We enjoyed our stay at the SOFITEL St. James very much. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The hotel is beautiful renovated and the rooms are very trendy. The SOFITEL beds are the best ever! We loved the view over St. James. The St. James bar and the restaurant are in such a beautiful interior. The massage I had in the spa was one off the best I ever got. Next time when we visit London. We will stay in the SOFITEL St. James again! Thank you for making our stay memorable.

My wife and I were in London for a five day holiday. I want to complement two staff at your concierge desk. For each night of our stay we wished to attend different theatre performances. The concierge staff were excellent, cooperative and engaging in helping us with selection and obtaining tickets. As well they were knowledgeable about things to do and see in London and very well informed regarding transportation. Please extend complements to each from my wife and my self, I am sorry I do not recall their names but the young man was from Hungary and the young woman was from France,.... both will be excellent long term employees.

Me and my whole family love staying in Sofitel London not just because its a luxury hotel but because of the staffs that always welcome us like we are a family. The lady in the breakfast buffet still remember us after 5 months of our last stay. Just 1 thing you need to improve is the bell boy because we arrived about almost 10pm but there was none in the main door. Except the lady from the concierge approached us. Kinda disappointed because it is raining but everything is perfect except that incident.

We would have given this hotel 10/10 for location and facilities if their F&B prices were more competitive. Situated in a hub of other established eateries and bars the hotel's prohibitive beverage prices versus quality is the only glitch. Being regular customers we have learnt to select the best room type in the house but some of the other rooms are not worthy of the rates asked. The newly refurbished rooms are impressive in both design and practicability except the bathrooms which have not been modernised.

Great location and facility however some of the service was a little clumpsy We stayed for a special occasion and the delivery of the cake and bubbles was unfortunate. I had order French cheese that never arrived. Service at reception was also a little clumsy with keys. It working etc. however the staff were very friendly.
