« Noisy neighbours resulting in no sleep! »

Stayed here for 1 night, smooth check in, nice breakfast, room was expected for the value- nothing special. Unfortunately we had the loudest neighbours and the thinnest walls. We could hear our neighbours conversation (between 2 people, no shouting by this point), there were multiple voices around 12am in the room, all shouting, laughing and screaming. Constant door slamming and moving between rooms. Walls were so thin we could hear everything, and unfortunately ended up in 3 hours of sleep- not enough for a full day ahead of work. Very disappointed.

It was really nice but in the morning as we were 4 in a room we did ask the housekeeper for a couple of towels which they refused and told us they can’t give us any towels.

Arrived at hotel room to be greeted by stench of stale urine. Carpet stained in numerous places. Double size mattress placed on king size bed frame leaving corners of bed frame protruding. An accident just waiting to happen. Curtains had countless holes and dirty.Wall around air conditioning unit black with dirt.Despite raising a formal complaint with Accor Hotels several days ago (with photos to prove) I've still not received any formal response.Would not recommend Accor Hotels based on this experience.

Staff was very friendly. Air conditioning wans't working. Location was good. Room lighting could be better. I understand it's budget hotel however still could have been lot better. Kids were't comfertable at all. No water jug or coffee anything etc.

Everything fine, room very nicely prepared, good beds, nice separate bathroom. Présence of a closed parking with surveillance. But both doors showed sign of age, as well as the floor of the bathroom.

« The first night was awful. They made an effort to change our room for the second night, which was better. »

We arrived late and exhausted with two very tired small children and were given the last family room. They should never have rented this room. The air conditioning was broken (during a major heatwave). The window apparatus didn't work, so we couldn't open it to get circulation, and in case it was on the ground floor so opening it would have been dangerous. They gave us a fan, but the guard covering the blades was also broken, so we couldn't use it for fear it would injure the children. No one slept at all. The second night they put us in a different room, which was fine but not great. They also gave us free breakfast but it wasn't all that great either and certainly wasn't enough to compensate for the awful experience the first night.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is good. Staff helpful. USB charging in some rooms. We had a problem with the air conditioning during mid summer but they exchanged rooms with no fuss.

It was good staying at Ibis budget Pantin. The first day the air condition was not on so I had to open my window to get some fresh air which led to noise. the next day the AC was on. The worker did manage to put it on.

Room stank of cigarettes as did whole floor. Room door did not lock correctly. Eventually moved rooms to only free room stank and had ants all over it. Shower leaked and bed was broken mattress was turned upside down to hide the broken springs

Tried to park in the underground garage. It was badly lit, and no signage to show where to go. Tried accessing the staircase to walk out of the garage, but it was full of garbage. The staircase door could not be opened from garbage on the other side. Drove out of the garage fearing the worst, and tried to park behind the hotel. The back parking lot was also full of garbage, and it was facing a rundown business building with broken windows on the other side. We would have cancelled and left, but the room was not refundable. Luckily, the guy at the front desk allowed us to park in the fenced inner parking lot. I have to admit this hotel was the scariest experience in our 5-day stay in Paris.
