I loved the hotel. It meet my expectations and even more. I loved my room we had a great view on a high floor. The beds were comfy. The room had enough lights, closet and drawer space. For me the fitness facilitates were enough for my needs. I did not use the workout room but I did use the pool. I paid more for the Executive Lounge and it was worth every single cent. The hotel staff name is Eric was excellent and made every minute there pure joy. He remembered my name and my preferences. The view from the lounge was very nice and enjoyable. The location of the hotel was very convenient . I would recommend this Accor hotel to anyone and I plan to stay again

Hotel is in very good quality for the price, good breakfast. A little bit distance to subway station and currently some construction works around.

I really enjoyed the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. I also enjoyed the use of the gym. The rooms were clean and I did like the robes. The only complaint I would have is the beds were a tad hard, but other than that it was an excellent experience.

On checking out, told your front desk two person to remember to credit both 4215 & 4216 rooms to my card. But today on receiving my reward points, saw only 1 room credited. I know Novotel policy is maximum crediting of 2 rooms only even if using my card to book for more than 2 rooms.

I have stayed many times in this hotel and even though the front desk people don´t even recognize me, as they do in other Accor hotels. I have to insist them to give me the free drink coupon because when I don´t request them I am not given the coupon. These kind of details create bad sensations. In any case, sleep was good.

« All most there to be good .. »

internet speed is bad, compalints are not attended to. Lacks fresh air circulation or opeing of widows on high floors to circulate air.. Lot of lights but poor lighting and night brigh enough at places.. Lift opertions are very poor, have to wait very long, it was wiered only one lift operates at one time..

« Good hotel with friendly staff but some renovation is required »

Good location and facilities, tasty breakfast, spacious room, very friendly and helpful staff, but quite often renovation is needed (for bathroom equipment for instance). Also taxi service may be improved: sometimes it takes too much time for a hotel staff to stop the taxi just at the neighboring street.
