Very nice time at the bar with very friendly staff. However the breakfast is a nightmare compared to the rest - bad experience and very unfriendly

I think the gym needs to be improved overall With regard to room service, I asked for a pot of tea to be delivered to my room - two paper cups arrived with two teabags - I had no hot water boiler in the room and it took at least 30 more minutes for the water boiler to be found - at which time I no liger wanted tea

I am a member of the Accord Hotel and my experience with other Novotel Location is very different than what my family and I experienced during our stay at the Novotel in Geneva. Bad service, lack of attention to details, lack of enmities, uninterested staff in providing information for visiting guests that do not know the city . Also the rooms , even with an upgrade to Executive, lack the logic for comfort, the keys fequently do not work and the house keeping is pretty bad.

« A very good, well located hotel with reasonable prices »

Great hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy - despite having a room next to the lifts, it was quiet without any disturbance. Breakfast was comprehensive and tasty. Plenty of choice for adults and children. No concierge but the receptionist did her best to help me sort out a days skiing which led to a good day out in La Clusaz using reasonably priced public transport. Good location in the restaurant quarter, and a short walk from the lakefront, and the rail and bus stations.

Limited room service hours and no pay per view movies as listed. Called front desk and let them know how mislead i felt.. Ripped off thinking i had pay per view movies and 24 hour room service in my suite waiting for me at the end of my vacation with my mom..

The pay-per-view TV was recently cancelled in all our hotel and it does not exist anymore. Apparently it is still included in room description on our site, so, we’ll definitely remove it. To apologize for this inconvenience I’ve credited your Accor loyalty account with 1000 courtesy points – you should receive them soon. However, we do have 24 hours of room service – there is a special “boco” menu for it, you can find it in all the rooms. I’m curious to know where this misunderstanding comes from, I would really appreciate if you return to me with more details. The minibar in the room doesn't work like a fridge, it keeps slightly cool temperature for drinks only. If you want to use a real refrigerator, we do have a big one at your disposal at the reception. Very comfortable suite for my family of 4. I'm such a light sleeper that I heard everything from the street all night. It was a Saturday night, lots of people hanging out in the park/church opposite the hotel. Overall though the hotel with breakfast was very suited to our needs. Thank you.

We had good experience staying at this hotel. Room is well kept with nice bed and breakfast with nice choice especially we had Vietnamese dessert specially made by Helen. She is very attentive and charming. Everything is fun and we will definitely be back or recommend to friends and colleagues.

« Staff very good- but room unsatisfactory »

The staff were very good & helpful however we booked room for myself,daughter & 13 year old granddaughter however the room contained a pair of4 foot beds that were not very satisfactory also there was only paper cups for tea or coffee & no milk( this is the first time I have ever had this at a 4* hotel !!) The restaurant was small with only limited selection but what we did have was very good if expensive by English standards.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. There are different types of room in one hotel. According to your reservation you booked a family room with 2 double beds. If you want to stay in larger room or to have 2 bigger beds, I would suggest you to chose a "suite" with two connected spaces: bedroom and living room with one king bed in each room. You can find all these descriptions on our site and please, do not hesitate to call us to get more details. We are sorry for the absence of milk in your room, normally our cleaning service always put instant milk near the Nescafé sachets. So, that's not normal that you didn't find it - I will report it to our housekeeping department. Anyway, next time, please, do not hesitate to ask about all necessary products at the reception desk. According to guest request we can bring more tea, coffee, milk, sugar, cups, glasses, as well as slippers, peignoir, dental kit, shaving kit, body lotion, etc. for free.
