The conditions of my room were unacceptable. My room was filthy and the floor was sticky. My room and bed smelled of smoke. It made it impossible to sleep at night. I ended up having to sleep in a chair because I could not sleep in the bed. I notified the front desk person in the morning and they agreed that it was unacceptable to stay in those conditions. Stayed here as was attending football next door. Hotel needs refurbishment as toilets / showers are dated, electrics don't work properly and windows in room don't either. Suitable for need at the price paid. Have stayed here about 6-7 times over the years. Paid for 3 towels but nobody around and never received them :(

Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly lady who despite the language barrier did her best to check us in tell us where our room was and even told us how to get to the train station and which trains to get to Paris. However the we had to use the stairs as my partner can’t use a lift and the floors were stained and there was a musty odour in the stair well the higher we went the became a stronger smell of cigarette smoke which by the time we reached the fourth floor was overwhelming the corridor to our room was filthy and the walls and doors were marked inside the room there were pubic hairs in the sink the skirting board was black along the top and the paint was flaking off the air vents were dirty. One of the beds linens had a cigarette burn in it and neither looked particularly clean so we ended up putting our own blanket on top of the bed and two of us having to share one single bed with our own pillows. The bathroom facilities were awful there was rusty stains on the floors urine all over the floors of the toilet cubicles the showers didn’t look very inviting either. I understand that your rooms don’t cost the earth and that as a result you have to keep over heads to a minimum however I don’t think cleanliness should be optional and that you could do with rejuvenating the hotel so you can be proud of being able to charge hostel prices with 4* quality facilities I have stayed in your hotels before so knew what I was expecting with regards the shared toilets and showers etc. However this was 20 odd years ago and they where clean and tidy then I now feel perhaps a stay with F1 is to be endured instead of enjoyed which is a shame because as I say your receptionists where fantastic

Bathrooms were shared and they were not so comfortable and clean. The sheets of bunk bed were not changed.

Website advertises parking but doesn't say that it is 4 euros extra. Rats everywhere in car park though this can't be completely avoided. Unpleasant entrance to the hotel (though the security guard was polite and advise told me which floor to go to). My room absolutely stank of cigarettes. It was 4am when I arrived with no reception so I couldn't change rooms. The bed sheets were clean (unsure about the cover) but the cover was not a duvet, just a blanket similar to a sleeping bag. I woke up cold in the night. Down the sides of the beds were dirt, hair, leftover grime from previous occupants that has clearly not been cleaned and could be with a quick hoover. The toilets were either full of toilet paper or had paper all over the floor. The toilets had NO sink in them so I had to return to the bedroom to wash hands - this means people's germs are all over the bathroom doors and bedroom doors. The shower was nice and hot but this can hardly be a complement as is as expected. I wanted a cheap stay for the night and I certainly got it. Though I wouldn't stay there again even if it was for free. The security guard in the morning seemed very nice and kind, advising me where to go for breakfast. This is why I have rated it 2 rather than 1. Clean hotel is not too much to ask for.

We stayed fr 2 nights at the hotel and knew exactly what to expect..there is no luxury but everything was clean and worked well. Yes one has to share shower and bathroom.... The location is quiet and not too far from public transport There is ample parking so overall we had all that we needed The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, thank you very much
