Very disappointed with our stay this time. Our room was below standard and also did not include a nespresso machine as expected. We were also not offered a room upgrade or late check out. The breakfast was also not up to its usual standard. Not sure if we would stay here again.

After a hard day at work I was pleasantly surprised by a note from Doreen in housekeeping advising me that she noticed I liked to drink tea with milk and she left me some extra milks in a beautifully constructed towel basket it made my day and my stay . The staff are great especially Doreen but the quality of your food lets you down.

the room was fine, a little tired, the TV didn't work ( and it wasn't the batteries as we checked that) The electric plug for the jug didn't work and neither did the aircon.

Beds we're comfortable. Shower and bathroom were nice. Good coffee/tea selection. Great if you are going to the races. Parking was a little difficult. Air conditioning unit in the room incredibly noisy at night.

Always enjoyable however two small things to point out, breakfast was less enjoyable then usual because much of the hot food was very watery (eggs and mushrooms specically) and my shower had very low pressure.
