There was a smell of caramel in our bed/sheets when we arrived and I felt something underneath the sheets in the pillow region. I stuck my hand under the layers and found a half full bottle of vape juice left by the previous guest. So I know our sheets/bedding weren’t clean or changed.

You need to make it clear when booking there is no parking available at site. I had to park in Holiday Inn car park and had to pay £55 for a day and a half stay. When the hotel got busy the wait for the lifts was far to long , I was on the tenth floor. The tables for breakfast where far to small, my brother and myself where asked to sit at a table for 2. You could barely get your plate with food on and a plate for toast on, I had to put my tea and juice on the floor.

Got bitten by fleas or bed bugs or something similar

Absolutely terrible. Beds- staff- facilities fine. Me and my wife got eaten alive by bugs in our room. Even showed the staff the bites etc aswell as pictures with them too. Got told we would get an email discussing what happens next. Got nothing. Disgraceful. And as I mentioned in the hotel I will be writing to national newspapers with the story and pictures to raise awareness for your hotels and what they really offer! Very disappointed again and itll be the last time I stay in an Ibis!

I can confidently say now, that no trace of animal pests such as bedbugs or fleas were found. Warm greeting by friendly staff, fast and efficient check in, the rooms are basic but have everything that you need for a short stay, the hotel is well maintained and clean. The breakfast is of a reasonable standard with a choice of continental or full English, the staff will go out of their way to help at all times. I will definitely be back when we play at Wembley again, the hotel is convenient for the tube stations, stadium, concert venue and Retail Outlets.

The staff was a bit rude and arrogant, not all of them, the welcome team was quite alright, but what came after... bit worrying, one of the staff raised voice and became a bit aggressive. The room a bit dirty, few empty cans of red bull left Hidden behind a pillow from the couch which was stacked behind a wooden wall that served as a deposit space inside the room, the sheets weren’t quite clean, few stainds and a bit smelly, the carpet few stainds of dirt or who knows what. The bathroom with the shower cabin, brilliant!!! You do have a A+ for, for the design I guess, probably that was the thing that I liked and made me forget about the rest. So, it was a bit 50/50

The room was fab with a comfy bed and a great view of the Wembley arch. Only issue was the lifts at breakfast time. Each day ended up having to jump in when it was in the way down to then go back up as it didn’t seem to stop at M when going up.

This is my first choice of hotel in London. The staff are welcoming and helpful with a true sense of hospitality. The place is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The wifi works well. I am very impressed by the eco-friendly policies of this chain. The location is extremely convenient.
