As our shuttle bus service is run from the out-sourced company "Redy2Go," I have contacted the Customer Service team to share the experience you have. I am so sorry that you waited so long and that there was no immediate solution. I have put room 237 Out of service tomorrow to investigate if there is any faults in the room, adding to the noise level. I apologise that due to the noise, it affected your quality of sleep. We understand that sleep is very important, especially when you have a flight the next morning. I will hopefully be able to identify what is causing the noise, to stop this from occurring in the near future. « All fine except for window not shutting properly »

I only stayed from midnight to 6 am because of a cancelled flight. Room was clean, bathroom was surprisingly spacious, bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the window closing mechanism didn't work, so the window stayed slightly ajar. Because it was late and I wanted to sleep, I pushed a small table against it, and left a note, rather than contacting staff.

Ibis Sydney airport is in a great location to the airport. The restaurant was wonderful and the staff were great. I found the Bedding in the room was really comfortable and the room overall was very functunal. I will use this hotel again

Always happy to stay here. Great value for money with helpful staff. The bistro serves good standard food at a great price for Accor members. Always feel welcome. If the standard stays the same there is little room for improvement.

Hotel staff here are so welcoming and have really warm smiles. Rooms are always spotless which I really love. There are only 2 improvements I can think of: A better tasting/ quality house red wine ( current one is bad, my family and friends agree). Air conditioning units that don’t have that loud trickling sound all night, I use ear plugs so not so bad for me. I always get a good night sleep here!

It was welcoming and comfortable. Our room was very nice and clean and modern. The bed was comfortable which ment we had a good nights sleep. The only thing that was frustrating was the fact there was no ashtray outside for us smokers. There are still a lot of us around and it would be great to be included. The simple act of an ashtray would not be hard to organise for outside.
