This would have to be the noisiest hotel that I have ever stayed in, our room window faced an ally way and the rubbish trucks emptying bins at all hours of the night kept me awake. So too did the noise from adjacent room, you could hear people talking and their TV going. Was not impressed with the level of cleaning and smell in the corridors as well.

Checkin, stay and checkout were fine. Property is a bit dated but okay. Cocoon is dissappointing.

The room was too small for being in the room for a three nights. The hallways in the hotel smelt of dampness and mould or mildew. the TV remote kept turning the TV off when changing channel.

I enjoyed being so close to the places I needed. I unfortunately have a bad back, so my back was a little sore from the mattress, but overall, it was a great place to stay.

I always enjoy staying at hotel as it is centrally located. However this is happened several times I’ve stayed where house keeping come to clean room on the morning of your departure before 11am check out time. This time I was disturbed at 9.30am.

The room was supposed to be a superior one and the beds were lumpy and rock hard and the shower has a mould problem. Also the staff at reception need to learn what customer service is.

As always, we were impressed with the way the staff react to clients. Friendly and helpful as always. The bar staff in the Cocoon Bar are great, always jovial and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable and our room was quiet and clean. We'll be back!

As above, it was a great location and close to the shops. The hotel room didn't reflect the images on their website which was disappointing as it looked 4 star online but was really a good 3 star for the room itself (a Superior Room). The breakfast was good ans I would have siad it was this which made the hotel up to a 3.5 star property.
