It was great and I even enjoyed the view especially at the upstairs rooms where one can see part of jozi town. The room service was also great it's just the tea, please also include roiboos tea, otherwise your hotel is superb.

It was a joy to stay at the Mercure Johannesburg Randberg. The fact that I met other friendly guests at the bar did certainly help. Shelton was handling the bar. It can be said that he is one of the main reasons I enjoyed my stay so much.

Warm welcome by friendly staff at reception coupled with explicit arrangements in terms of schedule of meals and everything. Excellent customer care at your pub. A bit disappointed with the chicken served during supper which I escalated that concern to the guy at the bar.

I was satisfied with everything except that the vending machine is too close to the rooms I stayed in 116 the noise like an old fridge the whole night. Maybe move the fridge to the door entrance. The noise is not pleasant.

The hotel was as noisy as a school hostel with the many students that hung around the corridor in the night. Socks and shoes were all over the corridor. It is understandable but still a pity.

Everything was great, the only issue i had with was the iron and ironing board we asked to use( they are really outdated and worn out)- but overall the staff is very friendly and that makes 1 feel at ease.

All was well . The food is good and delicious . Waitresses at the breakfast are very loving and always willing to help. The only thing that need to improve is the bedding it is too thin although there are blankets but some people are allergic to nylon or fabric for blankets but overall it’s clean and spotless

It’s important for the staff members to distinguish service for walk inns and long term clients that have been supporting the business for over 15 years. The staff members seem to be worried about loosing their jobs when they supposed to be concentrating on offering excellent service to clients
