Very nice and helpful staff, they always go the extra mile. The rooms are up to the Ibis standards, very clean. Breakfast offers a broad of variety of tasty food. The hotel is actually very convenient to get into London - 1 train station from St Pancras for Eurostar travellers and a 10 min walk to the Central line. We use this Ibis regularly and it's nice to be recognized as "regular customers".

I had a short brief stay here but I found the staff to be lovely as well as the room to be nice and clean. Food was also good and beds really comfy. Although I wasn't there for very long, I very much enjoyed my time here. I would definitely come back here!

« Great price, very nice lobby, nice rooms -but could use some more decoration especially in bathroom »

Very friendly staff!! The rooms were nice, but it could’ve been decorated or arranged a little nicer. The bathroom was just okay and hard only having one soap. I’ve lived in London before and know that Stratford is very convenient and well connected, but the neighborhood is not the nicest. Overall, very good experience for the price!

I checked in after a long journey and went into the eating area to have a meal. The gentleman serving me didn't really know what the menu was and when it eventually arrived the chips which were a part of the meal arrived 10 minutes after my burger and salad. A very poor meal. Within the hotel reception seating and relaxing area were numerous teenagers who were clearly just using the hotel seating to get off the street, they were noisy and rude. There was a steady stream of men entering the open double fire doors at the bottom end of the staircase, these men were clearly visiting various rooms within the hotel. The noise during the night was unacceptable also. The room itself was just about acceptable, although there was a fungal mould growing within the extractor fan in the shower room and I was left a soiled towel which as you can imagine wasn't pleasant. I did take photos of these. Over all apart from the bed which was comfy it was a poor stay and I did not feel safe or secure due to the various unknown people wondering around.

Stylish comfortable room with good bed and bathroom. Tea ,coffee and kettle and how wonderful to have normal coat hangers ! A receptacle for tea bags would have been useful. Opening windows such a bonus. Staggeringly good breakfast, amazing value. Lovely helpful staff.

Generally things were good, it was just a single incident that happened at the most unfortunate time (6am on a Sunday morning). After concluding the alarm was set off my mistake, the staff could not turn it off, which is pretty disappointing.

Very good value for money. Strategically located in proximity to shopping centres, shops and restaurants. Also within short reach of public transport such as buses, trains and underground system.Excellent service from friendly staff, who still continue to maintain the "15 minutes rule", which entails providing solutions to problem from guests within 15 minutes.A pleasant experience overall, in the face of rather limited storage space in the rooms.
