Had a great time staying at this Hotel it was real clean and was in the best location for us because we were going to a Music gig at Wembley and this Hotel is right next door to it. So Perfect. Staff were wonderful and all was willing to help. Will stay again and recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Wembley.

When checking in we were asked which floor we'd like which is something I haven't been offered before, it was a nice touch. Room was basic but clean, you get what you pay for, perfectly satisfactory if you're using it to crash after an event at Wembley. No mini fridge in the room, would be nice but tea and coffee available. Didn't hear any noise. Breakfast was good, decent choice, but slow to clean up tables. Able to store your luggage after checkout so you can still experience the city, get a ticket corresponding to a label attached to your case so a randomer doesn't walk off with it, this was greatly appreciated. Overall I would definitely book this hotel again if available.

Although very close to Wembley the cost of our one night stay was the most expensive we have ever paid for a hotel nights stay. We assume it was because of the concert but this did not justify the price. There was no clear reception we had to find someone to check us in. The hotel room was very small and lacked some basic items, complementary water, biscuits, a bin in our room (only one in the bathroom), no bedside table on one side meant there was no where to personal items. All very standard items for any room.

The hotel was fine, although after the Fleetwood Mac gig, the bar area was incredibly busy with people wanting food and more drinks. I stood in a queue for over 30 minutes to be told the only pizzas left was Pepperoni, which is not good for me as I am vegetarian. The guy on the bar did not seem to be coping well with the busy period, and was quite short with me when I was asking for something vegetarian. I am not sure if this always happens after busy events at Wembley stadium, but that part of the experience was not great.

Check in was easy, room was clean and functional. A safe would have been good as would have preferred not to take house keys and credit cards to concert. Had prepaid so key drop made leaving simple with no delay.

It was strange. I lived in a hotel for 13 months because of a house fire & so comparing hotels was inevitable. Overall, the room was comfortable (I've slept in some terrible rooms) but I missed not having a bath (only a shower available) & the only choice of towel was a hand one: no big towel to cover your body post shower. I did look for one though. There was no bath mat either. £250 was very expensive for a room that I considered basic. There was no bottled water to make tea so had to buy one from the bar & I found no instructions on what to do in case of a fire or a contact number with telephone to call downstairs for a member of staff if there was an emergency. On the upside it was very clean & I managed to get a reasonable amount of sleep.

Should you stay with us again you'll find contact details for reception in your room directory (both WhatsApp and direct line). It's the fan you'll find on the desk in the room. Fire exit instructions are on the back of the door, and posted in the stairwell. Our rates do fluctuate depending on demand, time of year, and events taking place in the area and availability. Should you book and ibis again, you'll find our price match option available on our website. If ever you end up finding the same room night available elsewhere at a lower rate, we'll match the difference. My room was a disabled access one so was larger than noal. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.. The decor was a bit tired. Breakfast was excellent apart from scrambled eggs.

Ibis have great friendly service. I had changed my reservation last minute, and they were extremely accommodating and helpful. It was quite busy due to the Spice Girls event, but I thought the staff handled everything extremely well. Food was good.

We went (Mother and Daughter) to see Spice Girls at Wembley Stadium. Everything was very good except we received an email for online check-in. There was a charge for this and wasn't needed as everything went very smoothly.....so glad we didn't take up the offer. The only problem was, we ordered food in the Hotel Restaurant and we saw our food waiting and getting cold in the Bar Area for 15 minutes before we had to ask if it was ours and collect it ourselves! Staff were continually walking past it and just leaving it there so wasn't too hot. More Staff needed as there were only two working that night and it was very busy! Also, after the concert, we went for a nightcap in the Bar and there was a large queue to get served......again more Staff needed. Everything else was great! Thank you

Our event day service is a little different from say a normal restaurant, hence the food service. We unfortunately have to go by information provided by police when estimating event attendance. As information provided through official channels indicated that the events were undersold by several thousand tickets, the area was expected to be to be comparatively quiet. As you experienced this was unfortunately not the case as you experienced, and I can only apologise sincerely for the extended wait times. The mattress on the single beds were terrible and so I did not sleep at all! The towels were very small and thin Breakfast was adequate

The hotel was perfectly ok the room was clean however the drains smelled slightly after use. All of London area we stayed in smelt the same so this didn't really matter. The Breakfast had a large selection however no veggie meat options. We never had warm beans and chewy hash browns but the rest was pleasant.

Perfect for 1 night stay after concert

Hotel right by stadium making it ideal for myself and friend to stay after a concert. Also right next to outlet centre with plenty of restaurants. Room was compact but clean. Unfortunately there was a strong smell of drains but that wasn't just at the hotel but areas surrounding, this may partially be down to lots of building work near by. Beds were a bit hard for our personal liking but again wasn't an issue for 1 night. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

Wembley Stadium Concert Stay (Mum & Daughter).... Very Good

We booked this hotel for the location and we weren't disappointed! Our view was directly opposite the Stadium. As we are Mum & Daughter we booked a family room (1006) which had a double and a single....perfect for us. Room was spotless with an amazing shower! Breakfast was included and was delicious. Perfect, quiet nights sleep too Just a couple of niggles......we ordered food in the Restaurant and it took an hour for a burger and a pizza, which was left standing on the side of the Bar for 15 minutes so not very warm when we ate it. We had to ask if it was ours and take it ourselves! Also, went into the Bar for a nightcap after the Spice Girls Concert and there was a queue a mile long.......more Staff needed when people have booked to see popular shows/concerts. Don't use the online check in either as it is not needed for the extra £40 for speedy check in/check out......there are Members of Staff in Reception to greet you and sort your Room straight away, free of charge. Would definitely stay here again,
