I had a good experience during my stay, pleasant staff, clean room, car parking available and good breakfast. However, the room had a constant noise, which I believe it was due to the ventilation system, this was a little disturbing to sleep, but, overall it was a pleasant stay.

One of my employees booked for two nights. He could not travel for the first night stay so his room was cancelled however no refund was issued. When we arrived for the second night we were told that since the room was cancelled we would have to pay for another night. That is three payments for one night stay. After many attempts to get the situation resolved we were toldamy times there was nothing your attendant could do. This is after I explained how many rooms we already had booked and paid for. Since this is the only (adequate) hotel in town I paid for one room for him. The payment for the one night stay was cheaper than booking many multiple rooms which I really do not understand. It was just the worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time.

i will never stay again at your hotel...from the moment at checkin there was no respect given. at checkin the recepcion ignored my arrival and assited guests before me until i asked for attention. at breakfast i asked if someone can assist me w breakfast to the room bc im in wheelchair and getting dressed by myself may miss breakfast, that was denied. and of course on check out was asked for card and was charged twice, the lady at the desk was too proud to admit fault until i proved i had paid. issue was resolved bc of my persistence. your staff should realize that all people whether walking or not should be treated equal. thank you and never again Brian M.

Dear Mr. Brian M., My sincere apologies for the inconvenience in your stay at our hotel. I'm sorry, we really thought that we were being helpful and considerate, in no way did we intend to serve you differently. On your arrival at the hotel, I did your checked in, so I remember I help you with the wheelchair that was in the backsit car, I quickly made your entrance and accompanied you to the room and made myself available for any other information. We even talked about rugby in Brazil I talked with the restaurant attendant, she does not remeber you asking for delivery your breakfast in the room. At your departure our collaborator Paulo inform you only the extras, that was made in cash. Even at the check out, Paulo helped with dismantling the chair and putting in the car. We respect all our guest, I am feeling ashamed for you feel as you describe. Again, my sincere apologies. Best regards, Regiane Salomão General Manager

Ibis is like Mc Donald's: not the best in town, but you know what you'll get, for a reasonable price. Everything was fine, except for the air-conditioner: it was too noisy! And we'd appreciate a more elaborate breakfast.

First it was ok as for the room, but the food was less than desirable. On Sunday night there was only 3 choices for dinner, omelet, burger or salad. For breakfast, the eggs were WELL done, the Brazilian cheese bread was hard and the yogurt was out dated.
