Some youth hostels have better beds, cleaner and more spacious rooms than IBIS Wembley. It is true that I didn't expect much for the price but I was very disappointed. There was even a blood stain on my bed sheet! I would never return to this place again.

For the price set it was below standard. Small, cramp not that much facilities. Parking was a joke. Like five car spaces on site and that was not what they promised over the phone. My view was of premier inn.

Staff were friendly, however, there was confusion on the first morning as our stay included breakfast, however, this wasn't passed onto the staff in the restaurant. I had to go down to Reception to resolve this mix-up and show them my confirmation e-mail. Reception/restaurant area very nice, however the hotel corridors (we were staying on Level 9) and rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. The room we were staying in had stains on the carpets/marks on the walls. The car park is is an absolute disgrace! It is more like a dumping ground for old furniture/chairs/barrels/xmas trees/wooden palates, etc. As this is the first impression of the hotel on arrival I feel something urgently needs to be done about this, it looks terrible and does not instil any confidence in your stay ahead if this is what you are greeted with.

Very happy with our stay. Was just the one night. Bed comfortable and breakfast was good. Plates could be larger for the buffet. It was impossible to cut your food without it sliding off the plate and I didn't have much.
