« Room dirty, bathroom is discussing. »

Our room is poorly maintained, toilet need replacement. Shower was leaking, as to call reception to fix it, even after fixing the shower the water was spraying everywhere. The sink tap is also doing the same, it made wet the sink spare around it. And not enough car park. I felt very uncomfortable to let my son play on the floor as the floor was very dirty.

An overnight in Alice on my way back to work. Staff were very friendly. Room was nice, comfy and clean. Location is a little out of the way but having a bar and restaurant made up for that. I was impressed, having stayed most places in Alice, this is my favourite.

It was just an overnighter. It was good to have such comfort after 3 weeks travelling to the desert. Good showers comfy beds - unusually large room not cooped up in a warren!

Nice complex, friendly staff but a little disappointed that the coffee & tea facilities didn’t include milk. We had to go to the service station to purchase some. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. We were a little perturbed by the news that 3 cars had been broken into in the car park overnight however, perhaps some better security measures are in order?

good experience, friendly helpful staff, good onsite restaurant, quiet , clean and good bed. Only downside was no free internet like the other hotels have.This is a decider in regards to where I stay.

The staff member checking us in was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms had everything we needed, however the buildings/rooms seem a bit old and run down. The lock on the back sliding door was broken and replaced with a chain lock, so it felt slightly unsafe. The door for the bathroom had peeling paint and was not in a very good condition. The batteries for the aircon remote were flat. (in saying this, I'm sure the staff would have been accommodating had I complained) There was a lot of confusion about whether breakfast was included with our rooms or not. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast options were quite reasonable. In summary, this hotel choice is fine for budget accommodation but there could be some improvements made.
