The overall stay was pleasant and it met my needs. A few customer service issues were not so satisfactory but after discussing with the hotel management, an improvement was visible in this area. Domenico from the bar is a great employee and asset for the hotel! He is always friendly, nice to talk to, very customer oriented, not just at the bar but also in the restaurant. When Domenico is working, the restaurant is full and perfectly functioning. When he is not there, the restaurant is empty and the low number of people in the restaurant are disappointing. I have some improvement suggestions for the hotel for longer stays and larger groups.

The room was very noise, because the window was very low quality. Th ceiling had water linking which generate blight. The room number was 230.

As always very good, I must say the parking arrangements have changed and the rates charged this time round is scandalous. I have always paid a flat fee of 12 euros for overnight parking. But this time round it was metered with a new system being installed. My parking worked out 18 euros and 20 euros respectively. Which I believe is too expensive!

The parking is not the property of the hotel. Since the opening of the hotel we had a direct agreement with the owner of the parking and operated the parking for him. Unfortunately the owner now decided not to extend our agreement but give it into the hands of the company "Indigo" that operates a lot of parkings. The hotel had no say in the pricing. For your next visit I would suggest to use Parking Vaartkom or Parking Mincelaers located at 5 minutes walking from the hotel and only charging €6 per 24 hours. The room was confortable and I will take another stay when I visit Leuven next time. Two minor comments: the increase of the number of restaurant staff may be needed, house keeping service can be every other day but I don't know how to receive the coupon.

Room comfy, good and clean shower, however as a lot of other previous customers complained in their reviews-there is very poor facility related to coffee and tea in room-we have been 4 persons in the room; had 2 carton cups and one single bottle of water, night before our staying in Novotel we have had been in one 3* hotel in Ieper-facilities of this hotel were above the ones found Novotel. You request feedback to improve the quality-I do believe that there are enough feedback on this part to start to do something about it. 2. Breakfast was ok-enough choice as expected to a 4* hotel
