« We really enjoyed our stay in the Novotel glasgow. »

The hotel was nice and clean, all staff very helpful and pleasant and breakfast was enjoyable with a good selection of food. The only thing that we could find falt in was there was a cigarette burn on the bedroom carpet and it was supposed to be a non smoking room.

Excellent welcome and fabulous well thought out family room. Only drawback was noise coming in the morning from upper floor. Sounded as though our room was possibly beneath the fitness centre.

I don’t ever complain but in this case I feel I have to,firstly there was a lot of noise from other guest on our first night which was not acceptable, then On the day we were leaving I always strip the bed & I was appalled at the condition of the mattress topper as it was full of stains & filthy dirty, I always choose to stay at novo hotels & to say I’m disappointed is an understatement,

Friendly welcome. Nice and clean room. Not enough pillows and way too hot despite the heating being switched off in the room. Had to open a window (-4 outside), which meant a noisy and interrupted nights sleep

Stay was fine. One thing I will point out is I have a recorded request not to be near the lift. I wasn't right next to it but was closer than expected. Can you make sure you review the recorded requirements when booking clients in rooms

« Exactly how I expected it to be »

Really easy checking in and out process, with good evening meal. Breakfast was well prepared and all staff I interacted with were friendly and very courteous. the only slight downside as always has been is that the breakfast, was not as hot as I really felt it should be.

Firstly friendly, welcoming reception team. Great bar staff and bar area where you feel welcome and comfortable to eat alone in the evenings. Rooms are very good and location ideal for me. Having stayed in other local hotels, I would not stay anywhere else, the Novotel and the team in Glasgow are fantastic.
