« was not a good one »

it was not good, the room was not clean. one of the power outlet in the room was not working. there were remains of nuts behind the bedside-table near the bed. the bed was so small. I have booked a single room, they put me in a double room with two tiny beds. I have asked for walk up call, and I did not receive it. I asked for a taxi at the reception and waited and did not get that, so I walked to the security gate which is about 5 minute walk from the hotel entrance and asked for the help from the security personnel to get me a taxi they were reluctant to help, as they told me they can leave the gate to get me a taxi, so I walked to the street and helped myself. the room service was not good.

Hotel was good, clean. Food was good. It would be good to collect all the plastic rubbish from the shoreline during the day and evening, and collect the plastic that was blowing around the garden.

Not happy with the food it never changes it's cold and it's the same everyday we are alot of people that stay in the hotel over a long period of time eatting the same food everyday, this is not good. The cleanliness is not good in places, you have many people staying at the hotel for a long period of time and you don't put on any events for example, football tournaments tennis tournaments etc etc. Must of us don't use the pool as the fly's out side are so bad. Why can't you spray chemical to keep them away. It's a joke. Same we can not sit outside to eat because of the flys, florescent lights keeps the fly's from attacking. No English channels on the tv and the internet is an absolute joke

im just shocked how it is. no condition n when i asked they told me its not time for conditions and i can open the Window i never sow somthing like that ever and no internet and i lose my wireless hands-free in my room 107 then i call to ask about n they told me no we didt find really im shocked. i live in Switzerland and i go alwyes to mercure here and italy i never meet somthing like that ......

mainly the service is very good due to persons high quality especially whom in reception , the room narrow but the contains are reasonable , the cleaning for room must take in your consideration to upgrade , the landscape is good , the activities in hotel pooooooooooooooor so no one can stay more than two days.

« Friendly staff in a hotel with a perfect view »

The hotel has a very good view on the lake of Temsah which is part of the pathway of Swiss Canal. So, you can watch the ships passing the canal though far away from the beach of the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is equipped with all essentials. The breakfast is convenient with a lot of varieties. However, there is no enough facilities for beach or sea activities and the WiFi is a joke. It is very slow and frequently interrupted
