« Excellent Stay »

Well maintained property with vaste space, we loved the buffet and our room was well prepared and very cleaned. We loved the buffet that we found very rich and daily varied, our children loved the kid's club. Internet was working very well. The hotel is far from city center however is was in a very quite and relaxing area.

« Luxury on another level in Marrakech »

If you are looking to maximise your experience in Marrakech than look no further than Pullman Hotel Resort & Spa. The resort is set in beautiful grounds where you get a lift to your room in a golf cart!!!! You get all the privacy you need and the staff are there to assist you with any needs you may have 24hrs a day!!! They offer a fantastic complimentary shuttle service into the city centre and have several slots daily. The food was exceptional with fresh naan breads made daily in a tandoor. There is so much you can do in the hotel from swimming, volleyball, tennis, boating, mini golf, exercise to just having a peaceful walk in their well kept grounds. Every member of staff you pass will always great you whenever the see you. The room was well equipped and in exemplary condition. The rooms are cleaned daily with toiletries topped up daily along with water bottles and tea/coffee. There was no queue at breakfast and the buffet was great. They offer free WiFi which works well all over the hotel and when I needed to print anything, they had a business centre available for use by a he guests. I was able to change money at the front desk and they had an atm available as well. I used their airport shuttle which was superb but at an additional cost. When you check in, they offer you complimentary Moroccan tea and biscuits. I highly recommend everyone to stay at this place should they come to Marrakech for a holiday. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely look no further if I am back in Marrakech.

« not worth a 5* hotel nor the pullmann brand »

Our expectation were quite high based on the previous experiences we had from staying at other Pullmann hotels and the pictures on the Accor website. Unfortunately the room was fairly small and missing the extra touch which you can expect in a 5* hotel. Also the check-in took over 30 mins and we had to go back to the reception desk to ask if we could finalize the check in. For the Gym half of the machines were not working, which was reported, but nothing happened during our stay. Room cleaning was not done properly where we found on several occasion black hair in our bathroom, which was still there the next day. On a positive side, the hotel grounds were very nice and spacious and with 2 separate pools. Also Yasmine did a good job to make our stay as good as possible. All in all, we believe this would be a perfect suite for a 4* Novotel, but definitely not a 5* Pullmann.

« A fantastic family trip »

We had a wonderful time from start to finish. The staff are some of the friendliest we have ever met anywhere- especially in the kids club where they seemed to absolutely love what they did, and our kids adored them. The available facilities were brilliant, with plenty of activities to keep us all entertained (we have two children aged 4 and 7). The food was good and there was lots of variety and plenty to please little ones. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative was the strange sewage smell that greeted us on our first evening.

We had a few days in this wonderful resort that offers a lot, along with quiet surroundings. We had some technical problems in the room, but the staff quickly took care of it, whilst Yasmine went beyond her call of duty to think and act in a way that made us feel great!

In fact, December is one of our busiest months of the year and we were not able to give upgrade during this period. But it is absolutely not normal that you had to wait 2 hours during your check-in. All the team and myself would like to apologize about that. I will investigate to understand why this could happen. Concerning the shuttles, we propose free standard shuttles from the hotel to the city center, but we also have comfortable and luxury private cars (with extra charge). It was absolutely comfortable stay. I liked the staff who were knowing most of the guests staying in the resort. Kitchen staff was extremely helpful. I like to mention two persons here - 1) Yashmine (relationship manager), and 2) Sohail (Kitchen Manager). They used to approach everyday asking if they could do more to make our stay better. I and my family loved the stay with Pullman. Thanks a lot.

Great stay, great service, friendly personell. Good service, would-be reccomend. Loud noise in rooftop (without using airco or heater) Made our nights quite short. Seems that the system was old, not serviced or broken.

« Great resort with amazing staff but almost spoiled by weird credit card rule »

We (2 adults and 2 children) stayed for 7 nights all-inclusive in a Superior room where the sofa is converted into a double bed. The resort and pool are super clean and maintained to a high standard. The staff is very friendly and accommodating even though I wish I could speak French or Arabic which would have made communication better. Food is amazing and we were very spoiled. Multiple daily shuttles to Marrakech is fantastic. The mini golf, tennis, kayaking, and gym are all very good. Kids Club is also amazing which allowed my wife and I to go out for half a day in Marrakech with kids being looked after. Room is nicely equipped with fridge and free bottled water every day, however it feels a bit tired and needs refurbishment. The shower area is large but there are mouldy spots on the edges and ventilation in the bathroom is not great unless the window is opened. The main room door scrapes the floor so it needs to be slammed to make it shut properly. Someone came to fix it but it was only fixed for 1 day before the problem returns. The main aspect that almost spoiled the holiday is the fact that the hotel insisted that you bring the physical credit card that was used to make the original payment. This is something I never experience with any hotel or any airline. I made my payment 7 months before the holiday and by the time I arrived had closed the credit card account and therefore did not bring the card. The hotel made me pay again on the spot at check-in and told me they will refund my original payment. Then it became unclear even after several times chasing until I met the GM and the Finance Director. It was a lot of money (for me) so I was worried for a few days which was unpleasant. My suggestion to the hotel is to implement more modern ways to prevent credit card fraud. Or at least make the rule more flexible for guests who made the payment months before.

« Beautiful hotel but the service is not quite as good. »

We were disappointed with our stay compared to the last time in 2015, in particular the breakfast and lunchtime service. We found the food choices lacking and a lot of the food was cold. Having cats wandering round the grounds and entering the restaurant to then be fed by the guests was unacceptable. However, we had great service from the evening restaurant team and from the Ambiance Bar. In particular we would like to thank Hafid, Adil, Simo, Mehdi and Jawad for looking after us so well.
