« Good property, excellent location, wonderful staff »

This is a nice hotel. Rooms have compact but well appointment bathrooms (lovely soaking tubs!), TV had a gazillion channels with options in most European languages. Bed was comfy. Staff were really helpful. I did not eat breakfast in the resto so cannot comment there. But the location is awesome: a couple of blocks from the IP Pavlova mini transit hub. Aside from the metro station, many trams connect there, including 2 direct trams to Prague Castle (22/23). Also only perhaps 2km from the old town. Will definitely come back to Prague and stay here.

In general it's good however, the breafasts during the weekend must be improved ( bread and bread rolls were missed already at 9:00 AM !!!). Quality of the towels in the bathroom shall be improved as well.

« it was good if you don't count on the dinner »

The room was OK, the breakfast was great, we were only missing some vegetable milk (like soja, for instance), and more information about allergens... our kid is allergic to milk. The worst was the dinner... we had to have dinner there the two nights (the first one because we arrived too late from Madrid, and the second one because our son was too tired to walk outside after the whole day visiting Prague), and it was horrible... The food was good, this wasn't the problem. The big problem was the service. We waited (both nights), for more than 1 hour (more than 1 hour with the clock!) for the food... since we ordered until we finally got the dinner in the table, and with a kid... I think it can be the worst restaurant service I have never been. And I have been in a lot of them...

Not my first stay there, and for sure will repeat in next stays in Prague. The hotel has a good connection to the city center and can walk everywhere so easy. Breakfast buffet is just amazing and the team in the hotel makes it a very pleasant stay.

We spent 4 days at the hotel and found it very clean with a warm welcome when we checked in on the evening of 4th March. Bedroom was cozy and a good size with the bathroom room being very clean and tidy, with a very powerful shower. Bed was a joy to sleep in. Breakfast is full of choices and all fresh eat as much as you want. On our last day we were asked if we wanted a taxi to airport and it was booked and arrived 10 minutes before it was due. Taxis driver was helpful and polite as the rest of Prague is. A really enjoyable stay and will use again on our next visit. Thanks team

as usual it was an absolut pleasure to spent our short vacation in the hotel. It was not our first and for sure it will not be our last time in this hotel. Stuff was very friendly and helpfull, the room was absolutely great (thank you for the upgrade), the food in the restaurant and the breakfast were great. Thank you again for the great experience.

I had a very enjoyable journey in this hotel. swimming pool, sauna, lovely bar, a girl was playing the piano next to it and it felt great! The people that work there are very nice especially the receptionist (Adam?) that pointed me to some lovely restaurants and nice places to go out of crowded places with a lot of enthusiasm. I wouldn't find it my self. Thank you.

I was happy with the hotel, staff and overall my stay. I did contact customer care though because I am missing points for HSK. I did ask if points for hsk will be awarded at the check out and I have been assured that yes. After contacting customer care I’ve been told that I’ll be contacted and hasn’t been yet. I woul like to resolve this matter but overall great stay and friendly staff. Only one thing that was missing was the ice buckets in the room.

« Perfect stay :-) »

Good location of hotel. It was so easy for us to get anywhere. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly especially Franta and Adam. All staff in the hotel was great :-)! The mattresses were very comfortable also. We realy enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much.

Overall experience was good but let down by a few details. English channels on TV was very limited, Swimming Pool was quite cold and certainly not the 26 degrees advertised and the jacuzzi was closed all the time we were there which was disappointing as was one of the reasons I chose the hotel. My wife wouldn't get in the pool because it was too cold and couldn't use the Jacuzzi either. Food in restaurant was good and breakfast was OK but it was a little frustrating to be asked for our room number several times by the same person who couldn't speak English. We only had to move from the table and he would ask us again. On last day water in room was cold so we couldn't shower. I reported it to reception who said they would get technical to have a look but that was too late for us. We didn't really get an apology and certainly no offer of compensation. room cleaning was very late in the day. We went out all morning and early afternoon and came back later to rest and get ready to go out in the evening. On a number of occasions the room hadn't been cleaned and as we were in it had to leave it so it wasn't cleaned for a couple of days.

In the same time, I would like to apologize for the unpleasant situations, which you caused during the breakfast. We already made such a improvements, and this employee is not working for our hotel anymore. We do understand, that it must have been unpleasant, and we are very sorry about it. Regarding to the cleanliness of the room, I would like to just kindly explain you, that I have checked it with our housekeeping manager, and it will help us to be even better with this service. « Nice hotel and comfortable room »

We enjoyed the stay very much and the room was comfortable. The only downside was the opaque panels on the bedroom doors. This meant that our daughter (who slept in the bedroom in a travel cot) didn’t go to sleep unless we turned the lights out in the living area and sat in the dark! Solid doors between the bedroom and living room would be helpful in the suites for this reason. All of the staff were helpful and breakfast was very nice.
