« Nice room but stingy on service basics »

The room was nice, but the hotel was oddly stingy on the basics. We had to ask for a second towel in a double room; it had a small kitchen and two plates but no utensils. And you cannot open the wardrobe without moving the bed.

Comfortable room, attentive staff. Had a problem one night when returning from a social event and there was no one at the front desk. Had to ring the bell several times, tried the card key on the outside slot but it did not worked, and was granted access when another guest was leaving. It appears that the front desk person had to go get some towels and he returned when I was already waiting for the elevator to arrive.

« The staff was very friendly and the room clean. »

I enjoyed my stay, however the air conditioning was not great. The weather was very nice so I did not complain about the air conditioning . The staff was very friendly and house keeping kept the room made up with fresh linens daily. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. I would stay with you again.

It is a good room, good space, however there are no amenities (like coffee or pans to boil water). Bed is great, the Air Conditioning not so strong, but we had a good overall experience.

« Bad structure, worse service »

The room is quite poor - bed, pillows and shower are really bad. The bathroom door pretty damaged and the silverware was really clean. Also, there were missing amenities and towels. The service is even worse, with the exception of a few good moments. In one situation, as an example, as I stayed the whole day in the room, they could not clean it, so I asked the front desk to at least change the towels and remove the food tray, when I left the room around 8pm. They said that they would do it, but when I got back later, no one did it. So the room was smelling food and I could not use the towel, as I have left it on the floor.

« Looks like an old hotel »

I found the overall experience very bad from start to end. I have been in this hotel before, I am frequent client of Accor but checkin take longer with full questions about personal data. Bedroom looks old, smelling not so good, the bathroom looks very old with a dripping shower (to avoid spend water). There was only one towel (very thin and old with small wholes, need to be changed). Only one very small soap bar (bad quality). I called reception asking more towels and soap. They answered: “we hide second towel in the wardrobe to avert spending it and why do you need another soap, there is none there?” The bed sheets very thin too. The wi-Fi only works in a specific place of the room. It won’t work from the bed. Breakfast already missing some foods (eggs, milk, etc), bad presentation around 9am. The checkout took more than 15 min for the lady to do computer things print receipt, cancel credit card pre authorization and charge it again. I think it looked way poorer than ibis budget.
