I was very satisfied as usual in the Ibis hotel - nice receptionist and the room was very clean. However, one thing that I was quite disappointed was that there was no gluten-free bread available for breakfast although announced before (there was always in the past although not announced before). Otherwise, everything was very nice - including the shuttle bus driver. Very nice people working in the hotel!

Everything was clean but shower had mould in the grout so builder did not use correct materials. I will contact u about this.

I like the Hotel very much, especially the recently remodeled bar, choice of beers and personnel. The only problem was that, checking out, my Visa card they still used as guarantee when checking in, was not accepted. According to my credit card company, nothing was wrong with my Card. It was not blocked or so, I had not entered a wrong PIN. I sued the same card again somewhere else without Problems half an hour later.

At the check-in the employee wants to take a picture of the guest ID with a smart phone (is GDPR known at Ibis in Zurich?), the following morning we had to take breakfast in a tent due to ongoing construction works not mentioned at the time of booking. This is how Ibis management make you feel welcome!

Last week we were under renovation but at least we are through all it and can welcome our guests with a new renovated lobby and restaurant. To make it more comfortable and faster, we changed to a new system where we can make a scan from your ID card. It saves the time to write down everything manually and you do not have to wait that long anymore. We know it is very digital and new but this is definetly what future is bringing us. I stayed at this hotel many times before, and used to like the sober but functional rooms. This time however the room I got was smaller, in the bathroom there was a strong smell from the sewer, the toilet was not clean, there were crusts of dirt around the window of the bathroom, the door had greasy fingerprints. In addition there was no hot water on Friday evening.

Not a nice place to go,room /bathroom far too small. Complicated used for the airport shuttle system and rude stuff to humiliate you .Never again,Not value for money. Unqualified front desk staffs. However the waitresses in restaurant are nice

The shuttle to the airport is definetely a plus. Breakfast available since 4:30am which was perfect for me since I needed to leave at 4:55am. The rooms are not big but comfortable enough.
