« Met all our needs »

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and tidy. The room was comfortable. The only issue was the lack of kitchen staff which meant limited menu for evening meals. We ate there twice and both times the food was good but we would have liked more choice. Plenty of choice for breakfast though which was very good. Could also perhaps suggest the hotel invests in some new towels!

Staff were efficient, friendly and personable. The room was clean and inviting. I was impressed with how quiet it was. Breakfast was abundant and the selection of things on offer was terrific. I was really pleased to have stayed there and will do so again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We were welcomed and the staff had arranged the rooms we requested. They also allow us use of the underground car park free of charge. This is much more convenient, especially if raining. Due to arriving late in the evening we find it easiest to eat in the hotel from the bar snack menu; this had a very limited choice but ok.

We have used this hotel several times in the past as it is very conveniently located on our return journey to the UK. We usually have an evening meal but our food choice was limited on this occasion. The young lady serving us was very helpful and friendly which compensated to some extent. bedroom is small but adequate and we slept very well. There is a recurring problem which is nothing to do with the hotel and that is the traffic on Monday morning when we leave as we are required to drive into Aalst to regain access to the motorway. Despite this, we intend to use this hotel on future trips.

Friendly pleasant staff. Room small, rather worn out, bed linen grubby with holes and burn marks etc, pillows were just gross. Kind of makes your skin crawl. Just a one night stay so I put up with it but I will never be back here.

Hotel and staff overall are very good, location of hotel suits my needs for locality to business. Breakfast in my opinion is too expensive for the choice you get, quality of food is somewhat lacking. I have never eaten and evening meal there, always visit the Houten Hand down the road.

I had a n OK experience with the hotel. I had to come for business travel and the hotel is relatively close to the office. The hotel is nice and tidy but during the night I really noticed that the walls are really thing because of the night noises if you know what I mean ;)

Our reserved room was family room (king size bed + 2 singles), but when we got there our room was changed two single bed room without informing us and the same price. Also, someone (I guess cleaner) smoked in our room before we enter, tab end was left outside our window and stink of smoking smell in the room!!

We have booked and paid a family room (double/ king size bed + 2 single beds room), however, our room was changed to a 2 single beds without refund and explanation. The room was dirty and cleaner smoked and left a tab end st outside window. Mattress is cheap quality and uncomfortable. Never stray again. Avoid!!

You put us on the 3rd floor. ..with air conditioning full blast the whole afternoon. ....the room was 27 degrees. After telling the front desk they put us on the 2nd floor. ...with air conditioning the evening that room was 25 degrees. It was better with the window open as the evening was cool for the night but the noise. ...... We really appreciated the help from the front desk but I think with summers as of lately you should invest in a new (silent) airconditioning system

Despite the receptionist saying we had not booked and paid for our breakfasts (I even showed the booking paperwork clearly stating that we had booked it and nothing to pay), our stay way just as enjoyable as the previous times we have stayed there. At times there were not enough staff to cope with the demands of the guests. Perhaps a better choice of meals would be better (not including breakfast).
