We have stayed at this hotel quite a few times and enjoy it every time. The location is good and is a clean hotel. The only minus point is that the hammam/steam room was not working on one occasion. otherwise very good and clean hotel.

Check-in was correct, room was clean, breakfast was good although I wish there would be some more fresh fruit like bananas, pineapple (not canned) or clementines instead of those very unripe kiwis. The cleaner of my room was very friendly!

Easy to get in and out (when check out, the reception person did not know accurately the implication of the on-line check in option so has a bit of delay). Room reasonably clean. All amenities working (except water runs out very slowly with sink) and safety box initially not working. Breakfast is normal and reasonable.

« A nice stay in Leuven in a comfortable room with friendly service »

- We were welcomed very friendly at the reception, got lots of information about visiting Leuven - Parking was very convenient, we could leave the car parked until late in the evening on the day of our check out - The room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom (bath) could have been a bit more modern.

Stayed for two nights on business, very comfortable and clean rooms. Eat in the restaurant one evening with no issues. Only area for improvement I would of liked an iron in my room so I can prepare my shirts for the following day, reception were able to provided me with one

Everything was really good. Only one small minus that both our keys were blocked on 3rd from 4th days of stay, but receptionist fixed them quite fast.

Good: location, gym, breakfast....Bad: temperature control.....was very hot no matter what tips the front desk suggested. Pillows: filled with synthetic materials. Tip: Marriott pillows that are heavier and mold to your head.
