Excellent hotel, with a very good location next to the M55/M6 junction. Yet no traffic noise. Very friendly and helpful staff and clean rooms. Very good value for money. Ample parking in a secure car park with CCTV and now registering vehicles, so no unauthorised vehicles. So ease of parking after a day at work was a very welcome bonus.

Good clean rooms at a great price. staff where very welcoming and attentive to all our requests. bathrooms where spotless and all the public areas of the hotel. hotel in a great position for all surrounding destinations.

The trip to ibis hotel was great up until I had left the hotel and got charged a smoking fee of £50. When I emailed to question this they claimed the house-keeping staff could smell really heavy smoke. This was a blatant lie as I had opened the door to housekeeping literally 5 mins before I had left the room of the departure morning and they hadn't said anything to my face... This is because I had not been smoking in the room and they have no evidence to show this.

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, breakfast was ok for a budget hotel .... but the beds were horrifically uncomfortable.

A welcome at the door, clean and comfortable room. No-one on reception when I left at 5.30am Extremely poor signing off the main road. A second sign was obliterated by a tree - not IBIS problem but they may like to have a conversation with the local council

We have stayed many times before but this time there were motorbikes and cars chasing round car park late at night

Very disappointed with my stay. Bedding had stains on. When asked for new clean sheets we were told they would be sent and never were. Paid for late checkout and put a do not disturb on the door yet four times, not one but FOUR times, the cleaners tried to come in. I was having a relaxing weekend away with my boyfriend and we couldn’t not settle because people kept trying to come in. Not a happy customer

Unprofessional reception - tired decor and cold bedroom Breakfast was good and nice attention to minimising single use plastics. I stayed at Preston Legacy International 2 nights later and they are in a different league, £30 cheaper, maybe you could visit and pick up tips for improvement?

Nice hotel. I wish you wouldn't tick the quilt in. No one ever does that. The bed wasn't very comfortable.

The RV’s in the hotel were not working properly on arrival at 8 pm in the evening and the problem was not rectified for 24 hours, the picture and sou d quality was fragmented. The reason given for the issue by the hotel management was incorrect and as it proved 24 hours later the issue could have been sorted immediately by re-scanning the channels. The desk lamp in my room was not working, this was reported but not rectified during my 3 night stay. On arrival my room key was only validated for one night and consequently I could enter my room on the 3rd floor on the second night and had to return to reception to get this sorted. The cooked breakfast was not very inviting but it was adequate. The staff were friendly and helpful but unable to deal with issues satisfactorily.

Not as good as previous visits. Two lamps didn't work and heating only stayed on for a few minutes before giving an error message. As it was late in the evening we didn't report it until the following morning. Would have expected these things to be checked periodically to prevent customers experiencing them. However, would stay again when in the area.
