A good check in experience, thanks to Yahya for his nice greetings. For the breakfast, they personel takes a long time before bringing again the food/fruits... after the current dish is empty in the buffet.

Every thing is excellent except these few items: - Not easy to recognize the hotel shuttle at the airport - I got my hotel access cards and the room was still being worked for cleaning by the staff - The staff should not disturb the tenants before they leave the room or until they check-out

It was alright, had better days and stays in the same hotel. Usually i get a superior room, but due to the fact that the hotel was full as the manager let me know, i stayed in a standard room which was not too comfortable. But for a one week only stay, i did not mind it at all. However, as a Platinum member, i did not get the reception i was expecting , the room didn't reflect my status. There was no drinks or cookies in the room no bathrobe or slippers prepared.

« Entrance is gorgeous, rooms are disappointing »

I read review online saying that the hotel was not up to standard. The reception of the hotel is gorgeously decorated and arranged and you think reviews were wrong. When you enter the room, you discover ageing equipment. The mini bar was empty when I entered the room, the air-con suddenly made a dangling noise at 3 am, the sofa was completely destroyed underneath, making them not usable. Personnel came in my room 3 types without knocking at the door. This was not worth the price I paid, which was more expensive than a European hotel for the same type of room.

Experience was too bad.. The Bathrooms are fitted with old fittings.. The Shower is very old with very less water flow. Drainage is worst.. water from the shower area fill up & goes very slowly.

A few nights during a business trip. Really nothing special. Not the room, not the breakfast, not the facilities… I asked for a room on a high level floor… I got a room in the lowest floor possible. Wellness facility needs some update. Not really a place to feel good. not in good shape, no big towels… Fitness facility is quite ok. Whole stay was nothing special...

Réception desk staff not very smiling but professional. I Regret that I could not book at Ibis. The bar is sad, the waiter too. The buffet for a mercury there is not even fresh orange juice in a country where there are oranges. So the breakfast is worse than the Ibis in the dishes except the salmon.
