Really lovely hotel! Stayed here with my friend and our daughters as it was their first trip to London from up north. The hotel is very well placed for visiting the city! The staff are a credit to the brand and hotel, all very welcoming and putting a huge smile on our little girls faces! They knew it was a special trip for them so decorated the room prior to going out to the frozen show with balloons and cakes. Big thanks to Jenna - amazing lady!

My fourth stay now and the same high standards have been maintained. Excellent staff on reception and in bar. Excellent well equipped room. No noise from other rooms and good air con. Room windows opened even on 7th floor to let fresh air in.

Clean hotel. Shutters below our window were noisy first thing. Breakfast was good. Bathroom doors had a gap so one can hear everything going on in the bathroom.
