« Just normal, missing basic facility. »

1. Internet connection was very bad in room and in all apartment. Was not able to do any work, or take office call. It was pathetic. 2. I did not liked Breakfast menu... there was very less item for Vegetarian person... Beginning of the days you people kept some Banana and apple. Then Latter on removed that also. 3. One day there was a power cut in that area for 4-5 hours. Then we noticed not even a single emergency light in any of the room/apartment, no Internet, No water in Gym area, nothing was there. Just imagine if there are any kids or any old age person in the apartment then how they will spend these 4-5 hours of darkness in room. Everyone can not go out.

« Good. Can be more better »

It was nice stay in Adagio. Great people great place. Just want a suggestion that hotel should compromise with some things with the guest with their basic rules. Like here on Weekends Breakfast starts at 7:00AM, and we were leaving early at 6:30AM and one of my friend tried to drink a Juice which was present in the Breakfast area, but the Apartment staff was not allowing him even for a single juice because it was 6:30AM and the breakfast starts at 7:00AM and even after requesting the Reception guy was not ready to understand and we left without having a breakfast. Its not expected! You are making the rules for guests its correct but just such a small thing you are so rude, its not looks like a kind nature and good hospitality sign!

The accommodations were notably old and could use some renovations. The air conditioning was extremely noisy, and the bathroom was very tight.

I stay here often. They try to make your stay very comfortable. All receptionists speak excellent English. They even have some Indian options for breakfast just to make their Indian guests happy. Overall a good hotel for long stays and in a central place next to the business district

Room was nice but no heating Swimming pool was not available for all 3 weeks of sray even with temperatures over 30C dissapointed as this was one of the reason to stay there . Staff nice

Stayed for one weekend with my wife and one year old baby. We had an upgrade due to my status on the fidelity program, and we stayed on a recently reformed room. The room was very good, with a total equipped kitchen (large fridge, microwave and electric cooker), and two rooms.. We put the baby crib provided by the hotel on the second room. The problem was the bathroom. The shower’s space was really tiny, less than 1 square meter and at the begging of the morning there was not hot water on it. We called the front desk and they told us that the problem was that probably many people were using the shower at the moment, and that we should keep the water flowing and wait for it warm up. So we did, and it took more than five minutes to the water become warm enough (not really hot) to take a shower. Considering that the city is trying to save water this procedure was at least not environmentally correct… Another downsize was the internet, that didn´t work at our room…

Place is very good. Problems that we faced are the apartment was old and gate of cupboard was broken. There is no recreational room like something to play, watch movie like a home theater. Internet speed is terrible. In food, we expect to get 1 or 2 options for vegetarians like Veg Sandwich without egg.

« Comfortable, clean and very well located hotel in São Paulo »

My hotel was changed in the last minute and therefore me and my family ended up staying in adagio rather than the other hotel. It was a positive surprise in a hotel with good breakfast, very spacious room and excellent location surrounded by restaurants and close to many attractions and commerce centers.
