« Good location, comfy bed »

Arrived about ten pm, swift booking in, room fine, comfy bed. Bar was reasonable and could still get some food items. Cooked breakfast a bonus. Only quibble was temperature set on climate control a bit high, I would have preferred to be able to have it a bit cooler. Right near to the train station, directly into Marylebone in ten minutes. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Booked disabled parking wasn't told that on day events we had to drive a different way round rang for directions but couldn't tell me so had to pay for parking some where else got there booked in to find I had two twin rooms when it was one twin one double wasn't offered a double then in one room the tv didn't work and man at reception just said o it's to do with signal on roof nothing I can do again not offered another room not very comfy bed then in morning I went out side to see sick on floor told staff as was a lot still there after breakfast

Check in is useless as no desk. Guests are booked, in the middle of the entrance by a small computer station. I checked in took the lift to my floor to find my card wouldn’t open the door to the room. Downstairs to reception again, where I was given a different room. Back up again, To find this time I had been given a twin (two single beds) so back down to reception again. The lady told me I’d booked a twin not a double which I knew was not true. She said I will let you have a double as though she was doing me a favour, she had nothing to say when I showed her my booking confirmation stating ‘double room’! I faintly heard a whisper of an apology. The floors (4th in particular) has no “quiet” signs, there were many Chinese guests banging and shouting. The whole floor layout and decor is atrocious, it has the feel of a hostel. Bed was uncomfortable. I am booked again next week however this will be my last stay at Ibis Wembley! Not a good experience.

Too noisy outside and I couldn't close the window as it was a warm night and ac wasn't working in the room, no reception staff downstairs to help, barman was rude and ignorant.

So I booked a room at IBIS Wembley for 3 nights from 27th to 30th September for a special occasion. I so trusted the nice pictures on website and thought the room would be clean and cozy. It was too late that I realised that I was so wrong, the room we've stayed was messy with dirty stains and hair in the bathtub. Hair on the bed made me feel disgusted. It was absolutely no pleasure to have our nights at IBIS. oh! MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT ASK ABOUT TOILETRIES , Sadly you would hear from the manager of IBIS saying "what is the problem", "IBIS NEVER PROVIDES, PAY f2 TOOTHPASTE" How nice is that :)

Room was mostly fine. Was extremely warm some evenings due to the fact there is no cool air option depending on the weather. Would have loved to have cool air as opening the window was not possible due to noise and the extreme wind outside. No other complaints for the price,

Stayed at several Ibis hotels. The staff as always are the best advertisement for you - friendly and helpful. Unfortunately only 2 parking places available at this particular venue and other car parks were v.expensive. Plus (but we had been warned) building construction going on on all sides.

The staff were all friendly and the rooms were clean. Shame about the limited parking offered. Had to park at another hotel nearby. Would have appreciated a controllable air conditioning system as the room was definitely not kept at the 21c it stated.

Fairly clean, decent service and an ok view. Bit disappointed I had to purchase adaptors and very disappointed there weren't a minibar. All in all an ok experience, with a bit of disappointment.
