Overall it was good. The elevators are very slow. The key cards are easily de-magnetized. I had to have a new key each day. Rooms are ok and comfortable. Hallway walls need a good cleaning, along with the room windows. The food in the restaurant was good, and the service was excellent. The terrace is nice as well. The fitness area was nice too.

It was a very good experience. I always try to stay on this Hotel when I need to go to SP. Everything is goods. I just have a concern about the parking. They get too much time to take the car in the parking, this is the point that needs to be improve. If this point is improved, my rate will be Extremely Satisfied. BR, Anderson

I really liked the hotel, the food was great, the employees were nice and the room was really comfy. However, when I first got to my room, the bathroom was dirty: there was a used soap and a used toothpaste on the sink and a used soap and used gel bath by the shower. In fact, this is the reason I rated my experience as a 8 out of 10 - because I think this is a serious mistake.

I fully appreciate that English language is not well known and I felt everyone tried to make an effort. It was good to have the menu in English or else I would have tried to use my goggle translation app more than it could cope with. Rooms were well looked after although the computer chair needed replacing. The towels were well worn and could also be replaced. Did have a few issues with the key card but the front desk personnel took care of it easily. Breakfast was good.

The staff was very courteous. The restaurant food was delicious. The location of the hotel is in walking distance to restaurants, transportation, grocery stores and mall. Rooms were clean. Enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

The location is great, ends here. TV, air conditioning and bathroom are from the dark ages. Breakfast need improvement, orange juice is pure water!!
