The experience staying at the hotel was fine, besides having to wait a while to even get my room. However the negative rating was due to the multiple emails I received about filling in this exact survey. I will not be coming back because I do not want to receive multiple emails again.

room was noisy - plenty of noise from adjoining rooms - including the shower, room overlooked the alley where the bins were - the emptying of these was noisy during the night

Ideal location, right in the center of Melbourne, so convenient for shopping, and the service is always top rate. Got to love the boys who park our car and have it waiting for us, even before we request it. Doesn't get much better than that, and we were delighted with the rate this stay.

We where only ever in the hotel room to sleep and spent all our time in the city, but the short times we did spend in the room was good, very clean. Not the best window view though.

It Was great apart from you Desk Staff! I’m not racist in anyway but I could not under them nor could my wife. We got there in the end though. Then on Checkout they tried to charge us for Breakfast on the day prior to Arrival so that’s ideal. It Just seems in the last couple of years your Desk Staff have been Average to say the least! Also I have notice the last couple of stays the room have more Furniture but were do you Boil the Kettle? On the carpet as the leads for the Kettle are not long enough! OHS just waiting to Happen? But all said and done it won’t stop me from staying again. Kind Regards Colin
