Dirty to say the least, daily room tidy was not done, if not for making the bed and change the towel that by the way was always one less then the needed, we were 3 in the room but always only 2 towel, absolutely out of standard for an accor, sure will not be back, the breakfast was inadeguate in terms of offer, just coffee and some bakery products, definitely not worth the price, actually not worth any rice, maybe for free... and as well i spent over 6 nights there and have not gotten any point on my card, INACCEPTABLE

Hotel staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast ok. Conveniently located. Though we did not expect that the bathroom will have no locks. Secondly the liquid soap in shower area was almost empty and there was no sliding door at shower area so water would spill out. The room was not cleaned on the 2nd day of stay. When we came at night we saw bed not made up, no new towels placed. We had to go to reception and tell. Then next day it was cleaned properly. The staff is quick in solving the issues.

Cigarette smoke filled corridor carpets especillay on the 1st floor was the most annoying experience. Combined with a non effective aircon and traffic noise from the window facing the road, room 130 was very bad. This forced us to switch to room 323 which was slightly better.

We got bite from bed bugs, the room was filthy, the staff very rude, the breakfast didn’t have plates for toast, the cleaner didn’t make all the beds, and when I asked the receptionist who makes the bed she told me it’s my room so I should make them

The sheet on the bunkbed was soiled on arrival and there was no sheet to accompany the blanket provided. The room was functional as reflected in the price. Air con worked and beds were comfy but it did feel like a prison cell. Location was ok. Expected the tv to work and also the power sockets.

It makes Premier Inn look 5 star. Soiled sheet on arrival (cleaner just shrugged when I showed her), not enough bedding for the bunk bed provided although couldn't get the cleaner to understand why a sheet was needed to go with the blanket. The tv didn't work and only one power socket out of 3 worked. The doors have huge clunky keypads for entry and the brown plastic furniture is awful. Air con was good though and the beds were comfy. Location is ok and there are a few bakeries not too far away for breakfast. You wouldn't want to spend more time than you had to in the room but if you are out all day/evening sightseeing then it's fine.

Breakfast: croissants and bread were dry at 8Am. Leftover from the previous day? Wifi signal was very weak, leading to poor connection. No hair-dryer available in the room and at the reception.

I stayed in a double room. The room itseld was fine but the air conditioner was not working properly. I complained and i was told there are no more rooms available (this wasnt true by the way, cos i tried to book a room for that same night and it showed available online) I agreed to get a fan for the night with the promise that it will be fixed the next morning. I complained again the next morning and was again promised that it will be fixed. This went on till i checked out on the fifth day. It was never fixed.

The room we were given was a 3-person one and so it was a bit roomer for 2 people. Though the room was facing main traffic, it was quiet once we closed all the window; but unfortunately we got warm air instead of cold air from the air conditioner, so we couldn't use the air conditioner then the room was stuffed and warm as we had to close all the window to sleep. Everything was clean and good except we got only bath towels but no face towels nor hand towels, and not even any hair blower which was very useful for travelers. There was enough room for a longer rod with more hangers for clothing but the design was poor with only a tiny rod and 4 to 5 hangers. Wifi was fine except in the evening when everyone tried to use it then it was slow. The hotel located in Pantin which was just out of city of Paris; about 2-minute walk from RER 'E' train station so it was very convenient to go every corner of Paris as we bought a Navigo pass.

The air conditioner was not working. The room was super hot and humid. We opened the window and mosquitos flew in. The traffic noise level was loud. There wasn’t a hair dryer or iron in the rooms. When I asked the front desk, he told there was only 1 in the entire hotel and I had to wait until 8am the next day. The front desk representatives were nice and helpful.
