This is not my first visit to your hotel, I find it enjoyable and pleasant. Apart of the lovely view overlooking the Lake. Everyone one was very friendly and happy to help with whatever matters I had. A totally relaxing experience. The free drinks voucher was only valid for soft drinks - not much good for a beer lover !!

Rooms on the fourth floor are very nicely upgraded , but some negative signs of poor maintenance were encountered . loose fittings and bathroom door needs a look . Lobby toilets need more thorough cleaning , were a bit neglected when I used them . Not all guests are careful when they use the bathrooms and toilets , so you need to be more vigilant with cleaning. Friendly staff ... nice location .... beautiful view . Thank you .

Rooms need service (refurbishing). Toilets are loud. Doors have a long distance between them and the ground. This makes outside noise very prominent inside the room. Offer more outdoor seating with views of the Canal Friendly staff. Nice place to stay.

A very satisfactory stay. Great team. sincerely aiming to please and to act immediately on any request. Great location and view, and a quiet serene ambiance. Attention to details (eg. several power sockets; that's something we always miss in hotels). Oh, and the food was GREAT!
