Have belonged to the Accor Loyalty Programme for many years now and find every time I stay at a Property my experience is always similar ie Always Great. From the people at the Reception Desk through to the friendly (but often quiet) and hardworking House Keepers they make it a good reason to make the most of my subscription.

We were in auckland on a shopping trip and wanted to stay overnight. I have been an accor club member for a number of years so my first choice of accommodation is usually Accor hotels. The welcome platter was a surprise and a nice touch thank you

Pleasant staff, welcoming, efficient and helpful. The room clean . Good size . Beds comfortable, pillows wonderful. Bathroom a bit tired . Toilet seat came off . Bathroom could do with up dating. Very limited amount of milk provided. Would have liked a small bottle or box of milk. No bottled water provided. No plates , bowls or cutlery provided. But overall happy with our stay .
