« Staff was really attentive »

Really liked the staff. The room was a little cold even when we turned up the heater. Didn't like the lack of privacy in the toilette and shower. But staff was really good at this Ibis

Breakfast did not have many options, it had some bugs running around close to the food. The matresses were dirty and the recepcionists did not have any knowledge about Paris, and sometimes at night there was nobody at reception. I won't be back!

« Not what it looked like. »

When I arrived, the bathroom smelled awful. There must have been something wrong with the drainage system that affected the smell. It leaked into the bedroom so we had to smell that all week. I asked receptionists for help dealing with the smell but nothing happened. We had to leave our window open every day because of this, which meant we would return at night to a very cold bedroom. Additionally, the room looked NOTHING like it did in the pictures. If you’re listing a room, at least make it look like what you’re advertising. I was extremely disappointed by this. I believed that being further away from the city wouldn’t matter that much because the room looked nice, but when we arrived it looked really gloomy. On top of the already gloomy winter weather, it didn’t brighten our moods. Apart from this, customer service was wonderful and people were friendly.

« Good but could be better »

I stayed here twice in a row and the experiences were totally different. The first room was nice, clean, and well-furnished. The second room was surprisingly dingy: it was poorly furnished, had a dirty carpet, smelled like smoke, had holes in the curtains, etc., but at least the linens were fresh. Throughout the entire stay (11 days) I found the staff to be very pleasant but a bit disorganized. Specifically, the cleaning staff were intrusive and seemed to totally ignore the “do not disturb” sign. I was woken up from naps and interrupted in the shower almost every day. The front desk staff were very friendly but seemed overwhelmed at times. The breakfast was fantastic, I would only suggest adding some meat, like sandwich cuts or something. Also, a major issue for me was the WiFi. During my first stay, it barely worked in my room, and I had to go to the lobby to use it. This seriously affected my ability to be productive during the day. During my second stay, the WiFi was better but still not great. I would stay here again based on the location, but it could be improved.

« Very bad they took my ID card and didn't return during check out. »

I lost more then 700 Euro due their poor sevice and i don't know how to claim this. as they have took my orginal ID card during check in and did not return it to me hence i missed my flights and they are saying they have post to my address but still i did not recieve my ID card.

« Perfect for what we needed »

5 of us one night while attending a concert in Le Trabendo. Double room was fine, has everything you need, although we got stuck out in the rain and no radiator to dry clothes off on but everything else was good. Room with bunk again was perfect for what we needed although some of the lights and plug sockets didn't work. Would use again if in the same situation

Hotel location was fine. Hotel staffs couldn't explain well on how to get to paris city centre by RER. Poor explanation. We didn't get enough towel and toilet paper for 3 pax. Two towels were received. Vacum was not done under the bed. Kid bed was not done at all. Towels are old and thin.

Clean room. As a result of the « Gilets Jaunes » turmoil - (and consequential fuel shortages in BRETAGNE) - we were forced to travel from Finistère to Paris by TGV. Consequentially, we arrived at midnight - (instead of our initial booking of 15h00) - to find our room waiting for us and welcoming reception by the night staff.

Felt irritated about your protocol regarding the 4th bed in the room. Although booking was for four persons only three beds were prepared. One thing is that you expect the customer prepare the 4th bed, but even worse that not even a proper bedclothes are provided for this. We stayed for three nights but managed to get it sorted only for the third one. Thank you goes finally to the lady tidying up our room.

Our room was on the ground floor with a broken window...We were sleeping three nigths with an open window on the ground floor. When we realized it we told the receptionist and she told us that she would change us a room the next morning because the hotel was full booked. We read onother reviews and they had the same problem so the window apparently was not repaired at all. We didn't had an option so we accepted it. The other day they did change us a room and the first thing we noticed it was the door hadn't a lock.. The whole experience was aweful.
