« Very nice staff, clean and cozy hotel »

The day we arrived it was Valentine's Day. While checking in they prepared a very nice surprise for in our room - it was full of rose flower flower leaves and chocolates. The staff was all the time very nice and helpful. Recommended!

I arrived at the hotel on the 7 February and left on the 11 of February. The bed sheets was not changed until I left. On Sunday was in the room the water in the sink didn’t go down and the cleaner that was coming in to clean didn’t report it. I’m Monday morning 11 February My daughter and I got down to have breakfast at 6:35 and when we arrived a guy was in the canteen and acted rudely to us telling us that the breakfast stars at 6:30 and it was 6:35 and we had a early morning flight back home. We had been staying at ibis for years if you check my reports or my name. But I have to give another hotel a try. Our room was 511

The hotel was perfect for us as we were only staying for a short while. It was within walking distance of our train station, the city center and several restaurants so very convenient. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English. The room was clean and comfortable.

The gentleman at check-in was very friendly and was very helpful. All other staff were not as friendly. Breakfast was the same thing everyday, no fresh orange juice, coffee was not good, they ran out of honey on the first day and was never replenished even on the day I checked out. No tissues in the bathroom, towels were very old and need to be replaced. Poor location. Will never recommend this hotel chain, ever.

« The Hotel was very clean and all the employees were pleasant to deal with. We enjoyed ourselves immensely over there. However, the one exception was the fact the neighborhood was not as accessible. »

Overall the atmosphere of the hotel was friendly and very welcoming. Our encounter with the staff was always pleasant. Therefore, I look forward to recommending your hotel to other travelers if they were to travel to the Paris area in the near future. All your Reception Clerks were amazing. Their abilities to communicate in English made it all the more convenient for us. We could easily get good directions from each of them while on duty.

My friend and I booked last minute because our Airbnb fell through right as we arrived in Paris (with our phones running out of battery). The staff at this ibis were incredibly helpful and patient as we tried to figure out what we were going to do. Ultimately, we decided to stay at the hotel in part because the staff was so generous to us.

Highly overpriced for the service they provide.Dirty tables in breakfast area. Sometimes found dirty plates between the supposed clean plates.Room service included switching the towels and making the bed. Bedroom floor was left as it is, dusty.Mattress was uncomfortable, caused back pain.No space to put your cloths. Have to constantly use and store them in your suitcase. Uncomfortable for the 7 days I spent.At least they switched us to a new room when the first room didn't have a working heater. But ended up in a tiny room with basically no working space.

Heater didn't work in the room. It was freezing. Called reception for an extra blanket at night, but never got it. Next day we got a new room.

It was a worst experience with this property, My flight was about to arrive at CDG at 07:45 Hrs. I have already paid extra money for early check-in (starting from 09:00 hrs).When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist told me to wait for 30mins and it ended up with a waiting time of 2 hours. After flying for long 10+ hours, I was allotted a room at 11:20 Hrs.I have already confirmed with the receptionist at the time of check-in that my breakfast is included.While checking out there was another receptionist and he refused me that my breakfast was not included. He was asking me to pay 10.50 Euro to avail the breakfast.Did I made a mistake, that I have used accor hotels web portal to book this property. The receptionist was arguing with me and also refused to check my booking confirmation number.The most disgusting experience I had, I will not prefer any of the ibis hotel.

It did not feel like a 3 star hotel. More like a 2 star hotel. The problems were: Cramped room with sloping ceiling Wooden shelf behind bed - I hit my head on this Shower leaked Cramped bathroom Terrible, low quality toilet tissue No heater. Only a cooler

The staff were nice however the room was too hot and we woke up to a couple arguing during our first night. The other two nights it sounded like furniture was being moved. Didn’t get a great sleep due to noise.

« Small and cramped, but did the job. »

Entrance to hotel room was horrible, cramped and very little room to move. Lighting was also weird, one light had a nice W. glow whereas another gave a horrible yellow glow. The entire room was small and cramped and the decor left a lot to be desired, it looked old and dated. The bed was uncomfortable (unusual for an Ibis as I usually find their beds comfy) and was also positioned weirdly, with one side of the bed against the wall which meant one person had to climb over the other to get out. There was also a ledge behind the bed so if you wanted to sit up in bed you'd be positioned really quite awkwardly and you also had to be careful not to knock the light switch. The bathroom was cramped, but workable, much more so than the bedroom itself. The heating system was also odd, we had the heater in the room turned off and had the air con turned on to it's lowest setting with the fan on its highest speed but the room was still absolutely sweltering which was strange especially considering the outside temperature was around 8-10 Celsius. The check in experience was quick and easy, and the hotel room on the whole did the job and was somewhere to rest at night. We were only here for two nights, so I can imagine anything longer may not be the best but for the time we spent there the room got us through our time in Paris. The location is okay, just a 2 minute walk down from the Metro.

For location - 10/10 For area - 9/10 For food - don't know Hospitality - 7/10 I would like to share my views as follows, 1) I have paid for early check-in, but when I reached at hotel after 11hours of travel at the hotel (approx. 08:40 Hrs) the receptionist told me to wait for half an hour as the rooms are not vacant. I have to wait another 1 hour and 42 mins and then got the room key. 2) I have booked the hotel with the breakfast, I informed at the reception that I need to chek-out early next day and please arrange small breakfast for me. On the next day I was refused for breakfast. The person in the reception was telling me that my booking was not along with breakfast, If I would like to avail the breakfast then I need to pay 10.5 euro. Then I wrote a mail to the reception and they again refused. Then I attached a copy of the confirmation mail and they agreed that, it was their mistake. I got another mail from the hotel that I can book the hotel next time and the breakfast will be free. Is this the way you are treating with your guest. I am a silver card member of accor hotel group and I asked several time to the reception that I would like to redeem my points while for my next booking on 30th November but till now didn't receive any reply.
