Ours was a late night check in after a long flight. Check in was swift, room was clean, bed comfortable, breakfast delicious and rate very reasonable. This is our second stay. Won't hesitate to stay again as location near airports is perfect.

I was delayed arriving by one day as all domestic flights were diverted to Melbourne I phoned the hotel spoke to Kitti explaining my situation. He was very helpful although I lost one day staying at the hotel but I found the stay very comfortable staff were excellent food was gorgeous.

The room was fine but there were too many chip packets. Chips in the pantry were fine, but there were also chips inside the mini bar fridge, the cupboard and even the bathroom sink. I like chips, they're a fine snack, but this was taking things too far. Consider having less chips.

Restful and quieter than I expected. Food was great. Our stay took the stress out of an enexpected stopover in Sydney. I had trouble with the Ibis website so used Booking.com

« Our short stay was a welcome respite. »

We appreciated the prompt service, close proximity to the airport, the breakfast variety, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Even though the room was small, we had everything we needed. The outside noise was a bit of an issue, but it's to be expected with the airport nearby. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much!

Staff were friendly and helpful, checking in and checking out was very quick. Reason for choosing the Ibis as it is very close to the domestic airport. Food was ok, very much an Indian taste which is not to everyone's liking not surprising as they were Indian chefs.
