Disappointed that there was no toilet near the bar area and also having the toilet separate to the bathroom facilities in my room. You are unable to wash your hands after using the toilet, so are opening the toilet door with potentially dirty hands until you reach the bath/shower room to wash them. Very very poor hygiene standards in my book.

Only issue was a lot of noise during the night from a group of 4 young males having a protracted yelling match in the street - we were on the fourth floor!!!

« Nice hotel close to city centre »

Stay was good, great bath Of of the best I used in a hotel. Breakfast bit of let down as the sausages were not great. Breakfast layout a bit all over the place. Only 1 coffee machine in restaurant not good. Bacon please find a chef that can cook bacon. Worst bacon I've tasted in a hotel.

« It was fine, beds are really hard though, I am sure for some it was OK, but I struggled to sleep. »

Think it would be good if you had tea or coffee served, only because we had to wait at the machine whilst folk did it, I know this will be to save some money, but I do think everything else is self service so just having tea or coffee on the table would be great.
