The hotel is in a great place for when i visit England, the hotel is clean and tidy breakfast is also good,plus next door is a hotel and pub for evening mealy if you require them.All in all a very good hotel.

Yes, I stayed. It was fine. Ive ignored 2 feedback requests and this 3rd one is sent. WHY??? Do you think I enjoy being harassed? Your next email to me better be an apology. Otherwise I will not let this rest. Far too many companies now harass their customers/clients. What does it gain you by attacking us?

Extremely uncomfortable bed - woke up feeling really stiff all over. Stupidly small heater which didn’t warm up the room. A prolonged noise which lasted about 20 minutes when the toilet was flushed.

Received parking notice for 13th Feb. We stay several days and was told to record my Van reg and your receptionist wold complete the rest ( ie length of stay etc) I am surprise that we did not have several !!! I have appealed and it was unsuccessful ( £60.00) Very disappointed
