It’s important for the staff members to distinguish service for walk inns and long term clients that have been supporting the business for over 15 years. The staff members seem to be worried about loosing their jobs when they supposed to be concentrating on offering excellent service to clients

The room we had dis not have a fresh smell odour instead the first thing i did was open the windows and i didnt even want to stay all night because i just could not get myself to get under the covers. The price on the final payment is not what the website displays. I ended up with a payment of R1140 but you advertise a room for R735.

« Not good compared to previous stays there »

There was hair and soap scum in my bathroom basin when I checked into the room. All else in the room was OK. The restaurant to of close to two hours to have food ready. That was unacceptable considering that I had ordered food for elderly people aged 83+. Breakfast the following morning was a mess. I think y'all were short staffed.

The room was clean with fresh white sheets and towels. The staff from the gate to the cleaners were excellent. There is sufficient parking and the place is not far from the shopping center. Please keep it up. Kind regards Dr JJ K.

I have stayed at at Mercure hotels on several occassions before and keep on doing so, because booking a room and service in general is efficient and friendly. Rooms are very clean and I especially appreciate the option of booking a day room as opposed to an overnight.
