Was an average experience. Room was an accessible room and didn't have a tv remote or a kettle even though, cups instant coffee, sugar and milk provided.

As my wife has mobility issues the step up into the bathroom and the absence of any rails in the shower were major problems that ensure that we will be unable to use Ibis again.

T have been designed for people in a walker or a wheelchair and have the rails in the bathroom with a no step. We can arrange this for you at the time of reservation or upon check in. We had 2 nights stay- food was satisfactory, bed was very comfortable and location was great for a days sightseeing in Sydney (just a short easy walk to Mascot train station). Shuttle service greatr to International Airport.

Overall the stay was good. In 2 rooms, the Windows was leaking when raining, leading to sleeping in wet covers in the single bed. Table service has apparently been stopped in the restaurant, and with the limited menu, just feel like your average bistro, having to go and order your food and get a number.

The service was very good with the staff being very friendly and helpful. The room was well laid out and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and check out was very quick and easy. The location makes it ideal for a stop over and I found it easy to get transport from the hotel.I will recommend the IBIS in Mascot.
