Very warm welcome from Tom on reception, room was clean, pleasant and bed was comfortable. Only downside was the window looked out on to a pitched tiled roof so no view whatsoever!

Smelly bathroom drains

Room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable. The only downside was the awful smell emitting from the bathroom sink, I think maybe a glug of drain cleaner is in order.

It was Good, but can be Better

Nice update with the heater, much needed to keep my room warm but can do with a bit low tech. I needed to watch YouTube tutorial to operate your heater... Also, Shower head came off but the staffs are wonderful and fixed it within an hour.

Bathroom door made a hell of a noise, not quite sitting right & does’nt shut. Last two visits there has been no Sauv Blanc, usually I wouldn’t bother but there was only 2 choices.
