No free Wifi for non Le Club members? This is not clearly stated when booking a room. This is disappointing. Small motels and backpackers can provide free Wifi to all their guests but not Ibis hotels?

Second time I have stayed here. Both times the receptionist on arrival wasn’t overly friendly. Both times on one occasion the room wasn’t serviced. First time I was sent a couple of clean towels and that was it. This time they sent someone up straight away to give the room a quick service. Breakfast was good value for money. DId not eat at the restaurant as it seemed over priced for what was on offer. Nice central location. Would stay here again mainly because of the location.

I have stayed at Ibis Hotel Wellington for a day during my trip in New Zealand. We received warm welcome from hotel's staff with good services mind and very friendly. However I have not been allowed late check-out about 2-3 hours that I expected from the hotel from Accor Member but I understand that they tried their best to accommodate my request.

My adult daughter and I stayed in a room with 2 double beds. The bed that my daughter slept in was missing a wheel? so when she sat on the end of the bed it tipped up. Our room did not get properly cleaned one day. The bathroom continuously smelt bad even when it did get cleaned. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The decor in the hotel is old and looks more like a hostel. The breakfast that we got included in our accommodation was poor - poor selection and hot food was cold and/or overcooked or watered down. The only positive is the hotel's location - central city. However there are plenty of other hotels centrally located which l will look at for my next stay.

My organisation knows that ibis is a midrange brand for ibis, however compared to others I have stayed in the Wellington facilities are extremely dated and did not live up to the standards set. The room was cold with lack of appropriate linen/bedding, the breakfast was more, bathroom small and work facilities non existent within room. Unless there is a significant refurbishment it’s unlikely I would go back.

Great location. Room was good with everything needed, comfy beds, good shower, tea/coffee etc. The bar downstairs was cold and unwelcoming so only used once briefly.

Experience was mostly positive. Most all staff were very helpful, although one woman at the counter would said we could not check in before 2pm. However a gentleman was able to check us in. Hand towels were not provided in our room but we left a note and this was remedied after the first night.

The room was comfortable & the customer service was great. Quick reception response to quiet down noisy people staying on the floor. Negative was no hand towel you had to use a flannel or one of the towels. Some type of small city center map would be good.

Breakfast choices great with gluten free options. I was surprised that my membership of Le Club wasn't mentioned or rewarded, nor the fact that I've stayed there before. With another hotel chain's loyalty club they would have mentioned those things and g. me a room with a view, not just overlooking the light well!

The stay was good and no issues, staff were friendly. The only thing I did notice was that a sensor on the lift had either been damaged or ripped out and the hole was taped up a bit roughly, just an imagine thing.
