It was an enjoyable stay. The staff were very good. However, some improvement needs to be looked ,for example to provide a European electrical adaptor to customer will add a good service value to your hotel. Please take such remark into your consideration.

This time the status from the bath was very poor. At first, the Faucet in the bath was rusted and the water coming out was Brown. Apart from them as already I wrote in my previous validation my experience was from good to very good.

Being a non-French speaking guest, the staff were friendly and helpful. At checkout the check out was a bit busier and the airport shuttle was leaving but the staff helped to stop the vehicle at the gate to come back and waited for me to complete my checkout! Thanks.

The Hotel in general is good , is also clean and good food . The food buffet worth it , The hotel is located directly near the new Bab Al zouar shopping mall You can even go there on feet no need for taxi

Room was too hot and the ac didn't work, called the reception and housekeeping but the phone seems to not work as I kept landing on recorded message asking to wait for more than an achour till I gave up, I need an extra light sheet but there was only the heavy comforter and as I said nobody answered the phone on the other side. And the best was when headed to the restaurant to have dinner there were no plates in the buffet area so I asked one of the waiters to get extra plates and was shocked by his behavior, he brought the plates with an angry face without saying a single courtesy word in contrary he was pushing huuufffsss. When I asked for his name nobody accepted to give his name but I was able to read a little of his badge, it starts with something like "Ghi..." I need to stay close to the airport as I had an early flight and have some rest but got such a horrible experience. I notified the receptionist at my checkout and he apologized and that was the only thing I got. I expected that at least a customer service representative contacts me with aim to keep my business in the future.

I was quite embarrassed when I had coffee or dinner with visitors, to see the hotel was refusing to put the bills on my room for alleged "No credit limit"? Despite the fact I did ask, when I checked in, to take into consideration the fact I will use the hotel services, I found myself quite embarrassed in front of my guests. What kind of practice is that? It doesn't exist in any part of the world in the accord hotels I visit, and I do stay in your group hotels minimum 6 to 10 times a year all over the world. You must have a good reason for it, but I find it aberrant for Gold or Platinum members to be put in such a situation. I hope you will find a solution to that and that your rating will reach 10 next time!

Arrived at the Hotel 1 oclock in the morning, just to discover that the upfront reserved and Paid Room wasnt available. and it took 2 Hours before we got replacement somewhere else in the City , with little to no explaination why we didnt get a room
