Overall a good experience. Quick and friendly check in. Room had some damage where the AC control had been replaced and the wall not repaired. Fire door to lifts was propped open while clearly labelled "Fire Door Keep Closed".

Staff were hospitable but i have to go down order my dinner as they usually dont do room delivery.anyway after explaining the reason, the meal wasdelivered to my room.there was no slippers toothpaste and toothbrush

It was a nice stay, my partner and I had been up and down the country for the weekend and had one night before going back to work so thought we'd go here. Price is fair and rooms are a good size. We really enjoyed it especially with a few restaurants close by.

« Perfect location and fully accessible »

This hotel is one of the best i have stayed in. Fully wheelchair accessible, from easy access into the room, good level of height of the wash basin and walk-in shower with wall-mounted foldable chair. Normally, hotel room doors are heavy to open, however in Ibis London Stratford, the room door is not heavy to open which makes it easy to get in and out of the room. I have a small wheelchair so i managed with the room however, if there is a larger wheelchair, the room 301 i stayed in might be difficult, in terms of access into the room between the bed and wall as the bed is close to the door. But i had no issues and would recommend.

« Budget hotel with exceptional service »

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bathroom was a little dirty and had stains on and the toilet was not cleaned properly. However for a 3 star it is what i expected. The room could most certainly do with noise proofing.

I usually have a good stay at Ibis hotels havin stayed in a few in London and I Cambridge. However on this occasion I was kept up by the very loud plumbing system. I could here constant water running and flushing from above and the room next to us. I would still like to continue using Ibis, however I feel that the cost I paid for my recent stay was very high considering it wasn't the most comfortable stay.

It was absolutely fabulous, the extremely helpful friendly staff who were very quick and efficient when I could not open the room window. The ultra modern rooms and I extremely impressed with the bathroom sink and big spacious modern shower. The bed was soft and luxurious. Downside due to the popularity had no rooms in April fully Booked I needed two rooms, had to book elsewhere at another hotel.

Good bed, excellent shower. Friendly staff however on the final day of my stay I received a 5am phone call regarding a taxi I hadn’t booked, didn’t bother me however a simple apology for disturbing me would have been nice. Would recommend for business use, will be back in February.

Disappointing. Room was tidy but lamp didn’t work but I tightened the bulb to fix it. Also had a cup of tea the first night but cups were not cleaned for the second night and milk and teabags were not replaced so had to ask for more. Clean toewls were not wonderfully clean. No bin in main room.

Overall a very good experience as i have been there a couple of times and also recommended to others too. The only downside is the noise from the traffic in the morning if you are facing the main road as the windows are not double glazing or it doesn't seem they are. Apart from that the staff are amazing at their job and are very kind and approachable. i will go again.
