Hotel was aright to stay in but find the bathroom small, and the beds hard to sleep on along with the quilts being too thin. Also the cafeteria is too small a size for morning breakfast and there should be more choices of food for breakfast. Overall one of the better hotels in Paris overall.

« Good location, friendly personnel, value for money. »

We booked a connected room, confirmed that by telephone at the rreservation. When arriving this was not arranged, but the personnel improvised and in the end it was sorted out. The hotel desk is also desk for parcels of several distributors. That leads to a queu of people waiting for their parcel. The hotel guests may therefore wait (too) long before being dealt with. We had to wait almost 20 minutes. Better have a seperate desk for the parcels.

I didn’t enjoy staying at ibis this time. I am a Accor member and have been st ibis many times , but you don’t get a welcome treat and you have to check out like other even when your flight is going late you have to check out. Bedsheets was not change have to complain before it got changed.

The staff is very friendly and tries to accommodate the customers' needs. They are multilingual, so it was easy to communicate with them. Breakfast buffet is excellent. The room is quite small, but all very clean!

« Friendly staff but facilities are not what I expected of Ibis »

Friendly and polite staff. However... Small space between bed and TV, have to squeeze through, I'm not a big person (167cm tall). Toilet roll holder preventing me sitting down properly on the toilet.* Basin tap was loose and needs tightening.* Hair dryer didn't work. Water pressure for the shower was very poor. Shower gel had someone's hair (pubes?) on the mouth of the bottle after I opened the lid. I imagine staff didn't check the lid before they screwed it back on. See? Perils of reusing toiletries. One of the windows is sellotaped shut. Can't they do a proper repair? * No tissue in the room. No kettle. No scrambled eggs or beans for breakfast - although this maybe a France thing. Issues raised weren't addressed in 15 minutes, eg. - the loose tap. Positives: Madeline cakes and the pastries for breakfast. Clean room and bathroom (other than the (pubic?) hair on the shower gel bottle mouth). Not what I expected of Ibis especially in their home country. I've had better experience in Ibis in UK, Malaysia and Singapore. Will be requesting a refund.

« Someone broke into my hotel room and stole the hard drive from my laptop computer »

Dear Sir or Madam; I stayed at the Ibis Paris Ornano Montmartre Nord 18eme on Saturday, September 16, 2017 and Sunday, September 17, 2017. When I arrived on Saturday, September 16, 2017 I was assigned room 704. While in the room I used my laptop computer using the free wifi. At approximately between 18:45pm and 19:15pm I left my room to meet some friends. When I returned between 22:00pm and 22:30pm I tried to use my laptop. My laptop computer would not work. The error message had to do with the booting process. I thought the problem was that my laptop either had a virus or just was broken. When I returned to the United States I discovered that someone had completely removed my hard drive from the laptop computer. This person or persons removed the back cover, removed the hard drive, the mounting kit and the interposer from the hard drive area. This person or persons then put the laptop computer back together again. This is why the laptop computer would not boot. The hard drive was missing. This theft from the laptop computer occurred on September 16, 2017 between 19:00pm and 22:30pm from room 704 of the hotel. I contacted the hotel and I am awaiting their response. « 60th birthday treat »

The receptionist fulfilled our request of a wheelchair access room as infomed in advance. All on front were very pleasant & helpful. The hotel itself is in an area which allowed for us to be able to get around by bus very easily. It also surrounded by lots of shops, & the metro line 4 stops not far away as well. If I was to come back to Paris I would be very happy to stay at this establishment again.

pleasant staff particularly the male staff, the bed was very comfortable, the room was quite small but as expected and good value for money. Location was conveniently close to the metro which made travelling around Paris very easy. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have made our stay more pleasurable.
