We stayed at your hotel for a business purpose. The desk in our room is sufficiently wide to use our laptops and iPads at the same time. Wi-Fi was also in good conditions. Our room was kept clean during our stay. In summary, it was efficient for our business.

« Very good hotel but some improvements might be needed. »

I was really satisfied about room size and equipment, unfortunately except bathroom which need some renovations. No doubts about breakfast quality, maybe only restaurant is a little to small, on one day it was impossible to find free table. I was also surprised that I need to paid extra for parking place.

« I was cheated. »

I booked a family room, and I sleeped almost on the floor in a 4 star hotel. Always, I got a double bed and a sofa. Now, I got a double bed and a bed plus a maitress on the floor. So, new standard room in Novotel is sleeping almost on the floor. I claimed, and it was told that all the rooms are the same. This means, is ok to sleep on the floor in a 4 star hotel. Shame to you. I booked something, and I got conditions like in one star hotels. Also, dusty bed linen, and smelly hot water. I didn’t claim because maybe this is standard.

My stay at the Novotel Szeged was a really good experience. The room was amazing and clean, the staff were super friendly and made me feel very welcome. The food was great and my waiter I had every night, Adam, was fantastic at catering for my dietry needs and making sure I was looked after. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a junior suite, which was attractively, if not 'sumptuously', laid out and furnished. We thought it was a well designed room, with well-functioning air conditioning, good layout for the bathroom and dressing areas, a compact (i.e. a bit small) but very adequate bedroom. Very good value for the money.
