« Rooms are clean but hotel suffers from neglect »

The experience was mediocre Same breakfast buffet day after day - when condiments were empty is was days before they were refilled. Exercise room was neglected - broken machine, no water.

Around a vendor meeting, I need a place to stay in Leuven. Novotel is close to the AB-InBev building and 10 min away from nice restaurants and the train station. Rooms are clean and comfortable. make sure to get two keys that the heating/air-condition work all the time. Make sure you get a room to the back of the building due to heavy traffic on the road. Breakfast is great

« Service Dramatically Improved! Great job!! »

I was at this hotel back in Oct/Nov for 3 1/2 weeks with several work colleagues and the customer service was horrible. They only thing that was consistent was they were rude to all of us equally. When I returned again this past Jan/Feb for 3 weeks, it was a wonderful experience. Everyone was so pleasant and accommodating!! Great job for turning the Novotel Leuven around!! I would now recommend friends and family to stay at this location.

« the best word to describe my visit was adequate. »

The room was as always, clean & everything worked. I had two bad experiences with Dinner. On the day of my arrival, there was no dinner service as there was no chef. I was not infomed about this inconvenience on my arrival, which would have seen me chnaging my dinnr plans. Sure the barman did servr soup & pizza but tbh it was quite basic. The second experience was a lot more alarming. I ordered the prawn Croquette which when served was still frozen in the middle. This is inexcusable when presenting shellfish. I asked the bar manager to bring this to management attention.. To be honest, I doubt i will ever eat dinner again in your hotel.

« clean comfortable room, everything was good »

stayed 2 nights and all was good. the breakfast on the second day was not very good, all of the hot items were cold and were not being replaced. We arrived at breakfast at 0900 so I don't think that is late. However, they were setting up for a large table, so maybe the staff were too busy to worry about breakfast??

The rooms were good. Not having your room cleaned for a 5eu credit is a great idea. The bartender Dominico made the three weeks there very entertaining.
