I am sorry to hear that our new check-in and check-out process wasn't to your liking. A few months ago, the company decided to remove the Reception desks and used the 21st century technology available (i.e. mobile phone...) in order to make our guests approach move welcoming and friendly. As we are pioneer in this matter, we appreciate this isn't to everyone personal taste. Room was grubby. Bed was very hard and the pillows were flat and felt like they were filled with sand. I got the spare pillow out to see if it was any softer to find it covered in Mascara and hairs! We also noticed what appeared to be 2 small blood stains on the floor next to the bed. The bathroom was also grubby with hairs all over the shower and sink. We were unable to warm the room as the 'heater' didn't appear to do anything. The location of this hotel is good, however I will most certainly NOT stay here again. Very disappointing.

The staff were exemplary, they were very polite and welcoming. However, the carpet in the room had an odour, we can only describe as "musty" like a dirty vacuum cleaner bag? The bed, though clean felt quite damp too. We were glad we were only staying for one night. Once again, the staff were extremely polite and very smart in their appearance. When we left the lady asked if we enjoyed our stay and I mentioned the smell in the room, she was very concerned and apologetic and said she would report it to housekeeping.

The bed & bedding were extremely uncomfortable resulting in me getting very little sleep.. the bedding is very hard. And the noise outside was the next problem, your rooms are paper thin so guests hear everything.
