« The Ibis Sydney Airport was a perfect overnight stay before heading off to Perth the next day. »

We stayed in a clean and comfortable room and had a great meal at the restaurant downstairs. We will be staying there again.

Arrived very late and met with cheerful and helpful staff. Rooms were spotless, was able to get a late drink and hot chocolate before bed, beds were comfortable as usual. Even better than the central Sydney city IBIS hotels. Will be using this one again.

I like the location and I got a very good deal. I was a bit disappointed that the kitchen closes so early - for an airport hotel with people coming and going at weird times, the early close surprised me

Just to clarify our kitchen closes at 10pm with the bar remaining open until midnight during the week and 10pm on Sunday, per our liquor license. After this time we offer sandwiches and chips from our Grab n Go fridge. We did trial staying open after 10pm however we had very few guests dining and couldn't justify this operational decision. Finding entrance for cars was a little difficult at night. Easy check in, helpful with parking. Rooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable pillows great! Staff had good knowledge of transport options to the airport. Food was hot, quick and very tasty.

« Check in arrangements were a debacle! »

Check in was very crowded. Priority check in line had been completely taen over by non-premium guests. I had to jump their queue which was embarrassing and I should not be forced to be embarrassed as a premium guest. Once at the counter the staff effected my check in quickly and efficiently.

As always a pleasure to come back to Ibis Mascot. This time I had to venture next door to the Pullman to make use of the taxi service from their driveway amd the concierge was extremely helpful even though I told him I had stayed at their sister hotel next door. Always a great night sleep at the INIS setting me up for work the next day.

Excellent. Decided to stay near the airport. Restaurant in the hotel loked nice so decided to eat there. Best goat curry I've had for a long time. Room was comfortable and I would stay again.

Checked in late and went straight to the room and slept okay. A bit noisy with plumbing or lifts running but good bedding and great shower even if the space is a bit on the dank size. Good breakfast selection and quick check out. Good value will use again.
