We felt cuddled by the entire staff during all time spent here. Everyone was willing for any necessity and provide us the best help he/she could give. The animation staff was particularly competent, therefore doing activities like acquagym or others becomes the routine, as people in charge were captivating and had the needed expertise. Another remarkable thing was the dinner as all the waiters and chefs were able to satisfy any wish. Reception workers were also kind and friendly. We found a peaceful place full of anything closely related to the idea of assuring a relaxing and unforgettable holiday.

All very good with the exception of the view from room. Attention at check-in was excellent despite having a confused booking (probably due to web description). Two rooms were made available which matched what I had intended booking. Although on 2nd floor with Balcony and a view towards the sea the outside was mainly tree tops which provided a rather boring view. Limited choice of dining if wanted other than the buffet but some excellent local restaurants for both lunch and dinner not far from hotel.

The staff was very friendly... but the buffet in the evening was traumatizing. There were far too many guests and Screaming children.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay at the Pullman Timi Ama Sardegna. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations in some respects. Concerning your remark on our buffet, I regret to read that you found there were too many guests and screaming children. Please note that you stayed with us in very high season - around “Ferragosto” – when the hotel is normally full. With 275 rooms the occupancy can reach up to 600 people. However our buffet restaurant is large enough to accommodate all guests comfortably, with a sufficient number of tables located in the interior room, under the bower and in the terrace by the pool. Of course when the hotel full, the restaurant could be a little crowded in the central hours of service, that’s why those who want to eat more peacefully usually go to the restaurant close to its opening. Please also allow me to point out that other 3 à la carte restaurants are available for dinner which are never that crowded: I Ginepri, at the beach; Il Mediterraneo, by the pool (from 10 pm) and the new opening Su Tea Rooftop Restaurant located in our panoramic terrace. Thank you once again for your precious feedback. I reiterate our commitment to high quality standards, and I am looking forward to welcoming you again at the Pullman Timi Ama Sardegna. From the moment we arrived we experienced the most amazing service. On entering the gate, a porter was waiting to welcome us and take our bags. Reception was personal. We were taken to a balcony, given a drink and orientated. The bathrooms are small, but the rooms are great, with a moderate veranda with brilliant views. Food at main restaurant is exceptional, and there are several other classy restaurants. The beach is close but buggies continually transport people to and from. All staff are well trained and very caring. The spa is absolutely amazing including a large indoor seawater pool, steam and dry saunas, Thalassa therapy, a huge variety of therapeutic and beauty treatments and much more. We will definitely be back.

It was our 7th summer vacation in Southern Sardinia and I am happy to say it was the best one. We choose Timi Ama mainly because we love Porto Giunco beach. The location of the hotel is unique. But we received much more. It will be difficult to tell about all the wonderful experiences we had there for 2 weeks,so I am going highlight the most important in my view. The resort itself is very beautiful and you can enjoy a relaxing atmosphere wherever you are. The food is excellent in terms of both quality and variety. The main restaurant offers different dinner theme every night during the week. You shouldn’t miss also the sushi bar on the terrace - both because of the view and the sushi. I Ginepri restaurant near the beach is fantastic. We liked very much the entertainment program in the amphitheater. And I would strongly recommend the photo service on the beach - the picture’s quality is amazing. The service overall is great with some minor exceptions like the reception desk reaction to small issues. But what made our stay really unforgettable was exactly the attention and attitude we received from the personnel. So I would like to thank to the team and in particular to Fabio and Filippo who made us feel special every night at La Veranda, Davide and Matteo who took care of us at I Ginepri, Gabriela for the excellent service on the beach, Dario for the great professional photos and Ciro for entertaining the whole family! We are looking forward to come next summer. A si biri!

It was very nice staying at the Timi Pullman and our overall experience was very good. The site is simply beautiful but especially very well maintained and the service was really excellent (from everyone). We have greatly appreciated the quality of the amenities and food. If I have to mention the few negative points: - renovation of the corridors and room doors: the corridors are quite sad (made us think of hospital corridors) and no longer match with the renovated rooms. Also our door had a 1cm gap when closed so we could hear a lot what was happening outside. We would advise considering these as next possible renovations. - service in english: while the majority of the staff made real efforts to speak english and really tried their best, some staff members could not understand basic english, which was unfortunate and led to some misunderstanding. This is OK at the restaurant but not acceptable at the reception. - quality of the food at the mediterranee and ginepri restaurant: we had to send back a few dishes because they were prepared too quickly (lots of water in the salad that was probably prepared long time ago) or not cooked enough (french fries, repeatedly on several days) The staff always acknowledged the errors and replaced the dishes but never offered a drink or any compensation. This is unfortunate and more care should be payed attention to.

