I slept in a bed with only one sheet, the under sheet. Instead the over sheet, it was there a duvet. Never before. I don´t understand. The Breakfast, it was good. The door card only delivered to me, after I went to the room .

« Another Accor Hotel that does not recognize A-Club Status »

Stayed there for 1 night in a standard room. Whilst the room is newly refurbished and decorated nicely, the staff is not trained enough to recognize A-Club memberships nor to react to them. The breakfast is nothing special but surely enough to start into a great day.

Not a good experience for such a pricy hotel. Rooms are old, not very clean, AC our of order. Breakfast was limited, out of 6 mornings none of the staff managed to put the table complete with knives forks etc. 3 days without AC being repaired and we got 2 bottles of water as compensation...

We thank you for your preference and writing about your stay at the Mercure SP Ibirapuera Privilege. We apologize for not meeting your expectations, please allow us to offer our sincerest apologies. Our hotel is undergoing a refurbishment in its apartments to better serve our guests. And now we have the renovated apartments that I invite you to meet on your next stay. We assure you that we will take the necessary measures to deal with the problems pointed out by you about air conditioning and the replacement of the mise in place. Despite preventive and corrective maintenance in the air conditioning was an unexpected situation. As soon as we received the information about the dissatisfaction with te air conditioning, we prepared a room especially for you, if you chose to change it. We left a letter with our apologies and we were at your disposal for whatever were needed to offer the best of our hospitality and carefully two bottles of water. In your check out, we gave the total amount of the extra bed as courtesy. « Could be better »

Pros: Nice and clean room. Very comfortable. Pool area very beautiful. Cons: Room service could be faster (a request for fork/knife took half hour). Only one lift was working and hence time to take upstairs/downstairs was boring. Price of self service meal at restaurant too expensive (30% higher than better options on neighborhood).

The Hotel has to much security. The Elevator is looked with Card Reader, the Reader dosent work so good. The entry from the Garage is looked with finger print and not free for guest with Card.

« Room dirty not prepared »

The first room you give was not cleaned neither prepared to be occupied. After my request the second room (same level of room) was OK. Additional information: my arrival time was 12:15 AM. The quality of the pillows are very low. The deco for the TV didn't function. Was replaced 15 minutes after my request (in the second room). The offer of the channels is extremely poor and bad.
