Fantastic services overall starting from reception, bar, cleaning services ending on security. Very clean rooms and bathrooms, great quality of food and reasonable prices of alcohol. Very convenient location, close to any amenities. Staff speaks clear english

Nice that I could check in rather early when I arrived. I also got a room close to the elevator as requested. Nice that cake was offered at arrival. Good central location. Just miss that no rooms with bathtub could be offered. Nice breakfast.

It was OK. The only downsides were my partner was ill after hotel breakfast the next day after arrival and the TV would switch itself on at any time of night without us doing anything. Other than that fine.

I made a mistake when booking the room on accorhotels.com and contacted accor hotels in 30 minuets after by phone only to be told sorry we can not change the booking i should have read what i was selecting. I even emailed and a few days later was told the same they can not change the booking and i should read more care fully what I order and pay for , the manager also sent me an email after my follow up email . I did not want to stay anywhere else I ended up staying and paying more i was just trying to save my money , the manager on accor hotels (not the hotel) said the same i should read better and keep looking for future offers , Just very Bad customer service from accor hotels , i guess they never make a mistake , funny when the girl made a mistake in the hotel trying to charge me for breakfast 2 times when i had paid for one said sorry and corrected the mistake. The hotel i have been staying here for over 10 years for the last 5 years 3 or 4 times a year and always with 2 rooms (1 for my friend) , I use to keep coming back as i liked it , the good location. There have been lots of staff changes recently and always pleasant staff at Ibiz lodz. There are also lots more other hotels to choose from now in Lodz than when i first visit , one across the road one the other side of the Galaria shopping center all of similar rating and price I stayed here out of loyalty but I'm very disappointed with the customer service from Accor hotels After my recent experience and making a simple mistake and paying extra with poor customer service from the booking site not the hotel because they can not do anything , I am not sure I will be staying again as the customer service agents hands are tied they can not do anything to help , As the customer service agents said i should read what i am booking , well i will be reading what other hotels are offering first before i chose Ibiz Lodz again as i know the standard of the hotel after staying there so many times

I quite enjoy staying at Ibis every time. If I was to change anything it would be putting a kettle and a tea/coffee in every room as it is being done by majority of the hotels I've stayed in previously

I found the hotel to be very clean. The hairdryer in the room - is very weak. It suits people with short hair and not longer hair. Toiletries provided are cheap and nasty

I love stay with ibis but two things bother me 1st in lorz when I was checked out manager told me I have due bill of one night I told her I pay but she can't find my cash payment then I have to open my all luggage and show her cash receipt I'm wondering if I dint have cash receipt I have to pay 200 zolaty's again ??? 2nd was in Warsaw they give me room have bad bugs problems I have to change my room no one even help me I was tired drive from lorz to Warsaw I'm not sure how work in poland but in USA it's not too good customer service I stay in ibis cause one of my friend since 1990 he stay for months every year his name is rasheed

« Staff is quite rude and the room need improvement and be clean »

In general the staff dont say evan good morning , dont smile , you dont have the feeling that you are welcome. The staff of the reception don't pass the points to my member card, and I asked for it. The breakfast is very simple and the salad looks old, they don't replace the orange juice, and no one sais hello or nothing. The room needs to be freshen up, the toilet is quiet dirty , don't have evan a toiletbrush. The unique staff that was nice is a young lady in the bar and a young men in the bar.

Nearly everything was perfectly. Very nice and polite receptionists ,room was great and very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Hotel location is ok .I will go back to the hotel because I am very happy about it. Just 2 things to improve:1)toilette could be cleaned better. 2)young bartender(maybe her name is Joanna) charged 1 extra pln because we added some raspberry juice to our welcome drink...we were surprised about it , for sure she was not in a good mood. I had the possibility to get later check out and I am happy about it. Thank You Ibis I hope to go back soon to your hotel !:)
