really good lovely newly decorated rooms. But really need a kettle and tea making facilities as the machine at reception not working and late at night there was not a hot drink to be had.

No hairdryers, small showers and no toiletries are issues you need to correct. The room (#108). Was too dark because of the paint color and seemed dirty. We had a lot a crumbs on our floor and a candy wrapper between the mattress and headboard.

« Relaxing overnight stop »

We booked in via the automated check in with no problems. This was an overnight stop in our way south to Spain . The rooms are modern and comfortable. We were woken in the night by the fire alarm and this I believe was due to a smoke alarm in one of the rooms. Obviously had not read the notice and decided to have a cigarette!!! This was resolved and we continued with our sleep . The area is quiet at night and we left relaxed to continue our long journey

Arrived to a friendly reception and a bright clean and airy room with a huge washroom. I had to leave at 5am to compete in an event and the receptionist was happy to provide hot water for porridge and a coffee for me. Cannot imagine a better service for the price

The hotel was very accomodating, especially given we arrived very late. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, although with no AC the room was very hot on arrival. Breakfast was plentiful, if basic.

« Mixed feelings about our stay »

We have stayed several times at this hotel and the much improved room was very pleasant. The bathroom and shower were much improved also. Stairs were in need of refurbishment and one step was quite hazardous. Unfortunately, it was very hot in the room which made sleeping very difficult.

we were very pleasantly surprised by the great new décor and reception open on our arrival and very helpful staff. very comfy and large bed excellent shower. close to the amazing medieval city of Senlis, and the grill near by the other ibis had a passable menu and also friendly and helpful staff

« The hotel is in a state of re furbishment, Staff were ok room ok. neither plug socket would work. »

One big problem, I made a reservation through Ibis ,when I arrived at the The manager could find no record of it. H e suggested I checked at the IBIS hotel next door. Which i did , walking the 200 mts around the building. When I got to the other hotel, The manager of the Budget Ibis was on the phone to the staff member there. She looked on her system, found my reservation and kindly printed it off for me. My Booking Code was-GKDDCZFH. I returned to the BUDGET IBIS with the paper work. The Manager , after pressing about 50 buttons found a room for me. He had previously told pone callers that he was full but he had told me he did have a room for me. so it was sorted. But if I had arrived later, I would have had no way of claiming the room I had reserved and given my card no as security. What can you do to give me confidence in your booking service and Hotel chain? The public toilet near reception was in poor state and the door would not slide, not what you need after a 3 hour drive!
