've stayed at many Ibis hotels around Europe and this one was pretty bottom of the barrel. Room size was normal, but it definitely wasn't as clean as most Ibis' and lots of things were just missing, like hand towels and cups in the bathroom. It was also really weird that even guests had to ring the bell to be allowed in the building. Numerous times we had to wait for a while for someone to show up at reception to let us in the building.

Staff at the reception was very rude, wouldnt ana answer any questions, online Check in did not work (nothing was prepared), lift was not working - for 4 days we stayed there), Not enough towels, which were taken every morning even though we did not ask for that. Room OK.

Dear Mr T., It is true that some of your requests have not been taken into account. This is not in the habits of our team, serving our customers is a vocation. It is our responsibility to take into account your remarks, because I am convinced that this is a progression track. Very bad experience as the ratio Service/price is bas. Ibis level of service is well known so no surprise to not receive any service but 130€ per night is an abuse price for this quality and lack of cleanless

My Experience was quite good.. Easy checkin process no hassle, room was big enough, staffs were very good, breakfast was nice.. only thing which I feel should have been there and We get in all hotels in India is complimentary tea coffee pouches in room with cup saucers and coffee maker..

A good hotel to an affordable price! Smells a bit funky in the corridors. But overall very nice. Metro just two minutes walk away. The AC was amazing. Turned it on and the room cooled almost immediatly! The TV didn’t work, but it didn’t bother us since we didn’t want to watch anyways, maybe they can fix it. We didn’t ask.

The hotel was clean and the service was good - except for one problem. We had left our luggage in the storage room and when we returned to pick it up, it was not there. Someone at the hotel had given it to another guest. We had some anxious moments and waiting while the lost luggage was found, and then we had to change our plans to go the airport on the train and we had to take a taxi, which was much more expensive. We were told we would be reimbursed but we have not received any word from the hotel. It felt as if the management did not take our situation seriously.

The room was much smaller than we expected but it was quiet and clean. In general the personnel at the desk were friendly, helpful, and just the best. However, the breakfast was lacking: first day the person ahead of me took all the fruit and it was never refilled; second day there were no napkins; third day no yogurt and no salami.

The hotel was in a handy location for the underground and half hour walk from Montemartre. The room was dated and smoky but felt safe and had a nice bathroom.

Good value.. although it is in far part of the city. It has access to metro line. Its close to marchet Saint-ouen that is a plus. Staff is very good and kind.. provided good information for restaurants and directions. Parking is very far from hotel. there is no stop area to leave luggage as it is reserved for BUS in front of hotel. Could have a service to get luggage from parking or stopping area in front of hotel.

Overall the service was good, staff was friendly. Beds are really good Lifts are slow and small, our room bathroom was pretty small as well Strange smell in corridors, hygiene can be improved

1. Check-in was 12 but we had to wait for 45 mins, checked in at 12:45 2. Rooms were small. 3. No coffee/tea/Kettle provided in rooms. For the price charged at least kettle/tea/coffee should be provided. 4. Rooms were not kept in order with curtains falling off, water leaking in showers, no mini fridge, half a roll of toilet paper. 5. Rooms sound proofing not good.
