« Service, clean rooms, breakfast.. »

We arived late in hotel and realized it was fully booked. Federkia, reception desk clerk, was very kind, hospitable and helped us to find accomodation. Even our children recived small gifts. It was ous third stay in Novotel and each time we confirmed that you are commited to excelence. Thank you Federica one again for wonderfil expirience.

Great food, great service, as usual, it's one of longest experience (17 years) of consistent great service I've had. This time the room was rather chilly and the A/C didn't help much, although switched to heat mode... otherwise my rating would have been a straight 10. P.S. I loved the "vitamin C" welcome touch.

Good hotel but experience ruined by smelly beddings. Absolutely disgusting. Guys please wash or changes these immediately. Excellent breakfast. Good staff. Very high and comfortable rooms.

The hotel was great, breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. The only thing I expected to be better was the fitness room - it's just a small room with 3 devices and that's all.

Great for family trip. Very good breakfast. Rooms are very nice, comfortable, clean. Service is exellent. Wi Fi is very good. Very near Aquapolis and city center. We enjoyed staying, kids liked their beds in the room😁

« We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel and were very well surprised by the staff and the restaurant offer. »

The receptionist was kind with the children and offered them a little toy as a welcome gift. They were happy. the restaurant was great and dishes were freash and tastefull. The room was ok, the heating good, the cleaning also.

Fine like always. I feel like at home there. Kind staff, nice food, excellent breakfast. Treadmill and other equipment work always properly. Also sauna. Parking is in front of hotel and cheap. Hotel has garage, too.

Location is convenient and room is relatively comfortable. Service is OK but not fabulous - a little on the slow side. Bathroom is pretty basic.
