Think this Hotel is more suitable for businewss trips than tourism coz there is no sightseeing locations nearby but office buildings. Check in was not really fast acc. safety regulations incl face scanning. Other hotels didn't do so. Room is spacey and clean with nice river view. Really spetacular is view from the lounge over Pudong's attractions.

Sliding door from rhe clothes cabinet did not work properly Service at the counter was slow and while the queue was increasing, the persons available at the counter do not help guests. Feel more like a french experience than an asian one :)

- Checkin quite slow, though only we two guests checked in at that time. - Thought the hotel could have better call-taix service, but have to wait at least half hour outside and called the taxi by ourselves. - Checkout so slow.

It was a nice hotel with very well trained helpful staff. My credit card was taken in by the ATM machine, the staff tried their best to help me. The location was undergoing lot of construction work but was not noisy.

The staff were exceptionally friendly but the Hotel rooms are tired, lack of quality furniture and in my case very noisy. I was in a suite by the lifts and the lifts when they were running even shook the room. I could not turn the air conditioning off and it was extremely difficult to sleep. The premier lounge food needs to have more variety. Location was ok but with all of the road works was difficult sometimes.
