Booked a hotel on the net, check-in manager's attitude is very good, efficiency is also very quick, to the room and found that the scenery is very beautiful, but the bathtub with a shower, I thought it was disabled rooms, call the front desk, a very unfriendly attitude, mood is very poor, she said that if change rooms, there is no such a good landscape, I am not very satisfied, even disappointed.

Great hotel and friendly, efficient staff. Location is a 20-30 minute walk to the Pearl TV Tower and the various shops there, and a 10 min walk to the metro station. View from the rooms overlooking the river is fabulous, tho. Like a personal light show at night.

The concierge crew has been amazing - Novotel was the only hotel I’ve stayed that would deliver packages to room. That was one of the main reasons I chose Novotel every time when I travel to Shanghai. All bellboys have been extremely polite, friendly, understanding, helpful, and kind. Housekeepers have been amazing too! I only have two tiny suggestions: 1. When I sent my clothes for cleaning, most of them got returned after being cleaned with stickers sticked on the sewing line. Therefore, when I tried to take the stickers off, some threads always got pulled and loosened. If they could stick the labels somewhere else on the fabric that would be amazing. 2. Sometimes (usually weekends) when I got to stay in the room almost the full day, house keepers would come clean my room in the morning (that’s fine; it’s perfect), but in the afternoon, another person (seemed like a supervisor), would come knock on my door again, asking if my room has been cleaned. I just think the housekeeping department should keep a record/log of which rooms have been cleaned each day, instead of going to each room to ask guests in order to find out. In all, everything has been outstanding! I enjoyed every single one of my stays!

I have stayed in many accord hotels over the world. I am surprised when I stepped into Shanghai Atlantis. There was a smell when stepping out of the elevator of my floor, and even in my room. The Room was old, but the what really bothers me is how the room looks discolored, and ill maintained. Breakfast is the worst of all. Atmosphere, staff, the food, all were horrible to say the least.
