Relaxing and positive. Hard to dine in for dinner as very booked out. Breakfast was lovely- the bowls and cups were a nice design too. It was my birthday and I received a card and drink vouchers - this was very thoughtful as I'd only mentioned in passing and clearly someone had made a note of this. The room had good facilities, gorgeous views and was clean. (A shower cap and shaver could have been helpful). The soaps smelled nice

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your hotel. However, I was disappointed to receive a phone call from Sydney, shortly after booking in to our room, trying to flog me membership to your accommodation club. I found this extremely intrusive on my holiday and hence made it clear during another received phone call, that I will not be joining. Very poor timing and completely unnecessary.

Accomodation and view fantastic very relaxing and peaceful only negative was the buffet breakfast could have been a bit better . Poached eggs were not soft if anything had turned into boiled eggs and they were obviously quite busy as we had to wait for everything to be filled up including the juice and coffee. When we arrived the tables had not been cleared either from previous guests breakfast so to sit at a table I had to move the crockery. Fruit that was out on the table bananas were black and the other fruit looked pretty bruised and just as bad. If you are charging that sort of price for breakfast you would expect your fruit to be A grade with no bruising and at least visually eatable.

« We had a lovely stay. »

We enjoyed the views and the room was generally clean and tidy. The bed was too soft and a bit dippy in the middle. It aggravated back pain. The bathroom was generally clean but there was noticable mould growing in the shower where the glass met the tiles. Overall we were happy with our stay.

The room and bed were amazing, beautiful view and well kept grounds. We were disappointed with room service for dinner, it was a very small serve and a pretty average meal served in Wok in a Box style. We did let reception know on book out and they reimbursed the price. Thankyou for that.

« The stay did not meet my expectations »

Whilst I was willing to pay the fee, I expected a reasonable firm bed. Instead the bed sagged very badly in the middle. I had to sleep on the lounge. The food was ordinary compared to other restaurants and to expensive for what you got. I don’t mind paying but I expect quality if I pay for it. The customer service was great however. I am not Lilley to return as the exact same thing has happened twice now.

Our experience was wonderful. We got upgraded to a different room to what we booked. The only down side was that the bed on one side had very little support. The room was clean with coffee machine and the views were delightful. Thank you.

Front reception staff (and bar staff for our function in Shiraz 1) were very efficient and friendly. Room was adequate. Loved the views from all rooms. Enjoyed all meals, with dinner on Saturday night particularly good.
