Clean room with everything I needed for a nights stay in London. Good value for money. Check in was a little confusing with no desk and only 2 people working in a corner.

Terrible. Hotel or nearby construction?

Awful. The manager refunded me with her apologies so that was good. The people were helpful when I asked them a few things. However, I had water that smelled of drains. I complained and was advised by someone, who should have referred me to the manager, that it was due to the time the tanks take to filter to the first floor. Even his colleague the next day, after I complained again, looked at me sympathetically because he obviously knew I was fobbed off the first time. So I spoke to the manager the next day and she refunded me. However, Ibis Wembley wasn’t nearly as nice as Ibis Glasgow (for example), which suggests a standardisation issue. Also, the lack of a manager at night is unacceptable. If you have people staying by the night it stands to reason that a manager is on site at night, too, for new guests. I checked out and stayed at another hotel nearby, which was nicer and more professional. It’s such a shame, because Accor run the Sofitel hotels, which are unbelievable. I accept less from an Ibis than a Sofitel... obviously, but I do expect my water not to smell like someone’s dirty drains. Call me fussy.

Very nice hotel near underground, 20 minutes to city center, sufficient and tasty breakfest. The air condition wasn't good enough because it was a little bit cold at the morning. Ideal place for citybreak.

Was near Wembley for business, it was OK, since I was alone and it just do what you just require as a business person. Break fast was average, nothing special, Scrambled eggs were overcooked and hard.

Room had what looked like 2 cigarette burns on the shelf in front of the window. Also there was an overpowering smell of cleaning product.

On the day in question I checked into the hotel bringing my family and friends. I booked 3 rooms and an additional room at £99.00. After booking and paying with my card,I was about to go into my room. A different came running complaining there was no hot water and the same happened with another customer. I then asked a gentleman who worked at the hotel if our rooms had hot water. He said he was not sure. Out of the four rooms that we checked ONLY 1 room had hot water. I clearly understood the hotel was facing a maintenance probelm. I then asked the gentleman to refund my money so that I could stay elsewhere. The gentleman then told me he cannot make a refund and that's the policy of the hotel. I asked to see a Manager and I was pointed to go to a room in the lobby area. I went inside the room and saw a Chinese lady manager. She shouted asking me to leave the room and wait outside with a very rude voice. I cautioned the manager not to be rude and chase me out. However unnecessary words were exchanged. She immediately ordered the clerk to refund my money and to leave the hotel at once. I did so after receiving my refund and that night stayed at Hilton Wembly. I think the hotel must have a policy that where a maintenance probelm is at hand and if customer wishes to check out they MUST be refunded with their money and not to argue. I have lived at Iblis many times in the past but this is a bad experience. Iblis is internationally renowned name. Its should act more prudently. A staff such as the Chinese manager should be taught/trained to be more polite and empathetic. This will be my last stay at the hotel Sorry n thank you.

Perfectly located hotel for a weekend of sport

The hotel is located very close to Wembley Stadium. We didn’t realise there was no Reception desk though we were instantly greeted and welcomed. The room was clean and provided the basics. Only minus point is the hotel does not have Sky Sports or Sky F1. Travesty given the local clientele! Great atmosphere, helpful staff and would recommend to anyone going to Wembley Stadium or Arena

The only issue I had was the television in the room. I found it hard to navigate as half of the buttons on the remote didn’t work and I couldn’t just type in a channel number I wanted, I had to open the TV guide up every time and find the channel, which was really slow to load at times. The subtitle button also didn’t work which I struggled with as my hearing isn’t great. This of course was a minuscule problem and didn’t impact on the lovely experience we had there. A lovely hotel that acts as a great base for exploring London. Everything in our room was clean and nicely presented, and has a lovely feel to it. The prices were also good. Staff were there when we needed them and otherwise just left us too it, which we like. And despite building work nearby, the noise pollution was very little. It is right next to the London Designer Outlet, so there’s plenty of shops and restaurants around. Would 100% stay there again.

Check-in was so quick and easy and the gentleman was so friendly and answered all my questions about bus service, breakfast and where to shop for certain items. My room was very quiet and had a lovely view . Bed was comfortable with great pillows. Great hot shower as well.
