Hello, I stayed in this hotel for the second time and for the last time. They did not upgrade the room. I was charged twice with my points (please, investigate and return the points). In the room they did not have a refrigerator. Check out was a torture.

« Lack of client service »

Very dissapointing service attitude. We were part of a group which had a buffet service for dinner. First when we came exactly on time, the restaurant was not ready. When we came back later, we only got left overs. Three out of four choices of the main course were gone, no replenishment service. When we finally were able to order drinks, we were told to immediately pay them, not at the end of the meal. As a hotel guest and Accor member, I do not appreciate such behaviour. I asked for the manager. But he did not feel it necessary to turn up. Good service starts with the management. Bad service equally.

« A service level that were not in line with the price »

=> A sheet too small for a double bed => I had to make the bed myself when I arrived (one pillow and no duvet) => In the morning I discovered that the cloth in which you made me sleep was stained with blood => Only one person at the reception, very long wait to get a ticket allowing me to leave the parking (ticket that could have been given to me when I arrived and check-in) => Friendly staff at least

« Is good but can improve »

The hotel in general is good but there are things that can be improved like the housekeeping service, the attention in general, the beds and some other minor details which will make it a much better hotel. But I have to say one of the receptionists (Carolina Supper) is the best. Really helpful and always friendly.

« Could have been a lot better. »

First of all the front desk and R estaraunt staff were amazing! The WiFi is very disappointing. I let the cleaning staff clean my room every day of my 6 week stay, they only seemed to change the bedding once per week. When the cleaned desk tops and surfaces they scattered personal items around. On one occasion they knocked an iPad to the floor and left it. On another occasion they shorted out a plug in the room allowing the refrigerator to thaw all day while I was working. I am aware that daimler employees are not your only customers, however, when we are there we live there. And while some daimler employees can be rude and disrespectful those of us that are not would still like to enjoy our stay.

« ok but not pleasant. »

The room had a horrible odor in it and the carpet is stained. The shower leaked all in the floor each time I took a shower and I had to use all my towels to dry up the water to keep from slipping on the slippery floor. Also, they house cleaning crew never left face towels for me and I would have to ask the front desk for one.

All in all, it was good. The only unfortunate circumstance I had was regarding not receiving the drink voucher for not having my room cleaned. I asked the front desk about it and instead of getting a voucher or an apology, the receptionist questioned if I had overlooked it in my room. I told her that I looked for it and it was not in my room. She asked me to look again. Nevertheless I was angry that she even questioned me about it, but I didn't bother to argue because it really was not worth arguing over a drink voucher.

« Nice hotel, but not when I paid for it twice! »

Booked in February for a stay in July, I used some loyalty points for a discount & paid in full. We stayed for two nights in a comfortable room with a great choice at the buffet breakfast & had two lovely meals in the restaurant. However when we came to check out we were informed that we had to pay for the room! We told the receptionist that we had paid when we booked & showed her a copy of our booking confirmation which showed that we had already paid for the room. She took a copy to show to the manager later, we paid our restaurant bill & checked out. A few days later, when we arrived home, I checked my card statement & discovered that the day after we left the hotel the bill for the room had been charged to my card. So I have now paid twice for that room! I have since contacted Accor customer service by phone, e-mail & via their online complaints form to get this sorted, I have yet to receive any sort of reply. I have now given up trying to recover my money & Accor have lost a regular customer.
