hi we travelled for business. we cant connect to our work due to very bad internet. speed was like in kb and disconnects very often. so the reason we vacated within few days.

The overall experience is Ok. Staff is helpful and firendly, and common spaces feel Ok. The total space of the flat is large, but disposition is clumsy, and individual rooms feel small and cramped. Additionally, a lot of noise gets through its thin windows.

I'm a consultant who does a lot of traveling. My preferred hotels are in the Starwood Group, but this time, the nearest Sheraton only had very expensive suites available. While the Aparthotel was a second choice, I am very happy with my experience. The rooms were clean, the AC was powerful, and I loved the office space. Also, I would rate the breakfast quite highly as well. With its location, I think this hotel offers very good value-for-money over the more expensive chains.

Centrally located hotel, however hotel in very bad state

The hotel is centrally located in the business district. Breakfast is good. However, the state of the hotel is extremely disappointing, there was a leak from the ceiling in my room on the 9th floor which was reported when identified but the hotel management staff only changed my room two days later forcing me to sleep with water dripping on the bed after multiple complaints from me. In the mean time, the hotel cleaning team put a towel on the bed to absorb the dripping. This is an unacceptable situation. Overall, the rooms look old, the furniture is in bad state and needs to be refreshed. Bottom line, the hotel needs profound refurbishing and is not worthy of a 4* hotel.

I was staying in 24B. The apartment design was old. Kitchen utensils are overused, I had not found a kitchen knife and towels. The oven was w/o thermometer and pan which was very inconvenient. The wash-machine was one for the hotel and price was not friendly, I prefer to have a separate in the room for such type of rooms. Conditioners are old and with holes between it and walls which let insects to enter the room. Windows are not fully glazed and I had a lack of daylight. Ironing board is old and inconvenient. I had to ask an iron cause it was not in the room, the iron was without vaporization function).

Hi, First of all I would like to say that all employees were very attentive and helpful at all times. One issue that I found was the size of the closets. For example, we stayed in an apartment with four beds. When we were opening doors, one hit the other. We struggle with space. Only one of the bedrooms had a closet. We were in 4 four adults and we didn't have space to fit our cloths and the majority had to be kept in tables and inside the luggage. Also, we went for a wedding and I was unable to hang my wedding dress straight due to a half closet as well as my sons and my husband suits and shirts nicely. Another issue, was WiFi connection. No connection at all during our stay and to be honest I tried using the computer downstairs next to the laundry and not even there I was able to browse. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant itself has a healthy menu. I loved every meal I ordered. The employees at the restaurant we also very helpful and courteous. It would be nice if we had more space and no issue with WiFi. I spent a lot of time trying to connect as well as look for space to dine and also a lot of time trying to fit the clothes of 4 adults into one single closet. Another thing that I could not understand was the shape of the furniture. Sofa and couch weren't in good shape. Hard to explain in sentences but I would improve some of them. Thanks, Anita K.

The staff extremely polite, helpful and always happy and smiling. The refurbishment of the restaurant is a great plus and the breakfast buffet has a good selection. I tried it for lunch too, which was very nice and freshly prepared The rooms need a makeover, they are worn down, the furniture are old and totally out of fashion. The air condition makes so much noice that you can hardly sleep with it on.

There were quite a few things which we were not happy about 1. Hygiene: We constantly found small ants walking in the kitchen sink as well as in the bathroom wall. We also had to request extra towels for the bathroom even though we informed that we would be 3 people (2 adults and 1 toddler). The bathroom set up is awkward and every time we had a shower there was water everywhere. 2. Restaurant: Our reservation included breakfast. Because we have a 2 year old toddler, to make it easier we asked the restaurant if we could bring breakfast to our apartment. We were told "No". 3. Minibar: Every morning one staff ring our doorbell to ask if we needed anything in the minibar. Although we appreciated the concern, due to the jetleg, sometimes we were sleeping and everyday we were being asked about the same thing. it would be better to have it checked once we were out of the apartment. 3. Checkout: The check-out experience caused a huge annoyance. I had to literally wait 20 minutes to leave the hotel. All because the front desk was waiting for someone to go check the minibar. The checkin and checkout should be seaming less and easy. I am used to stay in hotels all the time, and this was the longest checking and checkout process I have ever experienced.

1. Internet connection was very bad in room and in all apartment. Was not able to do any work, or take office call. It was pathetic. 2. I did not liked Breakfast menu... there was very less item for Vegetarian person... Beginning of the days you people kept some Banana and apple. Then Latter on removed that also. 3. One day there was a power cut in that area for 4-5 hours. Then we noticed not even a single emergency light in any of the room/apartment, no Internet, No water in Gym area, nothing was there. Just imagine if there are any kids or any old age person in the apartment then how they will spend these 4-5 hours of darkness in room. Everyone can not go out.

It was nice stay in Adagio. Great people great place. Just want a suggestion that hotel should compromise with some things with the guest with their basic rules. Like here on Weekends Breakfast starts at 7:00AM, and we were leaving early at 6:30AM and one of my friend tried to drink a Juice which was present in the Breakfast area, but the Apartment staff was not allowing him even for a single juice because it was 6:30AM and the breakfast starts at 7:00AM and even after requesting the Reception guy was not ready to understand and we left without having a breakfast. Its not expected! You are making the rules for guests its correct but just such a small thing you are so rude, its not looks like a kind nature and good hospitality sign!

The accommodations were notably old and could use some renovations. The air conditioning was extremely noisy, and the bathroom was very tight.
