It was satified. I appreciate being identified and welcomed as an AccorClub member and the room upgraded. The room had a problem with the heating as at one point it started making noise: I turned it off and turned it on after some hours and then it didnt happen again.

PROs: Very central location. Meals and breakfast satisfactory Room clean and nice. CON: The room was too cold and the A/C blowed only cool air.

very good place to stay and also the breakfast was interesting, this could be improved, only one thing was not taking into consideration, the front office staff should provide more info at the checking time especially regarding the facilities and others outdoors sites

If you would like to have a room where you can open the windows, do not hesitate to book an “executive” room on the highest floor with a big terrace. You can find all these descriptions on our site and call us to get more details. Regarding the additional information about the city: we try to make the check-in procedure as “light” as possible in order not to tired a client after his long trip, that’s why generally we do not include too much tourist information in it. However, upon request our front office staff is always ready to provide you with guides, maps, excursion brochures, as well as different useful travel tips. I was coming in a business trip and the hotel was not of my chose. I am not a picky person, however, I expected the room to have an iron, slippers, and decent towels and the bad smile in the room was annoying. These things I let go, but there were few things that happened such as not replacing the empty bottles in the shower and keeping the empty ones for the 3 days I stayed was really annoying, in addition at the last day the body towel was folded with the bath rag!!? I haven't seen this in any other hotels. Restaurant service was awesome Helen and her colleague were super nice and even the last day we woke up late but she still accepted to serve us some coffee and patisserie.

« Iam unsatisafied and I will stay in your hotel again and I will not recommend your hotel to my family and friends »

1/ the bathroom is dirty and the towel has bad smell and has colored in it and very old that can't used it and the dirty smell 2/ the respection has taken 19 uro from me and iam not take breakfast 3/ the caring bags is slowly and lose our time 4/ the blankets is smell bad

« Family stay during easter »

Stayed with family 2 kids . Hotel is in nice location with all restaurants nearby. It's easily accessible to train station. Rooms are good and comforatable for daily with 2 kids. Breakfast is good. Also very close to the lake and short walk to the main shopping area. Staff is amazing and always willing to help.

All accommodations met my expectations. My only comment is for the breakfast cook. In America when we get scrambled eggs they are cooked and not runny.

There was no problem during my stay, however, I have a problem with what came afterwards, since I payed the security by debit card, at check out everything was fine, and after more than a week my money still has not gotten released back to me... and the hotel is not responding to any of myy emails sent in this matter.... highly disappointed...

Business trip - location good, front desk friendly. Poor bedroom comfort and horrible smell in WC an Bathroom. I was disgusted. Did ask to review cleaning just after arrival, but did not help. I am very dissatisfied, esp when the price is so high.

The hotel had decent sized rooms, good service and large TV screens with a number of English channels. Food options are also good within the hotel. The location was close to the centre and local shops.
