The experience was interesting. But i wished the rooms have intercom phones. The signage could be well placed. Nandos is more pronounced on the floor.

This hotel feels like an amazing find! I loved the quiet room, despite being close to the elevators, the food was delicious, staff was super nice and friendly. Definitely staying here again in the future!

Overall I was pleased with my stay but two things detracted from it. I stayed in room 222 and the toilet cistern had a constant drip which I could hear in bed when trying to get to sleep even with the bathroom door shut and the toilet lid down. Very annoying but easy for the hotel to remedy. The UHT milk on the drink tray in the room had gone off so I threw this away. This is difficult for the hotel cleaning staff to fix as the UHT milk does not have a use by date on it so they have no means of checking whether the milk is ok for customers to use. My solution is go to reception with a cup and ask the hotel to partially fill it with some fresh milk. That way I can make a drink that tastes good!

Your staff are very courteous and always ready to be of assistance. I recall one Aida being particularly very helpful in assisting us get taxi to London Heathrow at a very reasonable cost. That was indeed very helpful to us and we cherish it.

The Ibis in Stratford is very well located for the station, Quee Elizabeth Park (Olympic Park) and West Field. There is also a Morrison just round the car. Ibis Stratford is clean with moderate sized spacious rooms. The one thing I would like to have seen is a cooked breakfast suitable for vegetarians. Stratford can be a bit of a dodgy area and you have to keep your wits around you - however, as the hotel is situated in a busy area, I was comfortable coming and going late at night.

I have been Ibis Stafford customer for a longtime, but the last few times, i'm really disappointed , stains in the sheet, the mattress to poor as you sink inside it. the shower hose in the toilet was very week.

Staff were friendly and helpful, bar was well stocked, had a minor issue with TV that staff sorted quickly, major issue was that in room 119 the air handling refused to cool, in the only room on the floor with unopenable windows. It seemed that the air con had been set up to only allow warming not cooling, my colleague in the room next door had both an openable window and Aircon that cooled his room down.

This system is partly dependant on the external temperature. I can only apologise if this was not sufficiently effective on this occasion. Tired old smelly, unventilated hotel with cold hot breakfast

I stayed here for three nights but the airconditioning, although present, did not work. The bathroom door did not close and the sink/shower/toilet stank. Moreover, the English breakfast served was cold: the sausages, eggs, beans were all cold. Very disappointing. The only good thing about the hotel is its location.

Friendly check in service from the Manager ? Lovely young ladies on reception , always friendly and polite . Great location , the only slight downside is that the pillows are far too hard for our necks , we couldn't really drift off to sleep because of this. As we travelled by train we couldn't bring our own , but softer pillows would have made a big difference. We should have bought some from the Stratford centre and then discarded them afterwards. Small point but sleep is valuable.

The prices are high. We paid for a night around 160 GBP and the next morning we saw the price presented outside on a screen for 80, which I don’t really understand. There should not be the double prize for a weekend day. The service was all right but I remember when I stayed there another time, the shower and sink was really the oldest you can have; which is fine but you could or place the shower head back as the thing was broken. Around the sink (last time and the time before) there was a lot of limescale. But all in all OK for a night

Hotel is nice but parking is to far away

Hotel is nice and clean and staff are very friendly. But lack of parking at the hotel and then having to park away from the hotel and the 18 minute walk back to the hotel isn’t good especially late at night. Would probably not recommend this hotel to anyone who is travelling by car.
