« disapointing »

service bad, staff with a rude attitude, strong bad smell in the room, couldn't even find a place to park. On the website, it was impossible to make the booking , something wrong with the website. we had to call the hotel to make the reservation over the phone , but it was just a nightmare. the wait time so long and then they hang up on us...unbelievable!

Had expected (much) more from this place. Not very well maintained, a smoking smell in the toilet that did not go away over 4 days, spa closed, lack of drinks choices in the bar, etc. did not meet my expectations for a short Holiday.

Three of your staff were exceptional and made the experience that much better, including the restaurant manager, Mostafa, the bar waitress and the daily cleaner. The grounds and food were also wonderful. The only real problem is that the mattress was passed due for replacement.

« A perfect hotel in every way »

Also a true five-star quality with a very professional and always smiling staff. The room is nice and big with a wonderful terrace. Very rich breakfast with a very nice view in the terrace near to the pool. The restaurant Le club house also has a spectacular view and the meals are really excellent :-). In this restaurant you can also enjoy a cocktail while enjoying this unforgettable view of the golf and the sea :-). We had a great time at this hotel and will be back as soon as possible :-). Thanks to the whole team :-)

Neither the reception, nor the premises, nor the room or services deserve the five star ranking ! I have stayed at Novotel Hotels in Africa which are by far better than the Pullman Mazagan at El Jadida. The hotel needs to be redecorated and it personnel retrained for a 5 star service. The only positive note was the Chef -- the Moroccan dinner and breakfast were tasty !

The reception area was always cold, due to the door to the Garden/Swimming pool being permanently open. This also had an affect to the entrance area to the Lounge Bar. In Room 207 where I spent 5 nights, the shower cabin leaked whereby the floor permanently had 2 bath towels to soak up the leaked water. It seems the Silicone sealant was past its life span. I found all the staff very curtious and helpful, especially the Bar Manager and his female assitant.

I enjoyed a great round of golf, the facilities and course are second to none. The staff are friendly and attentive, nothing is too much trouble. Well worth another visit.

It was pleasing. Except that i should waited a very long period to take my reservation through the phone. And the operator refused to confirm my reservation untill my travel agency will send the voucher within 24h. Knowing that the travel agent called many times but in vain! I was frustrated!
