« Good Hotel need more maintenance »

- Location, Beach trimming as well as a variety of Breakfast, upgrading my booking to the suite by Mr. Sameh are the things which made me happy. - Poor Room Service on 2nd floor, fewer room supplies, dishes from the restaurant will remain in the corridor for 24 Hrs before removing which resulted in flies, and you have to call hotel reception every day if your room required cleaning. - Poor Maintenace, Old Suite's furniture # 205 and bad toilet condition (i.e. leakage of hand shower, slow water drainage of bath basin.

Room smelled like it was sprayed with a pesticide, no kettle was in the room, one elevator was out of order and was a huge queue for using the single elevator.

« The food is crap and internet is crapp »

The is very bad every week we men sick with bad stomach we have been in the hotel one year some of the men been two year in the hotel we have ask meany time to sort the food but nothing is done the internet is crap and the tv channel is very bad it is very dirty and I have seen staff sleeping on the floor in the restaurant in a morning when I been have my breakfast and taken foto of them . The food some day is full of fly and not cook properly and some of the manager is very rude and ingrant I have been to meany hotel I the world and this as to be the worst one I seen
