My family and I recently enjoyed 3 nights stay in this hotel at the end of a 4 week European holiday. What a great ending to a great trip. The location of this hotel was excellent, the service was impeccable and the overall quality of the hotel at the highest level. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next stay in London!

Enjoyed 2 very comfortable nights. The snacks available in the bar were a nice addition to the services provided since our last visit. Room was well equipped - just one point the Nespresso machine cut out before the full dose of coffee had been delivered - we had to hold the button down to get a full dose. Bed not quite as comfortable as we have experienced in Sofitel before - MyBed topper a bit tired?

« Very relaxing and pleasant stay - top marks »

The entire stay was brilliant. Very relaxing. From the start I walked in to all smiles and welcomes and was greeted by Laura. She was so nice and got me checked in quickly. Told me all the information I needed and I soon felt like I could engage in a full blown conversation with her. I had to nip to my room and get sorted as I wanted to head back out. I soon received a text message checking that everything was ok with the room. Nice touch! Breakfast was lovely in the morning. Staff were so attentive and food was lovely.

« A bit disappointing... »

The room was fine, but I found the overall experience to be lacking as compared with the price of stay. Specifically, the room was small, the breakfast (not included) mediocre and the room service menu limited. On the positive side, service was outstanding, as I find it to be at all Sofitel locations.

« It my home in London , I always feel so welcomed »

As usual, it was a very enjoyable stay. The room 101 is a very nice room. On check-in I was asked the reason for coming to London, and happened to mention it was our Wedding Anniversary, later a lovely chocolate cake with balloons arrived to our room! A lovely touch. I also experienced SoSpa this time which was very professional, and relaxing, and I was given an appointment straight away.

Professional, polite and discreet, all the staff at this magnificent hotel were determined to bring the very highest of standards of service to their guests, whether that be in the reception area, the restaurant or the spa. The faultless and immaculate room was a pleasure to stay in, with a full compliment of all amenities needed. I’ve stayed here three times now and it continues to be my favourite five star hotel in the capital.

I had a very good experience ! The staff was fabulous and very kind! I especially would like to compliment Sophie in the check in desk. Also the all the people working at the front door. My only complaint is that the way the bathroom door in my bedroom worked. It makes a huge noise when you close it. That was very inconvenient in the middle of the night when someone tried to use the bathroom .
