When I entered I had an inconvenience with my room, on the 19th floor, but quickly my complaint was addressed and I was changed my room for one that was perfect. But overall the experience was good and I would stay at the hotel again. Thank you

I wake up early every day. I enjoy having my breakfast and speeding up to my computer to work while the vast majority of people that lives where I'm staying aren't awake yet. It gives me leverage and a sense of getting ahead of my day. I felt so comfortable here that I ended up spending lots of working hours and getting tons of things done out of the room and the hotel itself. I experienced real productivity here. If you're planning to go to Sao Paulo to work mostly nearby Faria Lima, Vila Olimpia, Itaim and so on, you oughta book yourself a room at Mercury Sao Paulo Privilege Hotel.

Very good, attention point is the parking service, delays and confusion. The access (from the parking lot to the lobby) is not clear at all. You need to wait for somebody to open it...normally the drivers?!

« A terrible sleepless night »

The hotel is clean, with a nice pool and comfortable rooms. But its central air conditioning system is terrible noisy. The problem is that the noise is not restricted to the room, the entire building is disturbed by it. I don’t know how people sleep at this hotel.

« Did not meet the standards I experienced from Mercure! »

Poor breakfast, only offered nespresso decaffeiniado for coffee. Aircondition was so rattling, you were not able to sleep, when activated. Pool area has to be refurbished very soon! Setting of invoice address consumed almost 60min to complete

Good room, safe without batteries (out stuff was locked into the safe) which required to be broken by a staff member of hotel's maintenance. Price above the expectations, considering the offer of services.

I slept in a bed with only one sheet, the under sheet. Instead the over sheet, it was there a duvet. Never before. I don´t understand. The Breakfast, it was good. The door card only delivered to me, after I went to the room .

« Another Accor Hotel that does not recognize A-Club Status »

Stayed there for 1 night in a standard room. Whilst the room is newly refurbished and decorated nicely, the staff is not trained enough to recognize A-Club memberships nor to react to them. The breakfast is nothing special but surely enough to start into a great day.

Not a good experience for such a pricy hotel. Rooms are old, not very clean, AC our of order. Breakfast was limited, out of 6 mornings none of the staff managed to put the table complete with knives forks etc. 3 days without AC being repaired and we got 2 bottles of water as compensation...

We thank you for your preference and writing about your stay at the Mercure SP Ibirapuera Privilege. We apologize for not meeting your expectations, please allow us to offer our sincerest apologies. Our hotel is undergoing a refurbishment in its apartments to better serve our guests. And now we have the renovated apartments that I invite you to meet on your next stay. We assure you that we will take the necessary measures to deal with the problems pointed out by you about air conditioning and the replacement of the mise in place. Despite preventive and corrective maintenance in the air conditioning was an unexpected situation. As soon as we received the information about the dissatisfaction with te air conditioning, we prepared a room especially for you, if you chose to change it. We left a letter with our apologies and we were at your disposal for whatever were needed to offer the best of our hospitality and carefully two bottles of water. In your check out, we gave the total amount of the extra bed as courtesy. « Could be better »

Pros: Nice and clean room. Very comfortable. Pool area very beautiful. Cons: Room service could be faster (a request for fork/knife took half hour). Only one lift was working and hence time to take upstairs/downstairs was boring. Price of self service meal at restaurant too expensive (30% higher than better options on neighborhood).
