« It was okay. »

I’ve had better experiences at mecure hotels. Negatives: - Priority room wasn’t really priority. The mini fridge was only stocked once. Toiletries weren’t re-stocked. TV channels where awful and no british channels. - Staff where not really great. Wanted to stop an extra night but they was not facilitating at all. The netting on the balcony made it feel like a prison. Never seen that before. Positives: - Room was huge. - Good location -

Fast booking by using the Accorhotels App. The front office achieved to allocate me a room I 've asked for (quiet room, far away as possible of stairways and lift). Very tidy hotel and very convenient, close of the city centre. Helpful staff (front office, breakfast). The bar guy didn't took in account my 10% discount as a Platinum member despite the fact I shown my cards during my first beverage order. He told me he cannot undo the error once the receipt was signed. The cleaning staff is quite early on sunday morning (starts to knock at doors from 9h15!).

Superb. I was greeted with a tasty birthday cake. Room, check in and check out faultless. Even though some of the staff were clearly unexperienced (but that's what you are before you become experienced) or had not received sufficient training as they did not initially know about the on-line check-out. A bit crammed in the breakfast area.

The hotel room was excellent for a family of three for a weekend stay. Comfortable, silent, large room. Would be more than happy to stay here again. Breakfast was quite expensive and there are some good alternatives around in the neighborhood, so did not make use of the hotel breakfast.

The room was great, large and airy. The only thing that needs a bit of an upgrade is the kitchenette - it's extremely small, and the utensils that were supplied (after calling to receive them), were quite limited.

Staff were helpful and room was lovely, however cleanliness is an issue. Many areas had not been dusted properly. Also there was mould around the plug hole in the sink, and the toilet was stained. There are environmentally friendly bathroom products that remove mould.

Stayed 6 nights in the Residence. Kitchen facilities adequate for our needs and room far larger than we needed. Very quiet location. Only concern was some housekeeping staff did poor job - did not change sheets when we placed the card on the bed as instructed and when called reception to complain no apology was offered. Other days the room housekeeping did execellent job so I think some staff perhaps need retraining.

The hotel made no effort to accommodate the fact my flight got cancelled and I lost a night and informed them more than 24h in advance. As an Accor Platinum member I would expect better or some sort of commerical gesture if thy can't refund the night. I had the wine room and could have expected some wine for free in it for example. One gets the impression this hotel is all a about efficiency and no customer service. Won't be back or recommend it even though the rooms were big and confortable

We are sorry your flight has been cancelled, but a refund of a part of a prepaid "non cancellable" rate is unfortunately not possible. Only the full reservation could have been transfered to an other date within 6 months, upon availability. We are sorry that we are not able to alter nor change those standard rules. Concerning your stay in our MyRoom "wine" you are right that a voucher for one bottle of wine should have been placed in your room as a welcome gift. I apologize if in this case we fell short. As an excuse and apologie for the inconveniences including the compensation of the city tax for the cancelled night, I have permitted myself to offer at your LECLUB Account the equivalent of 80,00 Eur (4.000 Points). While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. We had a Superior Double room which had plenty of room for 2 and a good bathroom. Staff were efficient and cordial - nice people. The location was where we wanted, just round a few corners to Checkpoint Charlie and within easy walking distance of just about everything else including some good eating venues. Totally recommended.

Great location, great décor great variety for breakfast and great welcome when we checked and then that's where it stopped. Drying myself after a shower a piece if broken glass fell out of the towel! I was shocked! Tried to call reception many times but no answer so my husband took the piece of glass to reception who said they would investigate. The towels were old some almost grey. The smell from the lines , towels and bathrobes was terrible. We booked two bedroom suite but there were only two bathrobes and 1 pair of slippers for 3 people! Cups were greasy and had to be rinsed before using. I spoke to reception many times but nothing was ever done or replaced Infact the impression I got was that care factor was zero so much for making guests feel welcome and service is a priority. I will never stay at this place again nor will I ever recommend it. I said I would like to speak to the manager but of course she was never available, again great customer service. After being frustrated with the deputy manager, small man in the suit, I said I preferred to speak with them direct instead of leave my experience on Trip Advisor, the comment was no problem with me leaving a comment on Trip Advisor! Will never stay her again nor recommend and yes perhaps I will leave my experience on Trip advisor to let others know that Accor doesn't care about clients finding broken bits of glass in towels or having old worn smelly linen and towels.
