We left an item in the room which was couriered to us the following day. Your staff went above and beyond to assist us with this. The chef on Saturday 9th had an amazing menu to choose from and everything was absolutely delicious with outstanding service by all in the kitchen and dining. We cannot wait to stay again.

Had a great stay, everything was expected. The only negative I could say is, we slept in until 12PM and missed house keeping. We called to have house keeping return while we were out for the day. On return at 10PM it had not completed. However after calling at 10PM house keeping returned promptly and cleaned the room.

I have been staying with you for about 10 years. the little things such as service at the front desk and the state of the hotel in general has started to slide during the last few years. basic room maintence eg shower head being able to sit in the holder, someone at the desk

The usual friendly Check-in Staff, clean rooms and toilets. However, I would suggest that the Buffet Breakfast be improved. For the price charged $32, a tastier breakfast would be great. The Bacon is not quite tasty like normal bacon. Spme diners may disagree, but I would be happy with normal Baked Beans without adding an ything.
