Ivan at the front desk was a great help. Thank You to him. Somebody failed to give me a wake-up call on Sunday 11th! I got ONE bottle of water for my entire 3 night stay; the coffee, tea in the room was never replenished. The scrambled eggs at breakfast tasted artificial! Sorry but true. The rooms are SMALL! Thanks to Ivan I got the best of the rooms you had.

All services in this hotel (I was there for four nights) - but breakfast - in this hotel are good/excellent. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean. Cleaning is carried out every day and rigorously. But breakfast is horror. There is only one young girl serving for all guests, cleaning up the dirty dishes from the tables, washing the dishes (or filling one small dishwasher), refilling the food in very small and modest buffet. Therefore there are always no available dishes, plates and cutlery. There are always missing things, you would like to eat, because they are not cooked or refilled yet. When the coffeemaker is broken, there is no one to repair it. I would be expecting it being in 1 or 2 stars hotel, but not in four stars hotel with price for double room/night from 250 to 350 €. The service was great. the privilage room was wonderful with an amazing view. We paid extra for a special arrangement which was done beautifully. The only problem we had was that my husband had paid for a birthday cake but was provided with what looked like an apple pie. But when we spoke to the staff they were apologetic and promised that money for the cake will be refunded in a few days. Although other 4 star hotels provide this service complimentary if they know its a birthday. Overall the room had a beautiful view of river seine with two balconies and was only 20-30 minutes walk from the eiffel tower. The eiffel tower was viewable from down the street. There were also a few drinks in the mini fridge free of cost. Hotel staff provided us with portable charger as well as an adapter to charge our devices free of cost.

Stayed for 3 nights with my wife during the Ryder Cup. The room was quiet, reasonably large with a good shower and bathroom. The breakfast seemed expensive at €18 for a continental so we had the €8 one plate option.

I chose the hotel, because of its location close to my meeting venue. The roop was refurbished and for Paris standards a good size. However the room was dark, giving out on the interior of the building. The breakfast room is tiny with a breakfast not up to Mercure standards (I have stayed in a lot of Mercures). No fresh fruits, not even canned fruits. No more cheese for my husband the second day. 'C'est fini,' the unfriedly lady looking over breakfast said. I paid a wopping 350 euros per night (!!!) for this hotel. Absolutely not worth the money.

I had the inglorious misfortune to stay at the Mercure Mirabeau for 2 nights in mid September 2018. I had chosen the hotel because of its location, near to where my business meetings. I had reluctantly booked it at what I believed to be an outrageous price of €365 per night. However, with hotel availability tight and seeing it as rated "4 star", I was looking forward to the 4 star experience, and chose the option of "breakfast inclusive". It was utterly disappointing. First, the 4 star rating? It begs the question as to who rates these hotels? On both mornings, the "hot servings" of breakfast - scrambled eggs, sausages, and bacon were cold. Yeuch! On the second morning there was no fruit available! And the hotel has the audacity to charge €25 for breakfast if you don't include it in your booking! To make matters worse, when I was half way through my hot breakfast, I found a long black hair in the middle of the bacon slices! AARRGH! And the glass provided in the bathroom for drinking water was actually a paper coffee cup. All this for an exorbitant overnight rate and rated 4 star. I don't think so. When I raised my concerns with the reservations desk I was told to take them up with the Manager who wasn't there! That was my first and last visit to this hotel. And the WIFI was so poor I could hardly open a web page. Awful. Not quite the "mercurial" visit I had anticipated!

I stayed at the Hotel Mercure Paris Tour Eiffel (formerly Plaza) Pont Mirabeau for two nights during a business trip to Paris. The hotel is located close to the Seine, on a decent street, but in an area where there are mainly offices. I had a premium room, which was big, very clean and with all conforts. There also was a Nespresso coffee machine with free coffee in the room. Bed sheets were changed every night. The bathroom was slightly strange as the shower was not separated from the rest of the bathroom. There were only curtains. I assumed it was an accessible room, although it was not specifically mentioned. Breakfast was good and with a good choice, even if it was served in a tiny room. But it was pleasant. Staff was very nice and really helpful. The hotel is definitely to be recommended. The area a little less.

The location of our hotel has its perks and the only con I might recognize for the moment could be the location not being 100% central but slightly more to the Eiffel tower side of the city — which must not be a bad thing but that really depends on the purpose of your stay. We do have this one accessible superior room, but we hope that wasn't much of a problem for your stay. The staff make the hotel a 5-star! I am grateful that you requested feedback because I wanted an opportunity to praise Christian, Gary and Ophelia (I hope I spelled her name correctly). From the moment I arrived, the service was amazing ... the room was lovely, clean, spacious; the location is perfect, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I've been to Paris many times, but this was my first here, and as long as these wonderful people are on staff, I'll never stay any where else. Two days after arrival, my wallet was stolen on the metro. The staff did all they could to help me ... from calling the metro station to offering to go with me (how wonderful of Christian!) to writing a letter, in French, for me to share with the metro staff and police. I was so emotional, but they made it easier, provided support, hospitality and brought a smile to my face. Thank you so very much for being so wonderful! P.S. The cleaning staff were also very kind and gracious. The hotel is wonderful, and it's primarily because of its people! Thank you!

We stay in 4 and 5 star hotels regularly for business as well as leisure and were very disappointed with this hotel. I tried to book into the Novotel Tour Eiffel where I usually stay and as they where full, they recommended your hotel and made the booking arrangements on our behalf which was a huge mistake on our part. Firstly, they put us on a room which was on the ground floor and was extremely noisy from the Metro, then we were given another room the following night. Overall, we felt like we were staying in a glorified backpackers and paying 4 star hotel rates. Food was below average with dairy products that had passed their expiry dates!!! We certainly wont be back and or will be recommending your hotel to any friends or work colleagues. Regards Ed
