The staff were exceptionally friendly but the Hotel rooms are tired, lack of quality furniture and in my case very noisy. I was in a suite by the lifts and the lifts when they were running even shook the room. I could not turn the air conditioning off and it was extremely difficult to sleep. The premier lounge food needs to have more variety. Location was ok but with all of the road works was difficult sometimes.

Very good except for the taxi that took me to airport which was booked by the service desk on Saturday, 27th October (around 12 midday) He overcharged me RMB 204. The fare normally around RMB 170. He didn't even and can't provide a receipt.

All was excellent, from check in where everything was ready and a late checkout was arranged to suit my meeting on the final day, to the Premier Lounge with its professional staff , great service and superb coffee. The Restaurant selection is also great. The 50th floor ideal to take special guests with live music that adds wonderful atmosphere. The 2nd floor buffet has great fresh food selection. The lobby coffee shop is also ideal for a quick snack. I felt very welcome and enjoyed the stay very much. Big thank you to the check in/out team and the manager on the 48th floor. Bernie C..
