Very pleasant and friendly staff. Check in efficient (we hadn't taken advantage of checking in my internet). Plenty of car-parking available. View of the marina from the breakfast bar, terrace and bar made for a relaxing time watching the activity of fishermen and sailors preparing to go to sea or returning from a trip. Hotel is handily placed for access to the town and the harbour front restaurants. Breakfast is the standard IBIS buffet, constantly being replenished. Room very comfortable, we didn't pay for upgrade for a room with a view of the marina so we overlooked the car-park, but then we don't book hotel rooms to sit in them and look out of the window so we were more than happy with the location. Would return when we visit Granville again.

Everything was good no complaints ar all. Cleam room, comfy bed, good breakfast. Carpet near dining room & in lifts needed cleaning but that did not mar our experience.

The staff were welcoming. Parking was easy. The room, overlooking the Marina, was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom, clean and modern, was a little impractical e.g. little room around the basin to put items. Also there were no hand towels. I couldn’t re- charge my razor as the socket wouldn’t accept the two pin plug. The room was quiet apart from the doors closing. Our two day stay was spoilt by the poor quality of the food served in the restaurant. My wife couldn’t cut through her lamb and the replacement chicken breast was cold with a warm sauce over it. My mussels were lukewarm and not in wine - it was salt water. At breakfast the croissants and the pain au chocolat were of poor quality and stale. Very disappointing.

Lovely hotel and well located. Friendly welcome and good English spoken. Room nice and comfortable. Breakfast good and nice to see local produce offered. We ate at the restaurant which was also very good.

All good. Our dog was made very welcome on her first stay in a hotel. Excellent room overlooking the marina but we thought there was a kettle and tea and coffee last time we stayed. Missed having that early morning cup of tea! Also no “do not disturb” notice in our room.

Excellent location with a large terrace overlooking Granville's busy harbour. An easy 10 minute walk into the town centre. Very friendly and helpful staff and reasonably priced food and drink. We will be back!

The hotel was very comfortable and clean is very central to everything though a little difficult to secure a parking space there

Although restaurant is supposed to be independent of hotel, it is attached and entrance is via hotel and our experience wasn’t great there We ordered drinks which arrived and some bar food which didn’t. When I said this to staff, they didn’t appear bothered and just indicated we weren’t paying for it anyway Seems they only wanted people to order full meals
