Room accommodation was clean and comfortable. Service of Staff was friendly and polite. really enjoyed my morning tea in the courtyard. Unfortunately was not happy with the Room service meals. Pizza ordered was massive for one person which was generous however the Loaded wedges were so over cooked they were inedible. their was no salt or pepper supplied with the tray or napkins. The bill was incorrect as overcharged. Bathroom facilities - would be good to see shower caps supplied with Toiletries. Bath was not able to be used as the nob that switches the head from shower to bath tap was tided with what appeared to be shoe lace preventing it being used.

« Extremely disappointing!! »

My room rate was over $400! This did not include breakfast. I asked for robes to be in my room (they weren’t). As a gold member my welcome gift was two small bottles of water (this is stock standard at the Pullman and Mercure). The breakfast was average and very decorations in the restaurant were tacky!

It was a pleasant stay – the second time for us – and we enjoyed it. The only complaint we could express is that there was quite some ruckus on the hallways, something I wish the staff could keep better tabs on, but really that's the only thing, everything else was great: the room was wonderful, the service was excellent, and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Service was goid. Check in and out very quick and everything well explained. Facilities in room good but the bed was the most uncomfortable i have ever slept on anx we had a terrible sleep. Mattress appeared to be broken somehow eigh a big lump on on one side (maybe a byoken spring?). Raised it with staff after night 1 and they were to investigate. Think they must have just flipped it over or turned it around as the lump was on the other side of the bed on night 2 and my partner had to endure a bad sleep.

Service at front desk quick and efficient and very nice room. The only downside of my stay was eating in the restaurant. I had enjoyed meals there previously but this time the wrong meals were delivered, we were given the message that vegan fare was very limited although previously the chef had been very flexible, and service was just not good. Fortunately this was made up for by having our charges waived for our meals without us asking.
