« Everything was perfect!!! »

We are three, me and my two kids, 15 and 17 y.o. We had the room number 102. It was great, three large windows, huge and sunny.... the bedroom and the bathroom were clean and that is a no smoking hotel. the airconditioning system was good and the room was at a good temperature and you could manage it (out was 32-34 C) The breakfast was good, plenty of salted food, less of pastries... but in front of Ibis there's a wonderful pastryshop. The hotel isn't in the city centre, but close to the hotel there is Blaha Luisa Ter, with metro and bus station. only one thing was missed... a little fridge in the room... At the desk, we found kind person who helped us to call a taxi, and we had a fast check-in and check-out. If I'll come back to Budapest, I'll come back to Ibis Style Budapest Center

The hotel has a style in its interior, but in some areas I felt like I’m in a kinder garden (especially breakfast area) .. too much children stuff .. The room was very small. I was not moving easily around the bed. And the central Ac sound was very annoying + The bathroom smelled bad. (Not much but should be better)

Excellent accomodation, clean, near metro, great breakfast. A little too full in the mornings at breakfast, which had one wait (sometimes to no avail) for croissants...first come first served. Only suggestion would be timely replenishment of breakfast items.

The bloke at the reception the night I'd arrived should be undegoing some basic customer training and learn how to smile and be more welcomig. Went to bed 2am and started receiving emails from Ibis, ridiculous. Morning receptionist, fantastic.

Hotel is well located but overpriced from the services offered. No kettle or refrigirator in the room. Some staff members did not express much qillineaa to help with our needs. When we arrived room was not ready, but when at the checkout day, we were told to vacate room ASAP.

Hotel was clean and nice furnished. Position is good, very near to metro Station and bus stop. Breakfast was good, but with very few sweet products. Room was large, but A/C system was terribly noisy and not so efficient

Very friendly and helpful staff, colourful rooms and a comfy bed. As a single traveller I was very pleased to take advantage of the meal menu on 2 of the evenings. The hotel is in a very convenient place being near to a main station, buses and metro. I would be very happy to stay again.

Booked a 194ft design room with a double bed based on pictures/video of a spacious room as depicted in accorhotels website.The room's air-condition was very weak, in effect room was intorelably hot. When we complained about the high temperature, reception moved us to a much smaller room claiming it was the same type of room as the one we had pre-paid. Though our initial room was the one pictured when we decided to make the reservation, reception advised us they were only kind to provide this room as photos in website are only indicative (!) I find this misleading and disappointing. A/C was weak in the second room too and it was a bit cooler only due to the smaller size. It goes without saying that we did not hear any apology for the malfunctioning a/c which was not customer's fault..
