The room was clean and the WiFi worked well. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. But with only one agent behind the counter, the check-in and check-out process took longer than I am used to.

« A comfortable and well located hotel »

This was the second time me and my family stayed in this Hotel. Last year we and the experience was as good as this time. Despite some issues with the keys (me and my girlfriend had to change both our keys) and the AC that stopped cooling the air after a short blackout, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was very polite and available to help us any time.

Great breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff, good bars and restaurants within walking distance, sometimes a little noisy from planes landing at nearby airport (airport seems to be closed from midnight to 6am - so no disturbance at night)

« There are another Mercure options with best services near the area »

This Mercure hotel is a way different from another Mercure's options that i've stayed in. From the room layout, that is comfortable but not the same as the Mercure used to be; to details like the shower that did not work right (stressfull baith experience), or remote control that did not work and there was no staff available to replace it at that time.

« Good Installation, service requires attention »

The hotel has good installations, the room was ample and comfortable, but the services requires attention. I reported twice there was broken glass in the corridor at my flor and when I left it was there still, threatening the safety of people passing by.

Good experience, the only complaint was regarding the breakfast that they did not put in my reservation and the room air conditioner that the control seemed to be old and was not working properly, either it was very cold or very hot.

I have been staying at Accor hotels for quite a while now. The Mercure at R. Macuco is the second time now. I had 3 complaints which I told the dront desk upon checking out. The first was a waiter who smelled pretty bad during breakfast. The second was a leaking shower box, which wet the bathroom floor. The third was grout remains on all bathroom tiles. I had complained about this on my first stay at this hotel. The third was the room's dirty floor. This is the best Mercure hotel around, and I stayed in all 3 of them. These 3 little problems are easily fixable and I am sure Accor will take care of them.
