« Good located and comfortable hotel »

Hotel nearby the airport but in quiet neighbourhood. Comfortable, especially the superior rooms in algerian norms. Price/quality is ok. Food is good and not too expensive. Friendly staff. Only check-out was complicated and slow. Free service from and to airport.

« The worst hotel I have stayed ever »

I arrive at hotel on 14:30 but was told no room available for check-in though I have prepaid for my room fee. Front desk always fully occupied, need to wait for long time. The toothpaste was not prepared in the room and I couldn’t brush my teeth due to super tired and the front desk never answer the phone, again, super busy and long waiting. When I check out they didn’t give me the receipt and I give up when I realize it due to long waiting again.... I’m really really frustrated about my stay there although I paid more than staying at Sheraton...

Very bad hotel in term on room not clean carpet not clean , very bad service , praying carpet not available , no drinking water ....... breakfast very poor quality and most of table are no ready .. it will take time to get them ready and you have to run after waiter ... in term of language I saw the customer showing picture to waiting what he need because he don’t speak international language

Stay was OK but I had late lunch (buffet) upon arrival and I got sick later in the day and during the night. I was also disappointed with the shuttle service to airport. I arrived from domestic flight and immediately called the hotel to inquire about the shuttle as I was walking to international terminal but my phone call was not answered (welcome message over and over again). By the time I reached the booth in the terminal the shuttle had just gone and I had to wait one hour. On the evening when I wanted to booked the shuttle for next morning 7 am I was told the shuttle was fully booked, I had to use a taxi. between the food and the shuttle this was not a satisfying experience. Other services and amenities were at the standard I expected

The curtains in the room were broken and didnt close properly. Several of the plug sockets didnt work. The bathroom sink was badly cracked. The breakfast was of poor quality ( no fresh fruit juice / fruit from a tin etc). There was a huge pile of old matresses in the carpark (they’ve been there since my last trip several months ago).

I was excited to visit the Mercure again after a very long time. Unfortunately, this time was not as hype as I expected. In my particular room, there were many flaws. The bathroom was dirty, and toilet was not working properly, the lamp shades were rusted and the room had an uncomfortable smell.

For its location and as it is an Accor Group hotel I'm frequently staying in this hotel. The rooms are really old and the quality over price is really poor. It has to be renewed as soon as possible.

Retraining your staff is a must. You have nice location, cosy hotel but staff to review. They are not bad intentioned just they are not trained nor updated with the hospitality tendencies. Checcing is very slow, long queues and shortage of receptionists, Checking system to be reviewed.

On the first day, the checking was all fun, the team were very helpful despite the challenges Ruth my credit cards. I had to pay with cash later My friend who didn't have a reservation for his third night was later booked to share my room for 3 nights. The hotel was always fully booked. And very busy place. I had planned to change hotel because events centre was one hour by car from the hotel. Because of the comfort I stayed all 5 nights a Mercure aeroport
