it's a pleasure to come back to stay at pullmann marrakeck. the key staff: Hassan at the pool, Imad at the poolbar! these two Guys are the soul of Pullmann marrakech, making us and especially our kids warm welcome. the staff in the resturant and the bar also deserve our gratitude. our kids could go to the bar at night, and was accepted, and couls order their apple juices! well done staff of pullmann marrakech

« Almost an Oasis »

Invigoration of Senses! Ok, the pros first-The hotel itself is surrounded by lush grenery; I woke up feeling as though I landed in 'fairyland' with my villa in between thick mist and foliage (olive, dates, orange and many other trees). Birds chirping away and the smell of fleur d'orange essential oil from the aromatheraphy burner in the lobby melted away my tiring and gruelling flight time. It made me felt satisfied I made it there despite reaching morocco a day later due to a flight cancellation. The food-love and fully support the hotel's initiative in having the freshest ever ingredients served in the hotel. Most of the herbs, fruits and veggies i believe, come from the gardens and vicinity of the hotel itself! What a great way of supporting the local people by creating jobs and for reducing wastage. True form of 'from farm to plate' and within 10m radius!! Keep up the excellent work!! Try the freshly baked bread (made from the oven just by the side of the restaurant) and the freshly fried doughnuts in the morning with their amazing amlou (almond, argan oil and honey). Best part is that you can actually buy these in the in-house boutique shop (my life saver as I didnt have time to purchase much outside). Prices are reasonable and quality assured. I only wished I had more time to buy more. The cons- the only part which needed major improvement is perhaps on the admin side of things. Check-in took some time and this was painful whn one has been on the road/air for more than 48 hrs. Prepayment of the room was done so you would expect an express check in since our arrival was a day later than scheduled and the hotel was pre-informed (due to the unexpected flight cancellation). The other minor nag was the inconsistency in the room amenities-there was a day I ended up with too many conditioners but not a single body wash and when I requested for some, language proved to be an issue. Pardon moi for my poor French! Savon si vou plait? I was also told my sofa will be folded back into place as I didnt need a bed since the room will only be for 1 pax but till the 3rd day, it was still not addressed. I was also hoping the replacement of laundry bags would be done but no-only 1 the whole 5 nights stay! Lastly, checking out could be a tad better as well.... had to ask the reception to re assess my bill as it didnt look accurate. True enough, but am glad they managed to address it in good time. But the wait in line to check out was also above the normal rate I would have experienced in hotels ie much longer than usual. But all in all, I would still give this place another stay if I do get a chance to head back there and hopefully it would meet all my expectations then. The whole surrounding itself blurrs out the cons but of course it would be better if there were no complaints at all! A little smile from staff would also go a long way.. tq

Great every one at hotel was polite helpful and courteous. We were met by Oussama at the reception he gave us an excellent welcome and kept checking on us through out the stay. Souhal looked after us during our breakfast and dinner and made us feel important. What can we say about Yassmin she made my birthday what she did for us in the room I will never never forget in my life. When I meet her the next morning she made us feel even more important I can’t express in words the way she greeted us brilliant. Then on the checkout she had put a note to call her when we leave and again a great send off she really went the extra mile Thank you to you all and we will be coming back and next time just to chill out in the hotel and trips to the mountains etc just to be pampered even more by the staff. Now the trick is to maintaine the standard and improve. Once again well done all and thank you for making our stay memorable. Yassmin, thank you for my birthday surprise

« Relaxing stay near marrakech »

We stayed as a family with 2 little children for 4 days. The hotel is beautiful and located in a superb garden. The staff was very friendly (even when some guests were clearly abusive) especially towards children. Very good french spoken. Perfect choice for families who want to combine a visit of marrakech and some rest

I just spent 5 days in this beautiful environment, the staff members were friendly, helpful & polite. The facilities & services were of good quality. The location is a bit far from the city, but the shuttle service provided for free is also professionally organized. I hope I will return soon!

The server would not bring me tea in the morning to my table and tells me to get it myself. If I ask for a coffee it would take very long time to bring it and I would have to ask twice for it. I was very disappointed by the service at breakfast.

I loved every minute of my stay the staff were polite and helpful service with a smile every time each member an asset to the company. My room was impeccable my bed extremely comfortable the food was varied and delicious The grounds, Pool, Lake, Bars and Spa were all very well designed maintained and inviting No compromise on serving your own authentic local food sometimes with a twist shows the values that this Hotel holds dear. I commend your kitchen and the Hotel for this positive step in showcasing local cuts and cures of meats, Vegetables, Cheeses, etc Without compromising the values of the staff that have to serve the food. The Hotel Shop was well stocked with fairly priced goods and the staff member was pleasant helpful and unassuming allowed one to shop in peace with clear direction in response to any query and made suggestions to assist with purchases if needed. My overall experience at the Pullman was excellent The only suggestion I think may be an issue for some older or less agile customers is the chairs in the bedrooms, for one I didn’t immediately realise they were on castors so moved suddenly when I first sat.. I’m not sure if a discreet sign may be necessary as they are pretty chairs but very low to the ground so I was thinking that someone with knee issues or taller in height may find it difficult but on the other hand my friend who stayed in another room loved that she could move around (especially when packing her suitcase )in the chair which is great ! But where as I felt a little unsteady probably due to my leg issues so maybe a thought for future maybe have one moving chair and one static if that is viable...this in no way is a complaint but if anyone else has raised maybe worth thinking about... Otherwise a perfect stay in a perfect paradise Thank you and your staff for a wonderful stay experience Would definitely recommend to others visiting Marrakesh

« Rooms are a let down »

The sofa bed in the room was broken I reported it on several occasions including via email with a photo. This wasn’t fixed. I even on check out spoke to the guest services manager who said she’d email me and I am still waiting on a response. The other hotel staff are exceptional Kids club is amazing Nadine at the bar The table staff and of course your pull boys Reception please sort it out.

when i checked in i was told about the breakfast time in the morning when i came to the breakfast i was asked for my room number and no one told me it was will charged also we were 4 two has only coffee we were told that it will cost 190 Dirham only after finishing the breakfast. this is not the way...i should be informed in advance also the water drain in the shower was not working which I reported 2 times but nothing happened your staff focuses only on $$$

Great varieret of services and options. We had a lovely 9 days with much relaxation by the lovely pool and great food. It was especially nice that the staff was friendly and service minded, and that we had the possiblity of getting easily to the city with the shuddle bus.
