« Rooms are a let down »

The sofa bed in the room was broken I reported it on several occasions including via email with a photo. This wasn’t fixed. I even on check out spoke to the guest services manager who said she’d email me and I am still waiting on a response. The other hotel staff are exceptional Kids club is amazing Nadine at the bar The table staff and of course your pull boys Reception please sort it out.

when i checked in i was told about the breakfast time in the morning when i came to the breakfast i was asked for my room number and no one told me it was will charged also we were 4 two has only coffee we were told that it will cost 190 Dirham only after finishing the breakfast. this is not the way...i should be informed in advance also the water drain in the shower was not working which I reported 2 times but nothing happened your staff focuses only on $$$

Great varieret of services and options. We had a lovely 9 days with much relaxation by the lovely pool and great food. It was especially nice that the staff was friendly and service minded, and that we had the possiblity of getting easily to the city with the shuddle bus.

very good hotel except for breakfast and Gym. great location rooms are very nice great housekeeping service. very nice pool. need to pay attention to breakfast and breakfast area. not well organized. Coffee is cold and bad quality. not enough cups, plates and silverware. No management on site. management needs to be on the ground making sure things going well very tiny gym with few machines and no towels.

Everything is old, the restaurants are not good, the pool is packed, the rooms need refreshment, the service is not efficient, this hotel absolutely needs to be downgraded to a lower standard level. Very disappointed.

We have had a wonderful and truly relaxing experience. The staff was attentive and responsive to any requests. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and quick. We enjoyed the facilities the hotel has to offer and especially having free shuttle bus to the city was a huge plus. The room was a bit small and dark, however, thanks to the comfort of other hotel areas we did not spend much time in there. The food was excellent and we were surprised by the variety of dishes served in the buffet on a daily basis.

We had a very pleasant stay for 2 weeks with young family. Staff were very polite, respectful and friendly (it was Ramadan first week). Food was consistently excellent with good choice. Special mention for Kids club which was amazing. Shout out to Adil, Mimi & team who were so friendly, genuine, caring & fun- our 2 girls( age 2&4) were begging to go back everyday. This made our stay. Facilities are excellent, room is spacious & spotless (Deluxe Suite). Very clean throughout hotel including toilets around pool area etc. Spa is gorgeous, excellent staff & brilliant service. So relaxing. The food was not tasty. The service was very slow; you need to ask 3 servers to receive a coffee. We called for transport from the room to the reception one day and the receptionist refused because they had many arrivals. We had lots of insects in our room. On the other side, the responsible of the reservation was very professional, helpful and ready to do anything to satisfy our needs. Kids club employees were so nice and funny with our kids; great staff.

We have expected a high service level and hotel quality, which we have experienced in previous Pullmann properties. Unfortunately, the hotel is run down and lacks an major overhaulment. Straigt from the arrival, we had to realize, that with English alone, it is not possible to communicate with the staff. Without suffiecent French or Arbic language skils, it is hard to communciate. Especially, when there is an issue, the staff suddenly doesn`t understand any word in English and even French anymore! We booked a quite superior room and received at the time of check-in a dark corner room at the major pathway through the hotel, with a running toilette. After checking with Guest Relations, we have been infomed, that a maintance team will have a look and we could move to antoher room. After a while, maintenance started to work in our room and informed us that we should get ready to move to another room. We called Guest Relations again, who was suprised, that we ectually wanted to switch rooms now. It took them a while to organzie another room. It is hard to understand, why you offer something to a guest and than being

We enjoyed our stay very much, facilities were excellent, the staff and service was attentive and friendly, no member of staff passed by without a greeting. Food was delicious with extensive choice. We loved some of the extra touches such as the lady baking the flat breads in the stove each morning, It would have been good to have had a few more details/brochures on local events and places of interest. Having to speak to outside agents by phone was not the best system.

All was wonderful, the staff is so friendly and nice. From cleaners to managers. The food is outstanding and each day something different. Some small parts in the hotel can start to have a make over but this is in every hotel in the world. We will come back for the smiles of the peoples. They are true heartiests.

Stress free, relaxing with professional and attentive staff. The food is excellent and having stayed at the hotel now for the third time we believe is food is now even better. The accommodation is a little tired and the bedrooms need updating and refurbishment. Plastic animal statues have been added as a children's feature placed around all areas the grounds also internal to the reception areas. We found this unnecessary primitive and not to our liking adding nothing detracting form the overall ambiance of the hotel.. We assume the this feature has been added to please small children in a similar manner as the addition of the children swimming pool. The new Zen pool is excellent but without toilet facilities and is not heated. We chose to avoid it and use the heated pool where there is a more pleasing ambiance The bar has been changed slightly since our last visit and with the addition of pink transparent drapes. This remains questionable and the bar itself does not feature as a 5 star hotel bar. These criticisms are minor however there is a need to refurbish the rooms if the hotel is to retain excellent reviews. Thank You William and Adrienne B. 15-23 May 2018
