I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience at the Ibis hotel. After leaving my watch in the room, I was informed that they could ship it to my home address, provided I emailed my credit card details for shipping payment. I promptly sent the email as requested, but unfortunately, there has been no response whatsoever. This lack of communication has left me extremely upset with the situation.

Hotel gets better each time I stay.

Disappointed that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The room was too compact
