« I had a fantastic time at Mercure hotel »

I stayed at Mercure hotel for 20 nights. I enjoyed my stay throughout. All the members of staff were very kind. Whatever I asked for was done there and there. Thorough cleaning of hotel rooms was being done on daily basis, towels were clean and changed everyday. My single room was very spacious, bed sheets were very clean and changed everyday. I was very happy that I even refer my friend and she also came and spent her 2 nights at the hotel whilst I was still there

On my arrival it took time for me to be checked in, that could be improved, The was only 1 person at receiption, Twice I requested an Iron it took time where I had to follow up, that isn’t cool at all

When i was checking in your receptionist short changed me and thought i didnt notice cause i let him get away with it, Your towels had blood stains on them and the best your manager could do for me was check me and my family out and refund me. Worse experience and i am a hotelier by profession. Your staff need training.

Hi. As below you can see I’m very satisfied with the place. However this is not my first stay at this place. When walking in passage way, the walls look old. It has been redone but still has the old look There should be more power points preferably near bedside

The room smelled of smoke and I asked for a non-smoking room. I complained but not aware of anything done. No teaspoon in room - had to ask. No menus and/or telephone numbers for food in room - had to ask. Fire detector was covered with a laundry bag. No milk for coffee was provided in room.
