We were given the room closest to Reception which was extremely noisy. Then there was the rumbling of cars passing over a grid or something under our room. Then to top it off, after finally getting to sleep we were woken at 3.30am by road workers shouting outside. Why would you book out that room when others were available? ( I know this because the reception were booking in a bus load of people who's flights had been delayed after us)

Check in and out was quick and professional as well as welcoming. Had an excellent meal with a steak done to perfection while being looked after by really pleasant staff. Room was very clean and quiet with a comfortable bed.

It was an overnight place to stay and served this purpose.

The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Room was small but satisfactory. Quite noisy with roadworks going on outside throughout the night. Did not like the bathroom facilities. After a shower there was water all over the floor including under the toilet.

Another great overnight stay prior to early morning flight.

The evening meal in the restaurant was disappointing - I gave very simple and, I thought, clear instructions. Grilled chicken breast with no seasoning, sauce, marinade or anything else. So when it came to the table covered in salt, a huge amount of pepper and olive oil, I wasn't sure how my instructions were misunderstood. The were only a few TV stations available and almost all of them were sport. All the TV instructions were in Korean - I don't speak or read Korean so it made it very difficult to know what we were doing.

I am a bit concerned about the culture in this hotel. It seems a smile is so hard to get or maybe just a simple acknowledgement to a guest. The room attendant nearly knocked me over in the hall, did not say excuse me nor even lift her eyes. She just want to get on her job of cleaning the room next to us. The breakfast lady in the restaurant is the same. She has that “angry” look on her face as she clears tables. I noticed she’s by herself and the resto is quite busy that day. No matter what, a smile will make a mile on people’s impression. Over work maybe or under staff, whatever is the underlying problem, it needs to be sorted out so as not to loose patrons. A breathe of fresh air when we went to dinner. Your staff Minda should be commended on how she warmly interacts with diners. We noticed some repeat patrons as we overheard their conversations. Room is clean and crisp! Thankful to this experience.

As I had arrived from an overseas flight, I was tired and needed to refresh before dinner. I was greeted warmly and had check in dealt with efficiently. I was promptly given my room key and was pleased to find it available at my check in at about 3.45pm. I asked if I needed to book for dinner and was told that if I booked, I would be given a free glass on house wine. This was a pleasant surprise. My room was comfortable, the restaurant busy, but efficient and the meal enjoyable.
