It was great that we were able to leave our bags there due to arriving early and departing late. We did find the rooms quite hot despite adjusting the fan/ air conditioning several times.

Friendly, helpful staff for everything that i needed. i felt 'at home' and safe. came back from WOW and many others also having a drink and i felt safe. breakfast was hearty and served me well for most of the day. staff was friendly and helpful when i needed assistance. i know the staff are not tour guides but it would be great if they were more aware of directions or suggestions - really know Wellington like the back of their hands.

The room was very basic but it was clean and quiet. Front of desk staff were very professional and friendly. No actual room service as such and they tried to charge extra for me collecting our food. Would of been nice to have a separate hand towel in the bathroom as well as two towels per guest as the towels are not big. But overall it was good.

Provided me with everything I asked for.

Our room was fine, clean. There were no shower mats/floor towel. on a slippery tile floor. Also the UHT milk was terrible, it turned the tea a horrible mucky grey color, it looked so bad i made another cup thinking there was something wrong with it. only to find the same thing.And it tasted terrible.And they were still in date.

We chose IBIS because it was handy to WOW. We were disappointed to be charged for WiFi and the towels were too small. The outlook of an office high-rise across the road did not enhance the stay.
