The room smelt of raw sewage. I reported it to the staff member & she just shrugged it off I would never stop at an ibis again

The room is a good size the bed is cumfy, big shower Very good breakfast. I’d like to blue tooth speakers in the room tv station were very good or couldn’t access them. The step from the shower was big or bigger than expected. Price! It’s christmas I know but still on the expensive side

Hotel looks low-key from the outside. I honestly thought it was going to be a cheap sort of accommodation because of all the smoke and people loitering outside. (I also arrived pretty late at night, and the place is close to the center) But to my surprise, my room had a very welcoming ambience and was very clean, fresh and comfortable! I was also very hungry and ordered something from the bar. The cheesy tacos and dips were amazing. I slept really well! Great that the hotel also stores luggage for free. My friend and I were a bit haggard from errands and I remember the staff being so nice and assuring that we don’t need to hurry and we can take our time to pack/unpack and just tell her when she can take the luggage to store.

The manager met us on arrival and checked us in what a lovely man very obliging and booked us taxi for later that day,all staff were so nice and chatty the whole experience was a 11/10 couldn’t fault it

I have been before and every time I go there is excellent customer service staff very helpful. Room was clean and perfect for our stay. Hotel is accessible to city center and is in a perfect location. Price was a little more then I paid last time but will not definitely stoppping me book again with the hotel. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable and perfect as usual. We will be booking again in the near future.

The carpets in room 412 are badly stained and in urgent need of proper cleaning, This detracts from the otherwise reasonable state of the room . Otherwise the hotel is OK, staff are very friendly but prices for rooms fluctuate from month to month varying by up to 80% more than the lowest price. At the low prices it is value for money but not at the high prices. The piped music is dire and all pervasive in the communal areas.

« Unbeatable, in every way, but pricey! »

The place is very central and convenient, especially for those who need access to both the downtown and the universities area. It's modern, airy, bright, and clean. The room was spotless, with everything working and in good state of repair. The quirky little notes Ibis leaves around the room are a really nice touch. That said, I got a great deal on the room; if I would have paid the full price (almost $200), I'd expect quite a bit more.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed, and both times been impressed. I really like being able to send a text to ask for things (an extra blanket or pillow or tea bag) and it arrives within a few mins. I also like the superbly quick check-in, although i seem unable to check in online ever.

Staff were brilliant, but for the price we paid it was extremely average. It definitely wasn’t worth the price we paid. I feel a little ripped off as we didnt even recieve breakfast after paying £175.

The staff were all extremely friendly and the room was clean and bed comfy. However the bathroom smelt of eggy drains which came into the bedroom whenever the bathroom door was opened. This spoilt the experience of an otherwise good stay.
