I have stayed in Accor hotels around Europe and I have been immensely satisfied with the accomadation but I am afraid that this time I feel let down. Day one arriving at the hotel the hotel is on a vast building site full of dust and noise nothing was mentioned in any correspondents about this WHY NOT?.. Day Two 0600hrs the workmen start work banging and drilling machines start up by 0730 it was impossible to talk in our room and the dust was floating around in massive windswept clouds. We had to get out of the room has fast as we could. Day three and Day Four was the same I had placed my car in the hotels car park it was blue originally it was grey after day one and white after Day Four ,not what I was expecting and not a nice relaxing mid week break for my wife who had just lost her father and my daughter who had just lost her grandfather . I purchased two rooms for Four days it spoilt it and why was we not warned about the conditions Thanks Ibis

I stayed at the Ibis following a day out in London , the cost was very good and worth the trip on the tube from centre of London. Easy check in , very polite staff , manner normally expected from 4 star hotel, arranged parking on site ,secure & safe . Rooms nice and clean , overall good value & service.

Everything we have come to expect from the Ibis. Very comfortable, eco-friendly hotel in an excellent location. I am not madly keen on the memory foam mattress topper as I find it makes the beds too soft, but this is my only issue with the Ibis.

Horrible experience, besides the construction that was going on and all the disruptive noise ( not the hotel's fault). The room smelled really bad like urine, sheets and towels were dirty, the ac unit in the room did not work. The bathroom design was the worse thing I've ever seen in bathroom designs. After you shower water is literally every where in the bathroom. I voiced my complaints about the smell and the ac unit not working and was told they couldn't help me and there were no other rooms available. Check out day was the best day ever, I couldn't wait, we did an early check out. Never again.

The room was nice and clean, the breakfast was amazing, and the walking distance to wembley and shoppingmall was short, for me it was the perfect hotel to go to when going to wembley stadion fotballmatch.

We paid quite a lot of money to stay nearly £140 so were expecting a nice room & a relaxing break. We couldn't get to the hotel at first as the road was closed for building works & the hotel looked to be in the middle of a building site. I had not been advised of this when i booked on the phone & was told I could park at the hotel. After driving round twice I called the hotel who advised me to park in the Holiday Inn Car Park which cost £25! the hotel had half its cladding missing on one side & was barriered off with Herris fencing so this gave the impression it was closed! We had to walk through the noisy building site to get to the hotel which was full of vehicles unloading and I don't feel it was safe to walk through without hi-vis with all of the vehicles maneuvering. The gentleman who checked us in was brilliant and was so lovely he offered us a preference on floor and view so this was great. The room was ok, the shower had good pressure but the room was very hot and didn't really have any air so we had to have the window open as was a little bit like a sauna else. There was a lot of building noise drilling , beeping, angle grinders banging shouting a bit like you would expect from being in the middle of a building site. We went out to watch the football & returned just after 10pm. The room was even hotter and the air unit wasn't air conditioning it didn't really do anything. We had the constant noise of the stadium clearing up what we guess is crowd barriers, it sounded like they were throwing them onto a trailer or something, just constant crashing & banging, which went on until 12.15am! I did call the night porter who was very helpful but said they would finish soon. They were very inconsiderate as could have placed the barriers but where throwing them onto the trailer. There was also vehicles like a road sweeper going around until 12.30am. The room was so hot we couldn't close the window, had to take the duvet out the cover to try & sleep & we didn't sleep till around 2am as was so uncomfortably hot & noisy. The next morning we were woken up at around 7.30am by building noise. It was so bad, drilling, banging, crashing, shouting. I have made a video for the hotel manager as was so bad you have to see it to believe it. We couldn't rest like we intended as we were on weeks holiday to London & didn't want the noise & stress of being in the middle of a building site! We came down for breakfast and the whole building was vibrating from being drilled into. This was not even 9am yet! Felix was so lovely at breakfast & looked after everyone going round all the tables asking how everyone was. He is a credit to the hotel but for £140 i wold have expected better quality food as it just tasted like cheap frozen rubbish. Being so noisy we were desperate to get away from the hotel, the drilling was so loud, we mentioned on check out we had been disturbed by the noise but its not really fair on the staff as I don't feel you should be selling these rooms for £140 when the hotel is in the middle of a building site, surely you realise that people come to hotels to relax and have a break & get a good nights sleep so how can there be so much noise? I feel misled as I should have been advised of the building works going on, the picture on the website shows the hotel on the walkway to Wembley not how it is currently barriered off. Had I been advised of the building work I could have made the decision to stay somewhere quieter. I would like to send my videos to the manager for you to decide for yourself if you would like to stay the night there. The lack of sleep ruined the next day as we were tired & grumpy!

Basic, clean, modern rooms. Lovely breakfast. Staff very helpful. At this moment in time the hotel is in the middle of a construction site so quite noisy. Nice little bar.

Our stay here is usually lovely but this time we had ripped sheets and stained towels although it was a easant stay otherwise all the staff we encountered were helpful and polite.we arrived early evening and were checked in really efficiently by the member of staff at the door but there did seem to be one staff member dealing with all the phone calls and it seemed to be stressing him slightly maybe taking the calls in the office or a more secluded area would be more appropriate

The hotel is old and dated, with rooms looking tired and in need of a revamp. The beds were hard as rock and left us with back pain in the morning. Construction started across the road at 6am which they don’t tell you about. The breakfast was cheap, dry and tasted like cardboard. Overall i was very dissatisfied.

Check in was very quick and efficient. The room was totally acceptable, and I really liked the clever design of the bathroom/shower. The room was very well insulated from internal hotel noises. It's not Ibis's fault that the noise from all the development construction around the Stadium intrudes in the morning, if like me you choose to have your window open, despite the very effective air conditioning. The buffet breakfast was very good, with a super choice of dishes hot and cold, as at every Ibis I have stayed in.
