« I lost my points »

I redeemed my points 2000 through reservation, but they didn't reflect it into final amount and bill. I claimed this matter but they said they didn' t know it and couldn't do it. I lost 2000point from my point and pay whole amount without redeem points. I just lost my points. And your people ignore that fact. Please get back my points. The worst case during my long experience in accor hotel.

« This Hotel is the absolute Horror »

In 30 years of intense business travel over many countries I have never changed a Hotel, but this time we moved out and went to the Ibis next door. If this is Mercure quality, then never again. Bathroom dirty, room dark and stinking. Fungus all over the bathroom. Extremely loud. Could hear everything from the corridor and other rooms. Furniture partially rotten. Did not take anything out of my suitcase. But the worst was the bed linen which was so smelly, like soaked in Chlorine that you could not lay down on it. Did not believe all the negative comments on the web. Took several pictures and will share them on facebook.

« This was most probably one of the worst Hotel experiences I ever had »

Rooms are dark as in a grave. Extremely smelly bed linen and cushin. Bathroom dirty as hell, partially fungus, partially not working Furniture centuries old, some really in bad shape. Extremely loud - you can hear everything what happens on the corridor and in the neighbouring room I am a very frequent traveller and it is the first time in my business carreer (30 years) that I have changed a Hotel. We cancelled the last night, even we had paid for it and moved to the Ibis Hotel next door. Will definately for the first time in my life issue a travel report on tripadvisor. Can send also nice pics :-(

All was ok except the uncontrollable air condition. It keeps hotting air and never was able to stop it. The local command and switcher doesn't work br

the hospitality that usualy exist in your hotels is not there, the rooms were very old and not maintained, the quality of service, food, mini bar need to be improved.. the hospitality of the personel in food area and restaurant is not good at all, the food price is very high giving the poor quality..

« Good, but the hotel needs some renovation »

Personal ok, lobby ok, no help with bags (no bell boy...), rooms outdated, sleeping ok, power plugs not available near the bed, bathroom need maiteniance (shower water switch not working...), details that can make a stay perfect....

« Good price to service ratio. Friendly staff. Nice Hotel features. »

A good hotel compared to the price level. Positive is a very friendly and always helpful staff. Nice add-on features such as outdoor pool, a nice garden to walk in and relax, fitness room and spa. They accept American Express cards which is good and one reason for me to stay, because almost all other hotels in Algeria don't. The room and bathroom overall had been relatively large and well equiped. Negative is only a relatively old and dirty carpet in the room and the sink in the bathroom tab was broken, so one can use it only for shower. Therefore one point less in the overall rating.
