It was my 3rd stay at the hotel. I love the greenery and thanks to the staff for their superb maintenance. The morning walk was a very pleasant one. The service at the reception was great. Ms. Rana is very efficient and professional. Mr. Mohamed cleaned our bedroom daily keeping the highest standards. The gym is well equipped. Please keep drinking water and small towels as it would upgrade the quality.

I was pleased by your stuff hospitality. Thank you very much for your good service. I liked the stuff in the hotel and also in the cafe/restaurant. Very good atmosphere in and outside of the hotel. I have two issues to report though: 1. The carpet in my room was very tired and stepping into it was not an option. Good I had my slippers :) 2. The conditioning system only worked for cooling, not for heating

-Reservation and check-in were smooth. -The room is so old!!!! It seems like there is no maintenance whatsoever. Noisy bathroom. Decayed wood. Dirty rug. disgusting bed sheets. VERY smelly room. -Plastic dirty chairs in the balcony..shocking, really. -There was a school trip and kids running all over the place. We could not even use the pool as it was too crowded -The cafe was so crowded all the time with guests who did not even stay in the hotel. The staff in the cafe were very rude when we asked to be seated in a shaded area or to have an umbrella, they did not even bother to help us and almost told us to leave if we did not like it. We tried talking to the reception about this, but in-vain. -The reception staff helpfulness was the only good thing about our whole stay. -Our room was connected to the room next door and our neighbours decided to listen to songs at 12:00 AM and of course we could not sleep as it felt like they were playing the songs in our room. No sound isolation whatsoever. -We were forced to pay extra 500 in order to have dinner as the cafe was full and there was no a la carte option in the hotel. Very little variety. Food was okay, though. -I almost never write such negative feedback about my stay anywhere, and I could really see that the staff were doing their best but the place needs serious work. I had very high expectations and it was our wedding anniversary but it turned our to be a great disappointment :( . I really wanted the leave the minute I entered the room.

I stay at Mercure forsan island at ismailia regularly but there is a big problem which is the air conditioner if you are feeling hot you can't switch it to cold it's only hot all the winter and part of the summer too, ismailia is really hot at the end of March and the AC is still on the heating mode. When I called the reception he didn't know what yo do he said he will try to find a fan and get back to me and he just ignored me and didn't call again
