Very good, great location for exploring Paris. Comfortable bed clean bedroom & bathroom. Staff helpful, spoke English to help us as very little French. Good selection at breakfast.

The staff at the hotel could not have been more friendly or helpful during our stay. The hotel itself is relatively basic for a four star, but perfectly good. The location is good - one mile from the Eiffel tower and a minute's walk from a metro station and an RER station (direct to Versailles), it was perfect for the weekend.

It was a good hotel in a good location. The room was small but of a good quality with balcony. The view of the river was nice however a 30 minute walk from the Tour Eiffel means it’s probably a little ambitious to call it the Eiffel Tower Mercure

Hotel is clean and modern. Friendly staff. My bedroom (803) was way too small. Impossible to sit and do some work from there. Breakfast room is very small as well. Service during breakfast was not as usual, had to ask for refilling the buffet several times.

An experience! Very disappointed - to sum it up, I would say that this is a hotel for rich, small size people who like being taken for a ride! Never had such a small room for that price - won't stay again - showering was a battle to try and not have litres of water all over the floor while trying to get wet without breaking the glass, as it was so small and cramped. My room backed onto a small courtyard at the rear of the hotel which had bikes covered in a sheet which drummed all night in the rain, while lights came on and off all night and the curtain didn't fully cover the window, so waking me constantly. My colleagues room was no better - her bad was up against the wall of the elevator shaft!! Breakfast area was ridiculously cramped, coffee was …awful and bitter and not even hot while the buffet was again limited and cramped, so much so that I and my colleague felt let down to the extent that we went to the local boulangerie for breakfast on the second day!

Handy location with plenty of services near by, train, bus, supermarket. Tidy rooms bit bathrooms very small. Nice breakfast but again small area to accomodate guests. Staff helpful and able to speak English.

Delayed check in because the desk staff were dealing with a telephone customer whilst dealing with our check in so constantly switching between us and the phone - should have concentrated on one or the other not both. Unhelpful staff when we requested some milk - apparently the quota for the day had already been used up and no more could be provided till the next day!

Ivan at the front desk was a great help. Thank You to him. Somebody failed to give me a wake-up call on Sunday 11th! I got ONE bottle of water for my entire 3 night stay; the coffee, tea in the room was never replenished. The scrambled eggs at breakfast tasted artificial! Sorry but true. The rooms are SMALL! Thanks to Ivan I got the best of the rooms you had.

All services in this hotel (I was there for four nights) - but breakfast - in this hotel are good/excellent. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean. Cleaning is carried out every day and rigorously. But breakfast is horror. There is only one young girl serving for all guests, cleaning up the dirty dishes from the tables, washing the dishes (or filling one small dishwasher), refilling the food in very small and modest buffet. Therefore there are always no available dishes, plates and cutlery. There are always missing things, you would like to eat, because they are not cooked or refilled yet. When the coffeemaker is broken, there is no one to repair it. I would be expecting it being in 1 or 2 stars hotel, but not in four stars hotel with price for double room/night from 250 to 350 €. The service was great. the privilage room was wonderful with an amazing view. We paid extra for a special arrangement which was done beautifully. The only problem we had was that my husband had paid for a birthday cake but was provided with what looked like an apple pie. But when we spoke to the staff they were apologetic and promised that money for the cake will be refunded in a few days. Although other 4 star hotels provide this service complimentary if they know its a birthday. Overall the room had a beautiful view of river seine with two balconies and was only 20-30 minutes walk from the eiffel tower. The eiffel tower was viewable from down the street. There were also a few drinks in the mini fridge free of cost. Hotel staff provided us with portable charger as well as an adapter to charge our devices free of cost.
