« really bad smell in room - disatisfied »

3 negatives: - room had a bad smell (toilet smell). very strong. - no toilet paper in the men's toilet room on ground floor. - the cover of the shampoo / shower get / soap in the bathroom keep falling on the floor. >>>> altogether not pleasant. Staff was very friendly and helpful however.

The room was adequate; it was exceptionally hot (with no fan), being on the ground floor meant that leaving the door/window wide open wasn’t an option. Further, the WiFi did not work in the room; the signal was too weak.

« It was ok. »

The Hotel is located right by the port and that view was really beautiful! Unfortunately I had some problems with the communication. I wanted to have dinner at your property but the stuff didn’t speak English and there were no English menu cards. I didn’t get much attention (I believe because of the language situation) so I just left to go somewhere else to eat. My whole stay was a little bit complicated because of the communication, which was really frustrating. I had to speak to three of you stuff members just to order a taxi!

Very enjoyable stay. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom adequate for a short stay. The setting is great and our room had a view over the very attractive harbour. The double glazing was remarkably effective in keeping noise out though th room was very warm with the window shut. Recommended for a short stay.

Excellent location and very helpful friendly staff. Only downside was temperature. The hotel was extremely hot especially on the side my room was on, makng it hard to sleep. Aircon woukd have made it a 5 star experience.

Hôtel is in a nice position, with plenty of parking spaces, but these were nearly always full. More chances later in the day to find a space. Personnel were very helpful and resolved an issue we had promptly. Overall enjoyed our stay.

« Very nice hotel and an excellent sea view room with a couple of minor niggles. »

Excellent location with a view across the marina. Room and bathroom were very good, but I was surprised to see long hairs in the otherwise spotless shower and I was disappointed by the very soft, cheap feeling pillows. The restaurant staff were very friendly and jovial, but the young lady on reception, when we arrived, was less so and seemed condescending, even though we spoke to her in French. Another young lady was much more pleasant when we left in the morning.

Excellent. Free parking. Make sure you have Thomas to book you in. Such a pleasant chap. Clean room. New decor. Bathroom perfect. Get a room facing the sea Everything you could want for breakfast. Eat your breakfast on the patio overlooking the marina. Perfect. Food constantly replaced. All staff we met were very pleasant. We have been coming to this hotel every year for 22 years. We have already booked for 2019 A very slight criticism, as there were 2 of us we should have 2 complimentary drinks. We had to fight over who gets the drink
