« Fantastic staff, very pleased with the hotel »

The really was value for money. All the staff were so very friendly and helpful. They were very kind to my 5 year old daughter, it was a very child friendly place to stay. I was there for work and brought my family.

I stayed here for one night using my award points. I reserved standard room and it is automatically upgraded to superior room with free minibar! The staff was very helpful and friendly and it was wonderful.

The receptionists were rude with us at the day of departure. They accused us that we don’t want to pay the city tax. We were a group at a business trip and our supevisor has left her credit card as a guarantee. I asked the receptionist to get the money from the card but he said there is no account left. This was a lie because i saw with my eyes that she gave her credit card. And one more thing- the lady at the reception has omittted to ask my colleagues to pay the city tax and has checked them out, which was her fault. And when i asked her if she had applied a double standard to the guests at the hotel, she replied that my colleagues just had thrown the cards( keys). That was really disgusting, it sounds like they are criminals. I’m a medical doctor and felt so discriminated. I’ m from Bulgaria, East Europe. Does it mean that we are second quality people? I think we owe more than just an appologise!

Maybe it was a misunderstanding upon check-in: we had a credit card on file, but we had no remark that you colleague authorized to use it for the city taxes of all the rooms. That’s why we had to ask for a direct payment guest by guest. In plus, it was me who made your check-out, I explained you all these details and now I’m unpleasantly surprised that you took it like an act of discrimination – there was nothing at all about it. Anyway, please, accept my sincere apologies for all the inconvenience caused, we didn’t want to make you feel uncomfortable. « Wonderful and comfortable stay »

I stayed for four nights in this hotel. My family joined me for the last 2 nights. The room is very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom is very modern and I loved the fact that there was a shower and a seperate bathtub. The views from the room are also nice. The staff very friendly and helpfull.

The room was so hot, that I could not sleep at night. When I checked the thermostate it stated 21 degrees, I tried to turn it down but could not pass 18 degrees and could not open a window

« Good quality hotel but got a bad room allocation »

The hotel standards are fine for a night, though usually expecting more from 4 stars. Things like the presence of conditioner, better lighting ambiance, bathroom not leaking. I also got unlucky with a hotel with bright windows taking an entire side of the rooms....except room 101 (and upper levels equivalents I guess) offering a tiny window into nothing. A bit of a disappointment when discovering the room. Nice and friendly staff. Good breakfast (though pricey)

Modern clean hotel with good friendly service. Very central. Good value as was on offer 3 nighs for the price of 2. And as a member of Accor room was upgraded. Modern spacious room good bathroom facilities and separate toilet. No complaints at all.

The room was perfect, with a comfortable bed and perfect amount of pillows. The location was discreetly enough yet convinent. Check in staff was also attended, I believe his name starts with M. The TV screen was also massive and we had a lovely stay.

As hotel is situated in the city center, the night life district is traditional part of local picture. Some guests like it, others don’t. However, we work daily with the city authorities involved in improving the security of the neighborhood. Regarding the breakfast: it’s always included in your invoice by default and we deducted it upon departure if you didn’t take it. So, we’ll never charge you for the breakfast that you don’t take. Concerning the water: every day all our clients are provided with 2 bottles of water per room complimentary – you can find them inside the minibar. The bed sheets are extremely rough and extremely uncomfortable. The walls of the room seem to be very thin and the noise level of the room next door was very disturbing
