The staff are very helpful and provide a great service. Only complaint is the room had a nasty smell inside had to sleep with the window open.And only had 2 pillows on a double bed instead of the standard 4. Apart from that it was a good stay cheap and cheerful. And great breakfast was provided

Stay was fine there was a great member of staff who dealt with an issue i hd and he resolved it very professionallya dn swiftly....room was a little cold even though i had the heating on but it was fine later

The hotel suited our needs extremely well, a business meeting with a couple of days enjoying London. Stratford was a perfect location for us, coming from East Anglia. Disappointed that the advance price we paid for the room was reduced by £50 on the day we left.

Very nice hotel in an excellent position to access all areas of Stratford. Good welcome and excellent breakfast. Clean room. No issues, although the toilet didn't flush perfectly it was Ok.

« Lovely Rooms, but difficulty to sleep in. »

The rooms were clean and well laid out, with the essentials all available. Checking in was a simple experience and had no issues with any staff. The blockout curtains where lovely early morning keeping the room nice and dark and there was no issues with other guests noise wise or other. The bathroom shower was lovely and warm and there was no issues with any of the equipment or lighting in the room. The bed was comfortable though got abit to firm by the end of the week and caused some back issues. The biggest inconvenience was the supermarket backcarpark outside, the windows could not be left open overnight as the noise was way to high with glass shattering and products being packeted out. As well as people shouting. This would be ok if the air conditioning let the room cool down, however it would only heat up the room and as such the nights become extremely warm and difficult to sleep in. (Ended up buying a throw to sleep under as couldn't sleep in duvet). Overall a pleasant experience with some minor gripes.

Good, room was modern and clean. However they didn't return laundry when they were supposed to so a lady said I'd have to send a pre-paid envelope which I was a bit pissed off about. Also my room didn't get cleaned on the last night, so that was very annoying. But the staff were lovely and helpful. Apart from the lady I spoke to about the laundry.
