Bathrooms only had 1 set of towels which meant we had to reuse the same towel in the morning Chair in room was very dirty and had stains on it Toilet did not flush properly on the first flush Only 2 milk sachets given instead of the normal 4 that we get at other places we stayed at Lady at reception does not know how to speak to guests properly. The male at reception has better ettiquet Booking online was problematic and created issues when I got to the Hotel

My stay was good room was clean everyday those ladies doing super good job. just only breakfast was not good i ate same food for two days and was cold.for people dont eat pork was option less incl vegetarians.for meal voucher i must eat in two shops Ocean Basket and other one next it.i think you must add Nandos and other shops so it can cater us as visitors.

When I called for room service, they had taken my order down and 10 mins later their bar/kitchen says they don't have chicken???? to make a wrap. The staff should know the inventory and don't take orders if they don't have an operational kitchen. The breakfast is highly disappointing!!! doesn't cater for guest who doesn't eat beef and pork. Sausages, mince etc are all beef!!!

« The dinner and breakfast experience was of poor quality, the shef in the 1st 2 nights was horrible no smiles and not resonding to peoplewell. »

The experience is terrible. The food offered was of low quality. The chef in the evenings was an angry woman. The 1st night of Monday 25th, she puts bread as we wanted to eat she complained to say that bread is for breakfast. My question is if it was for breakfast why on earth was it put there. Latter other people came and ate the bread and she said nothing. The 2next mornings there is no simple things like omelette. The gentleman chef tells us the reason we cant get the omelette is because there are many people, if he does it for one person then everybody will need it. In the evenings the next days the food is always not enough. The meat and Fish was never enough, there was a day where the boerevors had to be quickly prepared but it was not even well cooked.The staff was a very unhappy staff in the dinning area, I don't know why?Maybe to have many guest is something they didn't want.

it was really satisfying but some of the things like the carpet which was relevantly old gave me some sneezes it was cleaned though on daily basis. Dinner and breakfast menu, needs to be improved big time. I cam from outside JHB and to have to bug food some due to the menu served is inconveniencing. you need to cater for everybody, non vegetarian and vegetarian, halaal and kosher clients. I had to eat same thing every breakfast which is limiting. Your staff though excellent service from them all round, they are very welcoming and warm. Made some friends too. I had a good stay, for sure I will make a second trip.

I was charged over R900 because 'it's fully booked'. What if i did not have that much?i chose that hotel because it fitted my budget. How then was I able to get a room and why wasn't I told this when I called? The room had cockroaches, the supposed hot water never hot and the basin was blocked. I've already sent an email about all this but I'm yet to receive feedback 2 days later. That is also wrong, shouldn't complaints and all hotel related queries be attended to immediately?
