You put us on the 3rd floor. ..with air conditioning full blast the whole afternoon. ....the room was 27 degrees. After telling the front desk they put us on the 2nd floor. ...with air conditioning the evening that room was 25 degrees. It was better with the window open as the evening was cool for the night but the noise. ...... We really appreciated the help from the front desk but I think with summers as of lately you should invest in a new (silent) airconditioning system

Once again we had a great stay in this Hotel. At times the front of house staff were under pressure due to the volume of people wanting checking in together. Breakfast was very nice and the menu was varied.

Despite the receptionist saying we had not booked and paid for our breakfasts (I even showed the booking paperwork clearly stating that we had booked it and nothing to pay), our stay way just as enjoyable as the previous times we have stayed there. At times there were not enough staff to cope with the demands of the guests. Perhaps a better choice of meals would be better (not including breakfast).

Our stay was during the World Cup. The visitors and staff got involved in the match between Belgium and Japan. There was a tremendous atmosphere which contributed to our experience of the hotel. Aaalst was a great place and the hotel was just 20 minutes walk from the town centre.

Checked in online day before. Very close to motorway but not noisy. Free parking in front of hotel. Room clean and tidy. Shower fantastic. Very powerful. Room could only be improved if had larger towels and tea/coffee making facilities. Very happy with experience.

Good room, day-night parking (9 euros), good breakfast, friendly staff, wifi everywhere. Too bad housekeeping entered my room twice when I was not checked out yet. One knock and immediately opening the door doesn't give me enough time to respond. Everything else was good.

Hotel was nice but understaffed with front of house running reception, kitchen and bar. As a result stressed and disorganised. Food menu was limited to 3 options and took over an hour to arrive on both occasions I ordered. Room was ok but although the bins were changed the bed wasn’t made, a simple thing which would make a big difference. I wasn’t able to add items to my room which was inconvenient as I was in business and would have preferred a single invoice. To finish it off I asked for a taxi which was unmarked, took me 10 minutes down the road to the station and tried to charge me 15 euros, 3 times what was advised it would cost.

The Hotel is real average. Rooms are more the quality of a young hostel. The soup spender in the bath were empty. Very limited space for hanging clothes. Very good breakfast. On morning the lock at the door was not function. It has taken an half hour and a technician to solve the issue.
