Very poor standard

The room was bleak, most of the furniture and fittings were damaged and the shower room needed a complete refurb. The bed linen and curtains were heavily stained and should be binned. The staff were polite when we complained but it took two days for some improvements and to remove a used ashtray from outside the room and even then the replacement linen was stained and the room was still awful. Accor group and the management of this hotel should be ashamed.

Room was moderately clean. The A/C needs cleaning. Each time I have stayed there which is 3 times this year, the room smells like sewerage.

Forgettable. When I tried to make a booking by phone the person I was speaking to had no knowledge of the arrangements which had been made regarding those of us travelling from Darwin for the weekend. when I was unable to book in using the information given to us I referred the matter to a friend who booked in on line for me. Confusion reigned as to which room we were to be allocated when we booked in.

My stay was ok, but not great. There is some maintenance needed in the rooms. The shower tap fell off, the hot water took 5mins to heat up. Water pressure was rubbish and the tap in the bathroom sink leaked Coffee was great, staff where friendly but the hotel needs an uplift. Maybe offer freshly cooked eggs with breakfast, just a thought

Atrocious- really a second rate hotel- absolutely nothing to recommend it. At $167 per night it was a horrible shock to see - Katherine’s best accommodation. Terrible! As owners you should be ashamed to even ask for a survey. Overall really shabby! You need to start with a coat of paint and a general good clean!
