Service was friendly and quick. The rooms are what they are, nothing great, but everything was clean so I can't complain. An extra small towel per person wouldn't hurt and would have earned you a 10. :)

As a regular IBIS guess across Europe I can say the overall experience with the facilities is above average in comparison to other IBIS hotels I had the chance staying at. What makes a particular difference is the reception desk staff, which was very helpful and nice throughout my stay. As I have also used one of the meeting rooms there, the staff prepared everything perfectly for our business meeting. The staff members deserving special mention are Gertha (if I remember correctly) and Sanja (both worked at the reception desk on 6th March in the morning). All IBIS hotels should have staff like them.

Love the atmosphere and cleaniness in the room, great breakfast. Did not like the waffel iron at breakfast as my clean clothes smelled bad after breakfast from all the fumes from the oil.

We stayed 2 nights for leisure trip. Located in Messe zurich, nearest train station is in Oerlikon, convenient as there are eateries around. Good breakfast, which is quite adequate. Excellent bathroom, consistent water temperature and water flow. There is a free one way shuttle from airport to hotel, approximately 10-12 minutes to airport. Room was superb clean, bed was comfortable, room with basic amenities and the well insulated room, hardly hear any noise from streets/neighboring rooms, peace and quiet. Large window in the room ensuring good view and enough sunlight. There is only one flaw that we would like to highlight, lack of properly trained staff/system glitch. We booked with the breakfast included and late check out option, everything was paid early 1 week before we arrived. One of the early morning, the staff couldn't find our name list/room number for guest breakfast, the staff need to verify with another front-desk. I think it is common for most of the hotel, hospitality (marking attendance process) who get used to print out hard-copy, the conventional method, usual way of staff with the clipboard put a tick next guest name/room number. This is the 2nd time i had bad experienced with IBIS, last year we were at IBIS Schiphol Amsterdam(Netherlands) for 2 nights, with the 5pm late check out option selected, everything was paid and settled prior we arrived. During the check-out process, the staff couldn't verify we had late check out option selected hence he/she turned to the another front-desk seeking for verification. I booked IBIS because of being an Le Club AccorHotels member, i trust that Accor will take this feedback as the fundamental of improving guests' experiences.

Loved the vibe and the breakfast and lobby area Staff is incredible and great vibes. Shuttle is timely though I don't understand why you'd charge for it on the way back . Room is small but nicely decorated. Show is spacious . Toiletteries are not as nice , all chemicals and SLS, world is moving to green so should you guys :)
