The service level at Louden is worst that I have ever come across in accor hotels - 1st day of bfast, service crew knocked into me which spills the tea I was holding in my hand all over my hand without apologies nor concern. Feedback to Duty Manager, Carolina who promised to refund all my 5 days prepaid bfast but did not add in the record in system upon check out. House keeping made mistakes in recording our consumption of the bar items which we did not. Need a lot of internal fine tuning in this hotel!

As usual our stay at Swanston Hotel was fantastic. It was our first time in one of the updated rooms and the change was amazing. Really large and bright. Bed was really comfortable. My only complaint is that being on the short size it was quite difficult to get into. The lighting in the room was the best we have had in any hotel room. Staff were really friendly as usual. We usually stay at this hotel because it is so convenient to the main shops.

The Hotel itself was fine. However, my workplace covered the cost of my stay, yet I was told when I got there I had to pay for two nights stay which I could not afford at the time.

Had a great stay. Was greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Had issues with Flight Centre in terms of the booking, but the staff upon arrival were fantastic and looked after us! Will be back again.

Overall it was a great stay the only issue was the renovations. I understood that these were occurring but communication regarding the jack hammering all day would of been good there is a difference between jack hammering and renovations

Lovely appointed room. I'm a very happy Accor member and was fortunate to be upgraded to a new Pullman Suite. Overall it was fantastic, but a few small comments/observations, perhaps only relevant because the room is so new: -there appeared to be no powerpoints in the living space. There were power points by the bed, but for "business travelers" it is useful to have power access by the desk or couch for working. - totally a small point - but the toilet paper roll holder was at a bit of an angle so the roll kept falling off (sorry, this sounds so nit picky!) - another small point - there wasn't a towel rail for hand towels or bath towels.

I have given your hotel 1. This is because I rebooked the following week for another stay, but and I accidentally booked the 2.6.19 instead of the 3.6.19. so I was an inadvertent 'no show', I called and apologized to the Swanston reception for my mistake to see if I could put the fees paid towards my accom that I was supposed to book for the 3.6.19. The 2.6.19 was a Sunday night so I could expect the place was not at close to 100% occupancy especially in a relative low season. The person at reception said that it was impossible. I felt that this was extremely short sited. This is the first time in over 20 years of staying at Accor hotels that I have made this error and I would have expected some leniency or perhaps a small 'fine'. I have stayed in my estimations over the past 20 years over 500 nights at various Accor hotels including almost a total of 1 year at Manly Pacific hotel alone over a 12 year period. This one bitter event has made me want to no longer use your group of hotels including the Fairmonts where I have stayed in my North American travels. There is plenty of competition out there from Marriot, Hilton etc . It's sad because most of the time I find your hotels quite good.

We stayed in a corner room which was fabulous. Nice size rooms comfy bed and clean bathroom. Would definitely stay again. Everything is at your doorstep including free travel trams in the CBD and plenty of shopping and restaurants near by.

I ARRIVED WITH MY SON AFTER A FLIGHT WITH NEITHER OF US HAVING SLEPT MUCH DURING THE PREVIOUS NIGHT. WE WERE TRYING TO SLEEP WHEN ALL OF A SUDDEN 20 MINUTES AFTER WE LIED DOWN, 30 MINUTES AFTER WE GOT OUR ROOM AND THERE WAS CONTINUOUS KNOCKING ON THE DOOR. I TRIED TO IGNORE IT BUT THE KNOCKING CONTINUED SO I ANSWERED THE DOOR. THE YOUNG CHAP ASKED IF I HAD ANYTHING FROM THE MINI BAR. I WOULD EXPECT THERE IS A PROCESS FOR HOTEL STAFF TO KNOW WHEN THEIR GUESTS CHECKED IN. THIS DISTURBANCE WAS UNACCEPTABLE. I COULD NOT FALL ASLEEP AND FOUND THIS EXPERIENCE EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING AND AVOIDABLE. WHEN I MENTIONED THIS TO THE DUTY MANAGER HE WAS OFFERING ME TOO MANY EXCUSES RATHER THAN TO JUST APOLOGIZE WHICH WOULD HAVE RECOVERED THIS ISSUE MORE EFFECTIVELY.
