We had a most enjoyable 3 nights at the Hotel and had booked breakfast as included. The room was comfortable and well supplied with tea, coffee and biscuits. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room faced the car park and was peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was more than adequate with a good supply of fruit juices - I particularly liked the Cranberry - continental and cooked breakfast. We have used this hotel on past visits to Lincoln and will certainly do so in the future. What is particularly good is the free parking for our car - a number of other hotels in Lincoln charge £5 per night to park thus making an additional £15 for our usual 3 night stay. Overall excellent.

I have stayed several times now and on the last 2 stays, I noticed a smell coming from the drains via the plug-hole at the basin. This has happened twice now and in different rooms. I reported it to reception on leaving. I just hope they sort it before out next visit........rather unpleasant.

It was as expected of a 2 star hotel Staff were helpful Breakfast could have been better eg more choice of eggs. Glasses and cups were hidden in drawers. Bedroom was roomy and comfortable. Not overly noisy

« Very noisy night »

We got woken up several times by clearly drunken hotel guests. Our room neighbours kept us awake from 1:20 - 2 oclock in the morning, shouting and banging. Dis-functional shower, turned VERY hot several times during a shower Told the staff about the shower, got a very short "sorry, we will report it" and turned the back on us.

Carpets in room filthy plus room itself existing hairs in room bedding ? Complementary 2 teabags 1 wooden stick to stir ! no pen,pencil paper looks like accountant has looked at costs and wanted to cut 10 pence here and there. Stayed in Ibis in other countries this was very poor in comparison

room was clean and comfortable. I stay here quite often and although this time the room was ok some are tired and have quite revolting old carpet in them which are not nice to walk on as they feel sticky and dirty. Staff are always lovely and welcoming.