I also would like to thank you for letting us know about the few negative points of your experience. You are right concerning the renovation of corridors and room doors, and I am glad to inform you that these renovations will be put in place once all the rooms will be renovated (at the moment, we do not want to have an architectural disharmony between corridors where renovated and non-renovated room are located). Anyway, the 1-cm gap when the door is closed is abnormal and I will ask our maintenance team to check and fix it if need be. I was very much surprised by your comment regarding some of our staff at the reception who could not understand basic English. In such a strategic department it is of primary importance that all the staff have a good command of English, and as far as I know this is the case with all our receptionists. Having said that, unfortunately some misunderstanding could happen, so please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this has caused. Finally, I'm sorry to read that you experienced several problems with the cooking and preparation of some dishes at I Ginepri and Mediterraneo restaurants. I am glad that you found our staff always ready to acknowledge the errors and replace the dishes, while I regret that you were disappointed by never having received any compensation. I have shared your comment with our Food & Beverage Manager, please rest assured that he will certainly make his staff more aware of how similar situations should be (better) handled. Dear Accor Team, By mistake I booked for 1x Person instead of 2 persons as I traveled together with my wife. At the check-in I agreed to pay up for my wife and reception staff tried to increase my price from EUR 320 to Eur 580 (one room/ per night!!). I argued that at Accor hotels you usually pay around 30% extra for a second person and not nearly 100% more. And if I must pay double then I should get two rooms and not only one! The reception just snubbed me that I can check online if I don't believe the price is correct! I checked online and showed the reception staff an example of beginning of August (1x person EUR 320 or 2x person EUR 460). The reception just smirked at me and said: "Now we have July(!) and not August." I replied: "How I can find a July price as the website shows fully booked?!?" The reception just rolled her eyes and replied that she cannot help me then and I must pay up the price as quoted by her. Me and my wife became very upset by this respect-less behavior and asked her: a) Please try to be not that arrogant... b) I would like to talk with the hotel manager. Just after 2 minutes appeared the reception manager and apologized that his staff made a mistake and the price is certainly not double if a second person (my wife) will be added. He offered a price of EUR 480 per room / per night which is similar as shown on the Accor website. This I accepted and the problem was solved. However, even the problem was solved by the management immediately, our holiday mood was very down. If you spend more than EUR 1,000 in a hotel for two nights and will be treated like that for the check-in, you do not feel welcomed. Furthermore, the respect-less, snappish and unprofessional reception lady gives me the impression that the management has no good skills in choosing the right staff for their front desk or the management provides an inadequate training. As an international businessman staying with Accor hotels since 2013, spending in average EUR 10,000 in Accor hotels per year, holding a Accor Platinum card for several years........This was my first and very worst experience I ever had at a Accor Hotel all around the world. Pullman Sardinia - Never again! (However, I also must admit that all the other staff (apart of this reception lady) did a good job!) I recommend Sofitel (by Accor), Hyatt or Shangri La Hotels. Dear Accor Team, By mistake I booked for 1x Person instead of 2 persons as I traveled together with my wife. At the check-in I agreed to pay up for my wife and reception staff tried to increase my price from EUR 320 to Eur 580 (one room/ per night!!). I argued that at Accor hotels you usually pay around 30% extra for a second person and not nearly 100% more. And if I must pay double then I should get two rooms and not only one! The reception just snubbed me that I can check online if I don't believe the price is correct! I checked online and showed the reception staff an example of beginning of August (1x person EUR 320 or 2x person EUR 460). The reception just smirked at me and said: "Now we have July(!) and not August." I replied: "How I can find a July price as the website shows fully booked?!?" The reception just rolled her eyes and replied that she cannot help me then and I must pay up the price as quoted by her. Me and my wife became very upset by this respect-less behavior and asked her: a) Please try to be not that arrogant... b) I would like to talk with the hotel manager. Just after 2 minutes appeared the reception manager and apologized that his staff made a mistake and the price is certainly not double if a second person (my wife) will be added. He offered a price of EUR 480 per room / per night which is similar as shown on the Accor website. This I accepted and the problem was solved. However, even the problem was solved by the management immediately, our holiday mood was very down. Disappointed with standard of room. 3 star. Too expensive for 3 star and it’s only that.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay at the Pullman Timi Ama Sardegna by responding to our survey. We are glad to learn that you enjoyed your experience on the whole. On the other hand, we regret that some aspects of your stay fell short of your expectations, particularly according to the room. A few years ago we started the progressive renovation of all the rooms and now we have over 100 renovated rooms out of 275. In fact, you stayed in two classic bay side rooms and this category has not yet been affected by renovation. However, we would like to point out that the level of comfort of these rooms corresponds to the standards of a 5-star hotel. We are sorry that you was disappointed, although realistic pictures together with a factual description of each room category are available on our websites and catalogs of all tour operators we collaborate with. The overall experiences were very good. It was a bit inconvenient that there were no small store within the hotel. We came with a many hours of jet lag from far far away. Thus, we tend to wake up in the middle of night. Then there is no food available unless we go out to the mart 30-min away from the hotel during the day. There is no room service late at night.

We are sorry that you found inconvenient that there were no food supply within the hotel. We just would like to point out that the room service is available until one o'clock in the morning and inform you that a small shop of local products is actually present in the main restaurant. Of course it is not a real food store, but it can be fine for "emergencies". We also regret that you did not inform our staff of your need to have food at night due to jet lag. We could certainly have found a convenient solution for you. Thank you again for sharing your experience, and we hope your next visit will be as pleasant as the previous one.
